Problem and goal. The study is devoted to the understanding of the pedagogical community of the key category of the current regulatory legal acts in the field of education – “spiritual and moral education.” The implementation of one or another legally enshrined norm is carried out by specific subjects, who must first of all comprehend it, fill it with content and, as a result, implement it in their professional activities. In this regard, the search for an answer to the question “How is” spiritual and moral education “understood in modern scientific and pedagogical discourse?” was the purpose of this study. Research base and literature. The research was carried out on the basis of publications presented in the NEB eLIBRARY.RU. The article provides an overview of scientific works published in 2019 on the pedagogical category “spiritual and moral education”. The material for the review was publications posted on the portal in the free access, the authors of which share their experience or the experience of pedagogical collectives in the implementation of spiritual and moral education. Research results. In the presented review, attention is focused on publications of a practical nature, which accounted for ⅔ of all the works under consideration. The review of publications devoted to the experience of implementing spiritual and moral education is based on the technology of education proposed by N.E. Shchurkova. All publications are conditionally divided into those where the technology of spiritual and moral education is presented in a holistic manner, and those where its separate component is revealed; on publications devoted to spiritual and moral education in lesson activities and in extracurricular activities. Conclusion. The overwhelming number of publications is devoted to the organization of the external “moral” side of spiritual and moral education, while the spiritual component of the category under consideration is rarely in demand by modern authors. The description of the experience of the authors of the publications under consideration contains mainly a list of activities, while the description of the experience in organizing the semantic search activity of students in works is rare.

Authors as a result of researches got informative, statistical and experimental data which allowed to ground and form initial requirements on the machine technological operations of irrigation. Purpose of researches – to conduct the analysis of practice of application of multi-supporting sprinkling-machines which are used in technologies of the irrigated agriculture, define the high-quality indexes of implementation of technological process and construction features for forming of requirements on the technical and technological operations of irrigation. Methods of researches: empiric, measuring, theoretical, mathematical and statistical, analysis of existent normative base. Results of researches. In the process of researches prospects, problems and terms of application of multi-supporting sprinkling-machines, are analyzed, the modern state and tendencies of improvement of these machines are considered. The brought classification over and structural signs of sprinkling-machines, basic charts and methods of irrigation, the review of constructions of sprinkling machines and technological features of their application, certain high-quality and operating-technological indexes of work of machines, are given. An operating in Ukraine normative base is analyzed in relation to requirements to the broad-cut sprinkling-machines at their application in the technique and technology operations of irrigation. It is educed as a result of analysis, that an investigational normative base touches mainly requirements to the construction of sprinkling machines and their separate component parts, methods of tests and requirements of safety. General initial requirements on technical and technological operations of irrigation, which touch quality of implementation of technological process, operating-technological and ecological requirements, requirements to reliability of and other absent. On the basis of the conducted researches and tests, experimental and informative data, which were taken as base, certain and initial requirements are reasonable on the technique and technology operations of irrigation at the use of broad-cut multisupporting sprinkling-machines, were got. Conclusions: the necessity of application of sprinkling-machines is set taking into account ecological requirements and the basic rules of their use are certain with the purpose of warning of erosive processes of soils .initial requirements are Certain and reasonable on the technical and technological operations of irrigation at the use of broad-cut multi-supporting sprinkling machines.

Large number of the amendments made to the General Part of the Criminal Law is related to regulation of the punishment and its determination issues.The aim of the article is to analyse the development, significance, clarity and comprehensibility of punishment, its purpose, as well as its role in the formation of the punish­ment system and determination of punishment. The article draws attention to understanding of resocialisation of punished persons, taking into account that it, as a separate component of the punishment purpose, was included with the amend­ments of 13 December 2012, as well as that the amendments of 17 December 2020 (to enter into force on 1 January 2022) stipulate that resocialisation is primarily for minors.

The CAPABLE project has been funded by the EU Horizon 2020 Programme over the years 2020-24 to support home care. A system is being designed and implemented supporting remote monitoring and virtual coaching for cancer patients. The system is based on a distributed modular architecture involving many components encapsulating various knowledge. The Case Manager has been designed as a separate component with the aim of coordinating the problem solving strategies. A first version of the Case Manager has been released and used by the components in a prototypical scenario shown at the first project review.

Nowadays sports as a separate component of social life includes a great many varieties which enable millions of sportsmen and fans to communicate with one another. Thorough research is carried out on various aspects of sport: from the philosophy of sports to exquisite psychological observations of individual sportmen. Thus the study of the forms and the style of sports reports as well as their linguostylistic peculiarities has become an imperative. The aim of our research is to reveal the characteristic features of sports reports with reference to the vocabulary used, namely – the semantic groups most frequently occurring in sports speech.

