APAKAH PANDEMI COVID-19 BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PENELITIAN TENTANG PERPUSTAKAAN PADA JURNAL INTERNASIONAL?

Corona virus pandemic restricts public activities. Libraries as information provider can help long-distance learning process due to Corona. Librarians as library operators are demanded to innovate through research and publication. This study aims to analyse if Corona virus pandemic influences productivity of Indonesian authors’ publication in accredited international journal. This study uses quantitative approach with secondary data analysis. Sample for this research are papers/scientific articles published with the keyword or topic “library”, the keyword or topic “information science”, and whose corresponding author is from Indonesia. Results of this research shows that Corona virus pandemic did not significantly influence publication productivity. In addition, scientific article on information science was more preferable than topic on library.

The pandemic era changes all components of life, including the teaching and learning process as well. Changes from conventional learning to distance learning. Writing this article aims to determine the increasing student activeness in mathematics Long Distance Learning Process that is being carried out during this Covid pandemic. This research method is descriptive and observational in classroom action research. The sample was students of SMK Negeri 1 Jetis Mojokerto with 32 students. The data were collected by giving the task of submitting problems assisted by Edmodo. Data analysis was carried out in 2 stages. The first is done by looking at the number of student answers uploaded in Edmodo. The second analysis was carried out by looking at the questions made and the resulting answers. The results of the resulting data analysis showed that as many as 22 students uploaded their math problem submission assignments, meaning that the students were active in PJJ. Students can make the second analysis of 48 questions, and the solution can also be determined properly. The results showed that by using the task of posing problems, students could be more active in the distance learning carried out.

Abstract — ICT optimization on long distance learning process is required in situation covid-19 pandemic. One of them using Whatsapp in learning physics. Conducted research using Qualitative Deskriptive methode and collecting data using survey, observation and interview on 30 respondents who were students at XI IPA SMA IT ANNISA Kadungora. Respondents fill data through chat and the link sent to WA chat group. The results showed 40% very helped, 53% helped and 7% quite helped in communication of learning. Then 7% very helped, 86% helped and 7% quite helped in delivery of lecture. Data received was not reduce the value than face to face directly. Even it able to increase learning motivation by interactions, improving quality of communication and discussion. Respondents were very enthusiastic and suggested applying it to other learning. For next step to conducts advanced research to know the influence of utilization WA in term of achievement. Keywords— covid-19 pandemic, ICT optimization, Whatsapp, learning physics. Abstrak — Optimalisasi TIK pada proses pembelajaran jarak jauh diperlukan pada situasi pandemi Covid-19. Salah satunya menggunakan Whatsapp dalam belajar fisika. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, observasi dan wawancara terhadap 30 responden yang merupakan siswa kelas XI IPA SMA IT ANNISA Kadungora. Responden mengisi data melalui chat dan link yang dikirimkan ke grup chat WA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 40% sangat terbantu, 53% terbantu dan 7% cukup terbantu dalam komunikasi pembelajaran. Kemudian 7% sangat terbantu, 86% sangat terbantu dan 7% cukup terbantu dalam penyampaian kuliah. Data yang diterima ternyata tidak mengurangi nilai dibandingkan tatap muka langsung. Bahkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar melalui interaksi, meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi dan diskusi. Responden sangat antusias dan menyarankan untuk menerapkannya pada pembelajaran lain. Untuk langkah selanjutnya melakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan WA terhadap pencapaian. Kata Kunci : pandemi covid-19, Optimalisasi TIK, Whatsapp, belajar fisika.

The purpose of writing this article is to explain the application of online based learning using the Zoom Cloud Mettng application during the COVID-19 pandemic. The writing of this article uses a qualitative method of literature review by collecting data in the form of secondary data obtained from various sources such as articles, notes, or other scientific sources. The data collected is then analyzed inductively. Based on the literature review, data analysis, and discussion, it can be concluded that the Zoom Cloud Metting application is an effective medium used in the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic because it is able to facilitate educators and learning to be able to interact while continuing to prioritize health protocols during the pandemic COVID-19, namely Physical Distancing or maintaining distance.

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. The chapter characterizes the transformation of the learning process from full-time to distance learning on the example of Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University in Slovakia, during the COVID-19 epidemic in the form of case study. The chapter analyses the strengths and weaknesses of this process during the summer semester 2019/2020 based on the secondary data and results of a questionnaire survey among faculty students realized in 2 rounds – in the first stage of transformation (April 2020) and after the end of summer semester (June 2020). It identifies the key steps that have (or had) to be taken to overcome the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and the key challenges for the future development of virtual learning as a full compensation of full-time form of study from the students' and faculty's perspective. This case is an example of smart education in crisis situations. The results show that distance learning can be a suitable complement to the fully presence learning process, and temporarily, it can replace it in emergency situations.

