An important role in building an effective, competitive image of a political leader is played by his perception by the population, especially during the election campaign. From today on, most Ukrainians have a tendency to personify political parties and factions with their political leader. When building the image of a political leader, it is important for image makers to take into account the implicit perception of images. After all, the image of a political leader, correctly formed by image makers, is a guarantee of victory and the achievement of certain goals set by a political leader. In this work, the author focused his attention on the psychological foundations of the implicit theory of leadership, in order to build an adequate image of a political leader. Since the implicit theory, regardless of its degree of truth, allows for the categorization of the phenomena of reality and affects the behavior and actions of a person. The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing implicit theories of leadership and determine their role in shaping the image of a political leader. Research methods: bibliographic: analysis, systematization, theoretical data and literary sources, historical: study of the emergence, formation and development of implicit theories of leadership and the concept of the image of a political leader. The author analyzes scientific concepts and stages of the formation of implicit theories and theories of personality attitudes. The diversity of existing approaches to the implicit theory is emphasized both from the standpoint of psychological, social and political concepts. The influence of attitudes on the perception and construction of images of political leaders among the population is explained. The structural components of the image of a political leader are highlighted: socio-demographic characteristics of a politician; ideological component; expectations of the target audience. Their relationship with the implicit representations of the personality is considered. It was emphasized that the image of a political leader should be built taking into account all three components, and meet the needs and images of society that are relevant during the period of the leader’s nomination. All of the above allows us to consider the «implicit theory» of personality as a cognitive mechanism for the promotion of a political leader, and complements the action of a behavioral mechanism similar in function — psychological exchange and attitudes formation.

Problem statement. It is shown that the main scientific vectors of the study of the personality image of the future can be considered philosophical, sociological, psychophysiological and psychological. In psychology, the future is revealed as a property of the mental. It is determined that the psychological phenomenology of the image of the future is that it is a holistic view of the individual about the future. It is in the mind and constantly affects behavior, activities, and its emotional state. The ability of an individual to construct his own future is due to the peculiarities of his individual psychological representations. This aspect is little studied in psychological science.  The purpose of the article is to present methods and techniques of research of representations and designing the world image of the future by the person. Results of the research. It is noted that the process of forming the image of the future is not only a vision of the end result, but also the impact on the assessment of behavior, consolidation of moral, volitional, intellectual efforts to realize their own expectations. This emphasizes the subjective nature of this process. In the framework of the research of mental representations and the peculiarities of constructing personality images of the future in a particular individual context were identified the mediative and moderative components that influence this phenomenon. The author’s method of assessing the world image of the future is presented. It is a technique of subjective scaling — that is, it shows how the individual imagines his future. To assess the relationship between the studied indicators, which are operationalized as concepts of psychosemantic analysis, a multidimensional deployment was used. Conclusions and prospects for further research. It is concluded that the psychosemantic approach is the most informative in the identified abilities of the individual to construct images of their own future. It is noted that the prospects for further research will be to identify the re lationship between forms and strategies for building mental representations of the image of the future with strategies for individual behavior in difficult life situations.

As a result of the hostilities that are now taking place in the East of our country, the psychological and physical trauma of the combatants is increasingly being seen. Due to the fact that the processes of their adaptation and rehabilitation are delayed in time, we can get stuck with even greater and deeper psychological traumatization of people who have undergone a very high level of stress and returned from the combat zone. Questions regarding a more thorough study and improvement of methods for the rehabilitation of combatants can be attributed to a rather urgent problem of modern Ukraine. We consider it important to draw the attention of scientists and practitioners to the analysis of the rehabilitation potential and finding an effective combination of approaches and methods in the provision of psychological assistance and rehabilitation measures with combatants who have undergone the remote consequences of stressful influences. The use of dolphin therapy for the rehabilitation of combatants today is a rather unique method in Ukraine. Among the disorders that cause the need for rehabilitation, scientists include: disability, alcoholism, drug addiction, loss of social status, work, housing, loved ones, crime. All this has a very negative effect on people, and as a result, quite often our citizens cannot cope alone with the problems in which they find themselves for objective or subjective reasons. Summing up, we came to the conclusion that Ukrainian society needs qualified rehabilitation activities of highly qualified specialists, which are carried out in special rehabilitation centers.

Three decades later, we can say that the concept has passed a certain evolutionary path and today is one of the most discussed categories. In the XXI century. The level of Emotinal Intelligence has become an important characteristic of the modern personality and reliable worker, therefore, a lot of research and development of tests for determining EI is devoted to this topic.  In the article are represented the results of an empirical study of the relationship between meaningful life orientations and motivational readiness of students for professional activity. It was found that the leading orientation of the studied students, which is most pronounced at a high level, is the focus on interaction and cooperation, due to the interests of cooperation, constructive interpersonal communication, the needs of joint activities. It is noted that the focus on cooperation of students with other people reflects their motivation to communicate as a process when it is communication, interaction, and not the specific results of such activities that matter. The students found a predominance of the average level of life aspirations, which can be explained by their mediocre self-confidence, insufficient ability to set life goals according to their own capabilities, as well as the average level of life achievements due to average and low assessment of their ability to manage their own lives. It has been shown that the global Covid-19 pandemic has contributed to the actualization of those needs that are limited or even impossible due to total lockdown. It was found that the motivational structure of students is dominated by high levels of all indicators of life orientation: livelihood, comfort, communication, and «work» orientation, which determine the motivational orientation of students to professional activities in the form of general and creative activity and social utility. At the same time, the developmental motives of professional readiness for activity («working» orientation) of the studied students are higher in comparison with the motives of maintenance (general life orientation). The strongest connection between the indicators of meaningful life orientations is found with the need for recognition, with the need for self-expression and with the tendency to affiliation. The general life orientation of students depends mostly on life support and communication, and the «work» orientation — on general and creative activities.