The additional data to the list of butterflies and moths of Ichnia National Nature Park is given. There are original records for 91 lepidopterous species from 78 genera of 12 families presented. Actually, 42 species from 37 genera of 10 families are recorded in the Ichnia National Nature Park for the first time. Recently the checklist of Lepidoptera of Ichnia National Nature Park and its immediate environs (taking into account the species from the previously published list) includes 633 known species from 379 genera of 31 families. According to the number of registered species, the following Lepidoptera families prevail in the fauna of Ichnia National Nature Park: Noctuidae (190 species from 99 genera), Geometridae (147 species from 83 genera), Tortricidae (70 species from 35 genera), Erebidae (36 species from 27 genera), Pyralidae (34 species from 25 genera) and Crambidae (24 species from 18 genera). The best studied is the territory of Arboretum ‘Trostianets’ of the National Academy of ciences of Ukraine (as a separate component of Ichnia National Nature Park), where 506 lepidopterous species from 302 genera of 21 families were registered. In other parts of the Ichnia National Nature Park 156 species from 133 genera of 27 families were recorded. It shows a lack of knowledge of its Lepidoptera diversity as a whole.

<p>Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires to students and interviews with physics teachers, there are two things that the author found. The first is students still have difficulty in determining the direction of Lorentz force and the second is the availibility of tools for Lorentz force practicums at school is still a separate component. So, it is necessary to develop Lorentz force media that can overcome both problems. The purpose of this study is to improve students' cognition through developing Lorentz force tools. The research and development (R&amp;D) of the Borg and Gall model is the methodology applied in this study. The research instrument used was the test instrument. The results of the development of tools is validated by material experts, media experts, and Physics teachers. The validity of the Lorentz force tools is calculated using the product moment formula, reliability is calculated using the KR-20 formula. The results of data analysis in the experimental class, obtained an average score of pretest of 29.17, grooming post-test average of 82.78. From these data, it can be concluded that the development of Lorentz force tools  can improve students’ learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Berdasarkan dari hasil penyebaran angket kepada siswa dan wawancara terhadap guru Fisika ada dua hal yang penulis temukan. Pertama masih ditemukan siswa yang kesulitan dalam menentukan arah gaya Lorentz dan yang kedua KIT praktikum gaya Lorentz yang tersedia di sekolah  masih dalam komponen yang terpisah. Sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan media gaya Lorentz yang dapat mengatasi kedua permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kognitif siswa melalui  pengembangan alat peraga gaya Lorentz. Penelitian dan pengembangan (R &amp; D) model Borg and Gall merupakan metodologi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian  yang digunakan instrumen tes. Hasil pengembangan alat peraga divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan guru Fisika. Validitas alat peraga gaya Lorentz dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus <em>product Moment, </em>reliabilitas  dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus KR-20. Hasil dari analisis data pada kelas eksperimen, diperoleh skor rata-rata <em>pre-test</em> sebesar 29,17, dan rata-rata <em>post-test</em>82,78. Dari data tersebut dapat simpulkan melalui pengembangan alat peraga gaya Lorentz mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif.</p><div><hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" /></div>

The article considers one of the little-studied aspects of socio-economic development of Ukrainian lands as part of the Russian Empire in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries – coverage of the activities of the leading stock exchange institutions of the region in works of personal origin, in particular, journalistic works and memoirs of leading economists of the time. The urgency of studying various aspects of this topic is due to the need for a detailed study of the historical experience of the introduction of market relations in the Ukrainian economic realities. This task, in turn, allows us to develop a strategy for modern reform of the Ukrainian economic system, aimed at building a capitalist system. At the same time, among the least researched issues in modern domestic historiography is the activity of exchange institutions in Ukraine in the period under study. As a result of the study, the author came to the conclusion that journalistic and memoir works of contemporaries, as a separate component of the layer of sources of personal origin is an important layer of documentary materials. Written on the basis of personal impressions of the authors, they allow to consider the deep specifics of the leading exchange institutions of Ukraine, to show their "behind the scenes", to identify their shortcomings, which were criticized and exposed. These documents significantly complement the sources of other groups, which provide official information related to one or another aspect of stock trading. The article notes that further study of sources of personal origin will be carried out in subsequent scientific publications.

Planning of difficult logistic structures is presently conducted with the use of the special software products and modern information technologies. Presently in this area of widest преминения find various computer expert facilities and systems of planning of processes of logistic. Large possibilities in this area are possessed by the packages of structural design. They allow not only to prepare the proper recommendations and projects on the base of exact analytical methods but also give them an evident, visual form. In this article the considered approaches of design of system dynamics of control of inventories in production-point-of-sale organizations which supply, material and technical facilities for Military Powers of Ukraine. The example of visual model of logistic chain is described developed at to the environment of package of structural design of iThink It is marked that work with the package of iThink does not require the special skills and knowledge of programming language. A model is developed by placing in a graphics editor separate component and them subsequent connection. If necessary intercommunications are set between separate knots. Analysing the расмотреный package of structural design it is possible to draw a conclusion, that facilities of structural design of ненавязывают are some hard limits on the process of design. A model can be developed practically for any system of financial streams and supplies any the organizations of any pattern of ownership. Also it should be noted that design of activity of economic subjects exceptionally effective and perspective direction of development of administrative technologies. World experience testifies that computer analysis of the logistic systems, a condition is needed for the effective planning of creation and management similar difficult organizations.

In this study, we used Monte Carlo method to simulate each separate component of the gamma scattering spectrum. The gamma rays emitted from a 137Cs source, scatter on aluminum targets and recorded by a NaI(Tl) detector. Based on the distribution characteristics of each scattering component, we propose a new method to analyze scattered gamma spectra. This method was applied for simulated spectra to estimate the material thickness gives good results.