A secondary data analysis of 136 U.S. online newspapers' usage reports investigates how geography differentiates online newspaper audiences. Results showed that online newspaper penetration is stronger in the local market, but the local market accounts for less than 50% of the overall traffic—suggesting that the size of the long-distance readership is larger than previously anticipated. Larger newspapers tend to attain a larger online audience (in raw numbers), but all newspapers attain a substantial portion of online traffic from outside the print market. Online or not, geography still matters.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>The research aims to find out about the long-distance learning strategy during the covid-19 pandemic at junior high school plus Daarul Ahgaff. Then the supporting factors of the performance of long-distance learning, and the slowdown factors. The study involves a qualitative approach. Primary data are collected using the Google form and secondary data from related articles and literature. From the study, it is known that long-range learning strategies utilize online technology as a learning medium. The contributing factors include learning activities online, enhancing teachers' and students’ ability to harness technology, and enhancing teacher and disciple creativity. And not all students have android phones, no direct interaction of teachers and students, and his fees will be internet expenses.</em></p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang strategi pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP Plus Daarul Ahgaff. Lalu faktor pendukung dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan <em>Google form</em> dan data sekunder dari artikel dan literatur terkait. Dari penelitian tersebut diketahui, strategi pembelajaran jarak jauh memanfaatkan teknologi daring sebagai media pembelajaran. Adapun faktor pendukung di antaranya adanya aktivitas pembelajaran secara daring, meningkatkan kemampuan para guru dan murid dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, dan meningkatkan kreativitas guru serta murid. Dan faktor penghambat tidak semuanya siswa memiliki HP android, tidak adanya interaksi langsung Guru dan murid, dan borosnya akan pengeluaran biaya internet.</p>

T he current epidemic situation in Russia and the world caused by coronavirus infection requires prompt solutions to eliminate the consequences of the pandemic in almost all sectors of economic activity. The isolation of the population from mutual contacts was one of the effective solutions to the problem. This arose the need for the educational institutions to promptly switch to a remote mode of education. Those involved in the distance learning process faced a wide range of different problems, which defines the topicality of developing the efficient measures aimed to overcome the challenges of the distance learning process. The subject of the work is the analysis of the processes arising from the sudden transition of the educational environment of the university to the distance learning format, the development of a rating model designed to grade the problems which are important for the students and which are determined by the transition to the distance learning format, and the development of directions for solving the established problems. The aim of the study is to identify the problems that have arisen from the transition to a distance learning format among the students and to develop an organizational and managerial tool to fix these problems. The study relies on the information taken from a secondary data analysis performed by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) and the results of their own research by the students specializing in Economics at the Institute of Economics and Management in Penza State University. The research methods included SPSS based comparative and frequency analysis. The scientific novelty of the work is as follows: 1) a rating evaluation of the problems arising from the transfer of the educational process of the university to a distance learning format in the context of a "shock" transition associated with force majeure caused by coronavirus infection has been developed; 2) University students’ satisfaction with distance learning and students’ readiness to apply the technological distance learning tools and possibilities of Moodle based electronic educational resources in the distance learning format have been identified. Statistical processing of the research results with nonparametric criteria contributes into the reliability of the findings and the recommendation. The practical significance of the research lies in the developed concept of the organizational and managerial mechanism for overcoming the problems arising from the transition to the university’s distance learning environment. This mechanism refers to the social and informational areas, reduces the time of transition to the distance learning format, and accounts for the interests and readiness of the teaching staff and students. Further research is seen to be connected with monitoring the validity of the revealed problems in their dynamics with a one semester lag.

The background of this study is intend to identify, analyse, and describe the effect of size company, profitability, leverage, and environmental performance on environmental disclosure. The data on this uses a descriptive verificate research with a quantitative approach. In this study, used researches purposive sampling to determine the samples. This research using the secondary data taken from annual report that is published by companies sample. While in the process of data analysis in this research using SPSS 26 software consisting of classical assumption test (normalitas test, autocorrelation test, heteroskedastisity test and multicolinearity test) double regresilinear analysis, hypotesis test (t statictical test and F statistical test) and coefficient of determination test. The result of reseach is profitability has a negative influence on environmental disclosure. As for the size company, leverage, and environmental performance have no influence on environmental disclosure. Extension is an informal learning process that plays an important role in improving fisheries processors competencies. However, current extension activities that have been running so far are felt to be lacking so it is necessary to look at the effectiveness of conducting extension on traditional fisheries business related to methods, media, materials and capabilities of extension agents. This study was aimed to (1) analyze the effectiveness of fisheries extension activities in traditional fisheries processing businesses in Lampung Province, (2) analyze traditional processors competencylevels, (3) analyze the effect of extension on processors competencies/capabilities in traditional fisheries processing businesses. This study used a quantitative approach enriched with qualitative analysis. The survey was conducted to obtain primary data using a questionnaire. The research location were in three districts in Lampung Province. The data analysis technique used descriptive and regression analysis. The results of the study were (1) the effectiveness of extension was still low, (2) traditional processors competencies belonged to the low category, and (3) the ability of extension agents affected the development of fisheries processors’ competencies. The effectiveness of extension is still low due to the limited extension methods. Therefore it is important to carry out extension activities with varied methods according to the target needs to improve the competency of traditional fisheries processors.
