О НЕКОТОРЫХ ИСТОРИЧЕСКИХ АСПЕКТАХ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ РАБОТЫ С ОСУЖДЕННЫМИ В МЕСТАХ ЛИШЕНИЯ СВОБОДЫ

В статье предпринята попытка теоретического анализа и изучения научной литературы по организации и становлению воспитательной работы с осужденными в местах лишения свободы, продемонстрирована взаимосвязь между политико-воспитательной работой, ресоциализацией и исправлением осужденных в пенитенциарных учреждениях. Проведенное исследование позволяет предполагать, что воспитательная работа является основополагающим средством исправления различных категорий осужденных (регламентировано ст. 9 УИК РФ). На этой основе критерием исправления будет становиться устойчивое правопослушное поведение человека. В связи с этим возникает необходимость использования психолого-педагогической программы по перестройке и самооценке осужденных, позволяющей формировать их готовность к самореализации, когда осознание совершенных преступлений становится внутренне неприемлемым. Авторами отмечается, что, самоисправление человека зависит от ряда направлений воспитательной работы: нравственного, правового, физического воспитания, получения основного общего образования, получения профессии. Очевидно, что для закрепления положительного результата процесс ресоциализации в пенитенциарных учреждениях должен проводиться сотрудниками всех отделов и служб на основе комплексных программ, разработанных с учетом специфики и возраста осужденных.The article attempts a theoretical analysis and study of scientific literature on the organization and formation of educational work with convicts in prisons, demonstrates the relationship between «political and educational work», re-socialization and correction of convicts in prisons. The study suggests that educational work is a fundamental means of correcting various categories of convicts (regulated by article 9 of the criminal code). Based on this criterion fixes will become sustainable human behavior, demonstrating a conscious rejection of the violation of legal norms with the aim of securing sustainable patterns of law-abiding behavior. There is a need to use the psychological and pedagogical Program for restructuring and self-assessment of convicts, which allows to form on this basis their readiness for self-realization, when the awareness of the crimes committed becomes internally unacceptable. In this regard, the self-correction of a person depends on a number of areas, namely, moral, legal, physical education, basic General education, profession, forming the basis of educational work. It is obvious that in order to consolidate a positive result in penitentiary institutions, the activities of all departments and services should be carried out a process of re-socialization on the basis of comprehensive Programs developed taking into account the specifics and different ages of convicts.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of tax collection with the self assessment system with the level of taxpayer compliance in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu. The analytical methods used are Average Distribution, Spearman Rank Correlation and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is known that the value of rho (count) is 0.755 in the interval of interpretation of the correlation of 0.600-0.799, a strong level of relationship. This means that the relationship between the self assessment system and the level of tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu is strong and the value of rho (count) is 0.755> 0.364 rho (table) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the self assessment system with taxpayer compliance level at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu.

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p>This study aims to examine the effect of the self-assessment system on tax evasion and the effect of intrinsic religiosity moderation on the relationship between the self-assessment system and tax evasion. This study also differences in the influence of gender on the effect of the self-assessment system on tax evasion. This research method uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) and an independent sample t-test. The results show that the self-assessment system had a negative effect on tax evasion. Meanwhile, intrinsic religiosity does not moderate the relationship between the self-assessment system and tax evasion. There are no gender differences at the level of the self-assessment system, intrinsic religiosity, and tax evasion.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong><em>ABSTRAK</em></strong><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self-assessment system terhadap tax evasion dan efek moderasi religius intrinsik pada hubungan self-assessment system dengan tax evasion. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis perbedaan gender pada tingkat self-assessment system, religius intrinsik dan tax evasion. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis moderated regression analysis (MRA) dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-assessment system berpengaruh negatif terhadap tax evasion. Religius intrinsik tidak memoderasi hubungan self-ssessment system dengan tax evasion. This study examines the relationship between tax knowledge, complexity and morale with the tax compliance behaviour among salaried group in Malaysia. A structured questionnaire were distributed to the private and government sector employees throughout Malaysia. The data analysis from 152 completed responses revealed that tax knowledge, complexity and morale proved to have significant influences on the tax compliance behaviour among salaried group. The findings of this study not only contribute to literature in exploring determinants that encourage voluntary compliance among the taxpayers under the Self-Assessment System (SAS) in Malaysia, they also provide insights to the governing bodies and the tax authorities of the needs to improve the current tax policy and merangka strategic movement in improving tax literacy among the taxpayers. This present study, however, has limitations due to the use of closed questionnaires that might not capture further information completely on the understanding of tax regulations and the factors causing non-compliance.

