The research aimed at analyzing spike in blockers of Iraqi volleyball league clubs as well as finding a correlation relation between spiking and tactical performance of blockers. The researcher used the descriptive method on (96) Iraqi volleyball primer league club players of the season (2020 – 2021). The clubs who came first five (40) were selected and given a questioner for evaluation spiking in volleyball. Click and Scout program was used to come up with the conclusion that state a significant correlation relation between spiking and tactical performing of blocking in primer league volleyball players.

      The research aimed at constructing an emotional balance scale for Iraqi futsal clubs as well as identifying the level of emotional balance scale for Iraqi female futsal players. It also aimed at identifying the psychological and obstacles that female futsal players face in training and during competition. The researchers used the descriptive method on (300) female futsal players who represent (20) clubs distributed as a pilot study, main experiment, construction, and applications subjects. The scale consisted of (26) items to come up with the rests. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that the results showed significance between emotional balance and mental, social, motor, psychological stability, and courage in facing the future.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />Globalization encourages foreign brands to come to Indonesia, one of them is Keds as a sneakers shoe brand. One of the problems that Keds faces when it comes to Indonesia is the perception about Keds as a type of shoes even though actually it is a brand of shoes. Therefore, Keds held a “Ladies First Since 1916” Campaign not only to celebrate their 100th anniversary, but also to create awareness about Keds as the first sneakers brand for ladies since 1916 and to deliver their persuasive messages through promotion activites in the campaign. The aim of this research is to find out Keds customer buying decision process based on social judgement theory, where the customer will interpret the persuasive messages about the promotion activities in the campaign and also to find out the stages of customer decision buying process. The research method that was used is qualitative descriptive method through indepth interview with Keds customers. The result shows that the interpretation of the messages through attiudes/cognitive and beliefs/mental ego involvement is in latitude of acceptance that leads in assimilation effect and it seen in evaluation of alternatives stage in the buying decision process by Keds customer.<br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> buying process, beliefs, attitudes, persuasive</p><p><br />ABSTRAK<br />Globalisasi mendorong brand asing masuk ke Indonesia, salah satunya adalah Keds sebagai sebuah brand sepatu sneakers. Persoalan yang dialami Keds ketika awal masuk ke Indonesia adalah persepsi bahwa Keds merupakan jenis sepatu, padahal Keds merupakan brand sebuah sepatu. Oleh karena itu, Keds mengadakan Campaign “Ladies First Since 1916” selain untuk merayakan ulang tahun Keds yang berusia 100 tahun, juga untuk memperkenalkan kembali kepada masyarakat bahwa Keds merupakan brand sneakers wanita pertama asal Amerika sejak 1916 serta melakukan penyampaian pesan persuasif melalui berbagai kegiatan promosi dalam campaign tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian customer Keds dalam Campaign “Ladies First Since 1916” berdasarkan Social Judgement Theory, bagaimana customer akan memaknai pesan persuasif dalam campaign tersebut yang selanjutnya akan dilihat tahap-tahap dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang dilalui oleh customer. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada customer Keds. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemaknaan pesan berdasarkan ego involvement kognitif dan mental berada pada latitude of acceptance yang mengarah pada efek asimilasi dan terlihat pada tahap evaluasi alternatif dalam berbagai tahap pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang dilalui customer Keds.<br /><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> keputusan pembelian, mental,sikap, persuasi</p>

This research was based on the fact that the frequency of library visitation was still qualified as low due to the weary feeling of the staff to come to library during the break time. The general issue being examined in this study was whether or not the special library has fulfilled the recreationalfunction according to the user's need of information, along with the specific issues which covered the followings: 1) has the library of PT. Trisula Textile Industries implemented the recreationa function of the library?; 2) has the library of PT. Trisula Textile Industries fulfilled the information need of the PT Trisula Textile Industries' staff?. This research describes whether the library of PT. Trisula Textile Industries can be considered as fulfilling the recreational function of the library according to the user's need of information The population of this research was the staff of PT. Trisula Textile Industries, with the total of samples were 88 people which counted based on the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data collection was carried out by using the questionnaire which was based on Likert scale to gain certain answers. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The result of this study indicates that the library of PT Trisula Textile Industries has implemented the recreation function of the library in fulfilling the user's need of information.

Moluccas Islands which is rich of spices has become an appeal for the foreign trades to come make a trades of spices. The first foreign traders who visited the Moluccas Island are muslim Arab traders. The entry of Islam into Jaillolo is marked by the existence of ancient gravestone in the Village of Galala and Gam Lamo. This paper aims to describe the process of entry through the variatons of ancient gravestone in Jailolo. This preliminary study used descriptive method of analysis.Kepulauan Maluku yang kaya akan rempah-rempah telah menjadi daya tarik bagi para pedagang asing untuk datang dan berdagang rempah-rempah. Pedagang asing yang pertama mendatangi Kepulauan Maluku adalah pedagang Arab muslim. Masuknya Islam ke Jailolo ditandai dengan keberadaan nisan-nisan kuno di Desa Galala dan Gam Lamo. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses masuknya Islam melalui variasi nisan kuno di Jailolo. Penelitian awal mengenai peninggalan arkeologi Islam di Jailolo ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis.

