Planning of difficult logistic structures is presently conducted with the use of the special software products and modern information technologies. Presently in this area of widest преминения find various computer expert facilities and systems of planning of processes of logistic. Large possibilities in this area are possessed by the packages of structural design. They allow not only to prepare the proper recommendations and projects on the base of exact analytical methods but also give them an evident, visual form. In this article the considered approaches of design of system dynamics of control of inventories in production-point-of-sale organizations which supply, material and technical facilities for Military Powers of Ukraine. The example of visual model of logistic chain is described developed at to the environment of package of structural design of iThink It is marked that work with the package of iThink does not require the special skills and knowledge of programming language. A model is developed by placing in a graphics editor separate component and them subsequent connection. If necessary intercommunications are set between separate knots. Analysing the расмотреный package of structural design it is possible to draw a conclusion, that facilities of structural design of ненавязывают are some hard limits on the process of design. A model can be developed practically for any system of financial streams and supplies any the organizations of any pattern of ownership. Also it should be noted that design of activity of economic subjects exceptionally effective and perspective direction of development of administrative technologies. World experience testifies that computer analysis of the logistic systems, a condition is needed for the effective planning of creation and management similar difficult organizations.

This article outlines current issues of research on computer traces in the investigation of crimes at the stage of pre-trial investigation related to illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues. The main ways of conducting drug trafficking in Ukraine using modern information technologies, that is, using computer technology (mostly mobile devices, personal portable computers) and software products (programs for communicating by means of calls and messages through the Internet, Web browsers, etc.) on the World Wide Web are analyzed. Based on the analysis of research and publications of scientists as well as on the basis of empirical research during computer forensic investigations connected with investigation of illegal distribution of narcotic drugs, methods of illicit goods distribution on the Internet along with methods for investigating computer technologies, which directly relate to drug trafficking using modern information technologies, has been considered. Types of data that can be extracted using specialized software in laboratories of computer research during computer forensic investigation, and which, in turn, can function as factual data and is the evidence of commission of crimes related to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances or their analogues are considered, namely, we are talking about such data as: information from messenger programs, web browsers, text messages, as well as from user files (including graphic, audio and video files); In addition, guiding questions that can be addressed to a forensic expert while computer forensic investigation in criminal investigations related to illegal production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation, transfer, sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues are suggested.

Aim. To assess the system for registration and account of infectious and parasitic diseases in Republic of Tatarstan useing software products for epidemiological situation managing, sanitary-and-epidemiologic emergencies prevention, hazards of infectious diseases onset and spreading that might be potentially dangerous for participants, visitors and local residents during XXVII Worldwide Universiade 2013 in Kazan.Methods. Statistical forms №1 and №2 «Data on infectious and parasitic diseases» in the Republic of Tatarstan for the period of 2004 to 2013, 058/у forms (emergency notifications), «Infectious diseases registry» (journal №60) were used for data gaining. To analyze the prevalence of the diseases, software products («Population disease prevalence analysis»), «Social and hygienic monitoring» - «Krista» automated system, «Automated information system of epidemiological survey and emergencies prevention in the sphere of public healthcare during the 2013 Universiade» («Epidemiological safety» automated information system) software were used. Methods of epidemiological diagnosis and common methods of variance analysis (calculations of relative and mean values, statistical series analysis and statistical significance assessment) were used.Results. Retrospective epidemiological analysis of infectious and parasitic diseases in Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan city, monitoring of background epidemiological conditions in Kazan city using the «Population disease prevalence analysis» software products and «Krista» automated system, as well as on-stream epidemiological analysis of infectious and parasitic diseases prevalence among participants, visitors of the 2013 Kazan Universiade by introducing the «Epidemiological safety» automated information system increased the epidemiological diagnosis quality, allowed to timely identify epidemiological deviations, provide targeted sanitary and anti-epidemic measures and to assess their effect. Continuous interaction between the Tatarstan Regional Agency of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, Russian scientific and research institute for fighting plaque «Mikrob», Hygiene and epidemiology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan and healthcare institutions was provided during the 2013 Universiade.Conclusion. Complex use of modern information technologies and introduction of «Epidemiological safety» automated information system while carrying out the 2013 Universiade allowed to completely implement the targeted management and technologic tasks for infective and parasitic diseases prevalence monitoring.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.

The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.