The issue of self-assessment is primarily discussed in the context of human behaviour, learning, and self-esteem. It seems important to include self-assessment in building individual competences and coping with stress. Nowadays we have more and more resources, but we also experience a greater number of stressful stimuli, which is a consequence of, among others occupational burnout. Is the self-assessment associated with the perceived stress? Is the self-assessment related to the style of coping with stress? The purpose of this article is to determine the intensity of the relationship between self-assessment and stress, and styles of coping with stress. The study was conducted in a group of 210 students specialising in social work, employed in social assistance institutions or intending to take up a job as a social worker.

The documentary records, many of which are unpublished, allow us to establish how Pedrarias Dávila, governor in America, laid the foundations for his family’s memory by extolling the origin of his branch founded by bishop Juan Arias.

At present, the state of health of young men deserves special attention on the part of the state, since they are not only the economic, social, demographic, but also the defense potential of the country. The evaluation of the health of young people of their own health in terms of the ability to perform certain social functions and roles, that is, self-evaluation of health, is important in assessing health. In order to study the opinion of the young men about their health and their compliance with the requirements of military service, an anonymous survey of 325 senior pupils of four Yakutsk general education schools was conducted. It was found that many young men of Yakutsk low estimate their readiness for military service. An analysis of the self-assessment of the degree of physical training made it possible to establish that more than a third of high school students believe that they have poor or insufficient physical training, more than a quarter believe that they are not physically ready for military service. At the same time, less than a third seek to improve their physical training through regular physical training and sports, the remaining boys regularly do not engage in physical culture and sports, explaining this subjective reasons. Most know that there are such diseases in which one does not join the army, and one in four believes that he has such a disease. Of the 100 senior pupils, 8,2 ± 1,5 assess their health as bad, 11,2 ± 1,8 consider that for health reasons they are not fit for military service, at the same time 42,4 ± 2,8 believe that to military service they are only limitedly fit or temporarily unfit. Statistically significant differences in the self-assessment of health and the degree of physical fitness between the Yakuts and the Russians were not established.

In professional growth of teachers, self-assessment of the pedagogical activity is a precondition for their effective practice therefore student teachers are encouraged to carry out self-assessment of the pedagogical activity already at the beginning of their studies. In order to make self-assessment of student teachers’ pedagogical activity more productive, it is important to find out a theoretical concept of self-assessment of student teachers’ pedagogical activity and to understand what impacts self-assessment of their pedagogical activity in practice. In the due course of the analysis of the scientific literature definition and functions of self-assessment of student teachers’ pedagogical activity, definition, functions, criteria and indicators of the self-assessment skill of student teachers’ pedagogical activity are formulated and as a result of the empirical research preconditions for successful self-assessment of student teachers’ pedagogical activity are revealed.

The paper aims to contribute to developing some educational mediation strategies, useful for those who educate in the family and at school, to support children in their first experiences with digital media and the net.Digital technologies are already present in the child's living environments and, just like them, are characterized by a very rapid development. The task of those who do research and those who educate is to know the styles of use, the experiences, the learning, the exploratory maneuvers of the world that very young children perform thanks to digital technology. It should also be considered that, at times, they may be a few clicks away from content and images unsuitable for their age.The paper, through the Systematic Review approach, reviews the most recent scientific literature on the subject and analyzes the results of some important international research projects on the subject.The intent of the work, obviously, is not to provide exhaustive answers, always valid criteria and easy generalizations.With regard to the relationship between childhood and digital media, the paper outlines shared tracks of educational work in the life contexts of the little ones (especially in the family and at school) and reasons to promote further, future investigations in this area.

It requires major changes in the processes of self-assessment and continuous assessment of pupils’ achievements in order to meet the challenges of contemporary society. In this research study we presented the current approaches of the evaluative issue in its transition from the informatics technology to evaluative information systems and technology communication (ITC). When conducting the research, we have studied teachers’ references on the role of the ITC systems in pupils’ self-assessment, as well as the contribution of the automated continuous assessment to the improvement of pupils’ learning activity. The general hypothesis of the research project aimed to demonstrate that if secondary school teachers are aware of the role of the self-assessment ICT systems and of continuous digital assessment, then there is obtained their adherence for implementating and developing such systems of assessment. In order to study the relationship between research variables we applied a questionnaire, with teachers as target group. The conducted study has had a positive impact on the respondent teachers, who adhered to the proposed idea, being confident in the role of transition from the self-assessment of informatics refurbishment and continuous assessment of pupils’ achievement in implementing the ITC systems in the educational assessment.