One of the attractions in Bali to allure domestic and foreign visitors to come is Pandawa Beach. Located in Kutuh Village, Kuta Selatan sub-district, Badung regency, less than 3 kms from Nusa Dua Tourism Area and Uluwatu Temple, Pandawa Beach gives a different perpective of sight from the trimmed limestone cliffs terraced on the sides of the road, the ocean’s beauty and clean white sands garnished by stone carved statues. All of these constitute a potential view and offering experiences for the visitors. Therefore, the local authority along with the caretaker of Pandawa Beach have implemented a concept of customer experience in order to achieved the increasing level of revisit intention to Pandawa Beach. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of customer experience to revisit intention in Pandawa Beach Tourist Attraction, using quantitative descriptive method. As many as 100 respondents was taken by simple random sampling test and surveyed. The results of the study are due to between customer experience and revisit intention .Customer experience significant impact on revisit intention .Of the relations between experiences visitors with their respective interest visit back marked positive. This proves that the better experience of the visitors will be interest visit back.

The research aimed at identifying the reality of crises management in central administrative bureau in governorates swimming federation from the administrative bureaus’ point of view as well as first class referees. The problem of the research lies in answering whether the central or regional administrative bureaus of Iraqi swimming federation are able to administer crises that they face. The researchers used the descriptive method on 85 member and referee who represent Iraqi central swimming federation as well as regional federation. The subjects were (80) members and referees. A scale was designed for crises administrations that was applied on the subject. The data was collected and treated to come up with the conclusions. The researchers concluded that crises administration reality shows great weakness that leads to increasing the effects of these crises that negatively affected the federation.

The research aimed at identifying factors affecting the level of fencers in the three known weapons as well as identifying the order of these factors according to the percentage of each factor. The researchers used the descriptive method on (60) fencers who represent the three weapons based on a questionnaire made of five axes and six questions for each axe. The results of the questionnaire showed that central federation duties comes first, technical issues comes next, financial aspects third, external factors forth, and social factors comes last. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to come up with the conclusions and recommendations.

The importance of the research lies in trying to find the best solutions to get the player to the optimal motor path by studying mechanical (kinematical) variables for one of the most important skills for the futsal soccer game, which is the scoring skill of the penalty marks (6 - 10) meters in highlighting the study of the differences between The completed work and the instantaneous speed of the ball to launch the scoring skill from the penalty mark for scoring (6 meters and 10 meters) for players in some biomechanical variables such as the vertical work done variable and the angle of the ball launch so that we can know those differences and overcome them in the stages of education and training. The research objectives were: 1-Knowing the values ​​of the job variables performed for the scoring skill from the penalty mark (6 meters - 10 meters) for FUTSAL players 2- Knowing the values ​​of the instant speed of the ball for scoring skill from the penalty mark (6 meters-10 meters) for FUTSAL players 3-Identify the differences between the work done and the instantaneous starting speed of the ball for scoring skill from the penalty mark (6 meters - 10 meters) for FUTSAL players The researcher used the descriptive method in the analysis method to suit his nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (12) players who represented the Sulaymaniyah Governorate team and the participant in the Iraqi championship for the first degree for the year (2016-2017). The researcher used video imaging to achieve the technical scientific observation by using a Japanese-made video camera (CASIO.EX.FH25.EXILM) with an internal memory (4kB) placed at a distance of (9.80 meters) and on the right of the player and the height of the lens ( 1,40) from the surface of the Earth, and the speed of the photographic machine was In video (120 images / second), the Kinovea V 0.8.24 program was used to obtain the vertical work variable and the starting angle of the sphere and the researcher used the following statistical methods (arithmetic mean - standard deviation - difference coefficient - T test for independent samples) To obtain the research data, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations and conclusions for the research.

Tax is the source used to finance a development. One of which is the land and building tax. This study goals to determine (1) the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues in lamongan districts in 2014 until 2018, (2) barriers that impact the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues in the district of 2014 until 2018, (3) Government to overcome barriers that affect the level of tax effectiveness of the earth and buildings in the district lamongan 2014 until 2018. The method that used in this research is by documentation technique. Data analysis method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive method. The results shows that: (1) the effectiveness of land and buildings tax revenues in the district of 2014 until 2018 has been very effective, (2) the barriers that impact the effectiveness of tax revenues of land and buildings is difficult to meet taxpayers, And knowledge of taxpayers in paying taxes, (3) efforts to overcome obstacles in the tax revenue of the land and buildings is in cooperation with village rayon coordinator, and held more socialization. The authors provide recommendations to the district revenue department of Lamongan district should more often hold socialization for tax revenue of land and buildings increasing in the years to come.
