The article raises questions about the protective mechanisms in adolescents which shows themselves as psychosomatic diseases. The profound changes in modern society, which require a person of constant adaptation in all spheres of life: live communication is replaced by electronic, robotization of work processes, uncontrolled flow of information, change of concepts, the destruction of traditions, leading to chronic stress, exhaustion and health problems. In particular, as a result of lack of attention and lively communication, excessive demands, replacement of emotional manifestation of love with material goods in the most vulnerable part of the population - adolescents there is a feeling of needlessness, which often leads to depressive states and emotional breakdowns which cause psychological disorders. The article deals with several types of manifestations of psychosomatic diseases, such as allergies, bronchial asthma, heart diseases, diseases of the digestive system and skin, and factors that cause their appearance. The causes of psychosomatic illness are still a controversial issue due to its versatility and ambiguity. The manifestation of the disease can be affected by a variety of factors that may not cause the disease if at least one of them to be removed. Because of this ambiguity, psychosomatics are beginning to be perceived as a mystified pseudoscience. Such an attitude causes distrust to the psychologists of specialists and adherents of this teaching. Study of diseases occurs exclusively in the medical sense. What is the source of treatment in hospitals, where medication slows down the development of complications of such chronic diseases as allergies, bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis - without treating them thoroughly since these diseases are also psychological.

Scientists include psychological problems related to the development of human intelligence. Intelligence plays a significant role not only in its daily activities, but also in the professional field. Scientists have proved the fact that the success of any activity, the adaptation of a person to the conditions of life, a certain environment, etc., depends on the level of intelligence. Changes in the development of personality intelligence can also be reflected in one’s mental health. One way to solve a person’s psychological problems is to ignore them or to soften the general state of the body. The modern world is posing more and more challenges to humanity, so today psychological science must be ready to solve various psychological problems, and this is possible only through their detailed research.

This chapter offers a contribution to the ongoing research into networked individualism in late modern society from the perspective of religion online. Using a sample of weblogs created by Australians involved in the “emerging church movement,” this chapter will explore how the Internet has enabled individuals to seek relationships with others and discern a religious identity beyond the confines of local faith communities and denominational institutions. Here we will see how those who use blogs to form religious networks must negotiate constructions of communal identities, not just offline, but within the blogosphere. These negotiations represent a postmodern quest for authentic religious expression and practice, which is found in the flow of information among a myriad of traditional and new sources.

The article considers the state of socio cultural reality of post-Soviet Russia, which carried out transit from socialism to capitalism. Transformation of Russia into a new capitalist country of the post-communist bloc during the reforms of the1990s was associated with privatization, as a result of which there was a rapid stratification of society, income polarization, wrongfully impoverishment of the population and with massive downward mobility. Over the past quarter-century, a new stratification model has emerged. This model cannot be considered as a stable connection of social life subjects not only by age characteristics, experience of socialization, attitude to property, but also because this structure is due to the entire socio cultural state of the post-Soviet space. In society, the mood of idealization of the Soviet past is growing to find protective mechanisms against the uncertain future. The critical optics of the "epoch of nostalgia" concept, which is dedicated to the posthumously published work of the outstanding British sociologist Z. Bauman "Retropia," permits to light up the risks and threats of the mood of the idealization of the past. The past must be seen not as a frozen ideological construct, but as a continuum that can help to understand the origins of the social contexts of the present and the prospects of the future. Memory culture is also the policy of a state that works subtly with its historical past in the information field of mass consciousness: gross manipulation of it in modern society can produce unpredictable results.

The instinct of self-preservation can be considered as the main instinct, it is directly related to other instincts, such as: the maternal instinct, the instinct of hunger, thirst instinct, instinct of power, sexual instinct, and all of these instincts are responsible for the preserving life and its continuation. Nowadays, in the conditions of scientific and technological progress, man has developed the habitat and is going to develop a new habitat – technosphere, one feature of which is the progressive increase in the amount of dangers, such as: technological, social and political, biomedical, ecological, etc.; thus, in these changed circumstances the instinct of self-preservation can be described as the instinct for safety. The protective mechanisms generated by scientific and technological progress against the danger have not formed for a human in the process of evolution. An example is penetrating radiation, the consequences that may be the cause of death or a significant deterioration in human health. The consequences of penetrating radiation are well acknowledged, since no senses perceiving it and the perceived danger launches the instinct of self-preservation. The foundation of this launch is an instinctive fear for life and health. In the conditions of scientific progress growth rates and the amount of dangers generated by the progress, the instinct for safety is necessary as synonymous with the instinct of self-preservation. The justification of it can be the fact, that it’s not possible to stop the development of scientific progress, it will keep providing regular danger, because it’s unreal for the modern society to keep away from the benefits of civilization. At present, the security has become a constantly increasing social significance. The confirmation of the significance is the initiation of the mandatory subject «Safety of vital activity» at schools and universities. The subject «Safety of vital activity» for the universities is particularly important, since an alumnus of university becomes entitled to hold senior posts and responsibility for security of the managed enterprise and the team of employees. The chief has a moral, administrative responsibility and even criminal liability in the event of employee injury.Human instincts, in contrast to animal instincts, in which they are realized in full and unchanged form recorded in the genome, are controlled by it and subject to its conscious activity, formed in the process of its socialization. On this basis, individual authors replace the instinct of self-preservation in man with the concept of homeostatic regulation, also formed in the process of evolution. Homeostasis and homeostatic regulation in terms of its functional content is the instinct of the constancy of the internal environment of the organism, as well as all the instincts formed in the process of evolution. An illustrative example in the resolution of these contradictions is the description of the behavior of people in the wreck of such ships as the Titanic and Lusitania. The chances of survival were about 30%; on both ships there were not enough lifeboats. The difference was in the sinking speed. The speed of the sinking of ships affected the behavior of people: on board the rapidly sinking «Lusitania», everyone was for himself, so the most viable had more chances to escape. It should be noted that in both cases there was a pronounced stress. Slow sinking «Titanic» allowed people to follow the accepted social norms – to save in the first place children and women. At the same time, everyone realized that he was doing this to the detriment of himself, that is, ignored his own instinct of self-preservation. This analysis illustrates, that it takes time, there should be a certain place, favorable conditions and the personality in demonstration of the instinct of self-preservation by human, but it does not mean that the instinct is absent at the genome.

The objective of the study was to evaluate right and left heart hemodynamics, right (RV) and left (LV) ventricular dyastolic function and effectiveness of nebulized bronchodilators. The study involved 86 elderly patients with bronchial asthma (BA). The control group included 22 elderly patients without lung or heart diseases. The results found remodeling RV and LV, RV and LV dyastolic dysfunction that worsened as asthma severity increased. These parameters correlated to a level of pulmonary hypertension which was mostly moderate (35.0 ± 7.9 mmHg). Nebulized bronchodilators improved the heart hemodynamics: pulmonary hypertension reduced, time and velocity parameters of RV and LV improved. The most effective medication in elderly patients with BA was Berodual.

The existence of such phenomena and processes as production, enterprise, management, as well as their creators, or those who perform them, personifies, namely: staff, managers, owners cannot exist in reality outside of individual and social production. In this case, the production of not only material goods, but also material goods is understood. Accordingly, the need as such can also be met differently and to varying degrees, depending on the quality, the level of development of those factors of production that are used in the enterprise through effective management. Currently, the main trends of effective leadership phenomenon associated with the transition from command to sole leadership, leadership from the vertical to the virtual and latent, tight localization of its leader to free movement. In this case, the article examines the vision of scientists on the composition and peculiarities of formation of leadership qualities of a manager in modern conditions in order to ensure effective management of the enterprise. Also, the analysis of effective leadership initiatives at the organizational environment level in turbulent economic conditions is conducted. However, given the pace of development of modern society in general, and economic relations in particular, we consider it necessary to express the view that an effective leader does not necessarily have stable qualities that differentiate him from other people. After all, what is required of a leader can very often depend on the circumstances. It's corny, but it's true. History knows many leaders who have found their time and place, whose qualities have lost their appeal as the situation has changed. Yes, some uncompromising managers who have been able to overcome managerial crises are not capable of being effective leaders in other circumstances. And their more flexible counterparts adapt to changing priorities and lead their people. Currently, the main trends in the development of the phenomenon of effective leadership are related to the transition from single to team leadership, from vertical leadership to virtual and latent, from rigid localization of the leader to his free movement
