Persoalan yang kompleks pada pendidikan kita saat ini, baik yang menyangkut dengan manajemen, administrasi, pengawasan, metode, selalu diperbincangkan di setiap yang  mempunyai pemangku kebijakan pendidikan. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan guru ialah “humanistik” sebagaimana yang dikembangkan oleh Abraham Maslow. Konsep humanistik ialah (personal education). Aliran ini lebih banyak memberikan porsi pada siswa dalam mengembangkan dirinnya. Dengan kata lain bahwa siswa adalah pertama dan terutama dalam pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini bahwa siswa memiliki potensi, memiliki kemampuan dan kekuatan untuk berkembang. Pendidikan humanistik di dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam diharapkan mengembalikan peran dan fungsi manusia kekodrat-Nya sebagai makhluk terbaik (khairu ummah). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan teknik analisis yakni analisis dokumen yang merupakan telaah sistematis data untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan dokumen, buku atau teks. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa manusia sebagai makhluk hidup harus mampu melangsungkan, mempertahankan, dan mengembangkan hidupnya. Akibatnya posisi pendidikan dapat membangun proses-proses humanisasi, artinya menghargai hak-hak asasi manusia, seperti hak untuk berlaku dan diperlakukan dengan adil, hak untuk menyuarakan kebenaran, hak untuk berbuat kasih sayang dan lain sebagainya. Seperti yang dikembangkan melalui teori humanistik yang dikenal dengan piramida kebutuhan dasar manusia, seperti fisiologis, rasa aman, rasa dihargai, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri.

This study aims to describe the relevance of Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory with the work motivation fellow of Islamic counseling organizations. The research used is; library research that using content analysis as a technique in analyzing related data. The results of this study, namely; Fulfilling the needs of each fellow Islamic counseling organization are one of the causes that can describe the ups and downs of work motivation fellow. The fulfillment needs to be referred to here, namely; needs formulated by Abraham Maslow, the physiological needs, the safety needs, the belongingness and love needs, the esteem needs, and the need for self-actualization.

This study aims to describe the implications of humanistic learning theory and multiple intelligences on learning Islamic education. This research is library research. Research data were obtained from books and scientific journal notes. The results showed that Abraham Maslow's humanistic theory aims to humanize humans as early as possible as their nature. The learning process is considered effective if students understand themselves and their surroundings. Students in a series of learning should try so that sooner or later they can actualize themselves as best as possible. Meanwhile, Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences is oriented towards understanding the potential abilities of various intelligences so that their potential can be optimized according to the nature of their creation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implikasi teori pembelajaran humanistik dan kecerdasan majemuk terhadap pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari buku dan catatan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teori humanistik Abraham Maslow bertujuan untuk memanusiakan manusia sedini mungkin sebagaimana fitrahnya. Proses pembelajaran dianggap efektif jika siswa memahami dirinya dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Siswa dalam suatu rangkaian pembelajaran hendaknya berusaha agar cepat atau lambat ia dapat mengaktualisasikan dirinya sebaik mungkin. Sedangkan teori kecerdasan majemuk Howard Gadrdner berorientasi pada memahami kemampuan potensi berbagai kecerdasan agar potensinya dapat optimal sesuai dengan fitrah penciptaannya.

This study aims to describe humanistic learning theory and its implications for the learning of Islamic Education. This research method uses library research or library research to be analyzed and concluded. Research data is obtained from recording books and journals. The results of this study contain an understanding of humanistic learning, humanistic learning figures listed: 1) Abraham Maslow as follows; a) Abraham Maslow's biography, b) Abraham Maslow's humanistic learning theory c) Implications of Abraham Maslow's Theory in Islamic Education. 2) Carl Rogers's humanistic learning theory and the implications of Carl Rogers's theory in learning Islamic Education. Conclusion of humanistic theories to humanize humans. the learning process is considered successful if the student discusses his environment and claims himself. Students in the learning process must try to make it more slowly and able to achieve self-actualization as well as possible.

Abstrak: Gender adalah sifat, peran, perilaku maupun karakteristik yang dikonstruksi secara sosial maupun kultural untuk membedakan laki-laki dan perempuan. Adanya pembedaan peran gender dalam masyarakat patriarki cenderung menyebabkan lahirnya ketidakadilan gender, khususnya bagi kalangan perempuan. Dalam perkembangannya, solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi ketidakadilan gender yaitu melalui pendekatan struktural, sosial dan pendidikan. Studi dalam penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perspektif psikologi terhadap ketidakadilan gender. Meliputi, perbedaan gender dari sudut pandang psikologi, dan analisis terhadap manifestasi ketidakadilan gender menggunakan teori hierarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu jenis kelamin tidak menjadi faktor yang signifikan dalam menentukan kapasitas kecerdasan seseorang. Kemudian hasil analisis dengan teori Maslow menunjukkan bahwa ketidakadilan gender dapat menjadi faktor penghambat akan pemenuhan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri manusia.

This article aims to describe the humanistic learning theory and its implications for learning Islamic Religious Education. Collecting research data using the documentation method, whether in technique, data in library research (library research). The object of study is an article that focuses on Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers' Humanistic learning theory and its implementation in Islamic Education learning. The results of this study indicate that humanistic learning theory is a learning process that originates and ends in humans, everything rests on human values. The humanistic education system approach emphasizes the development of human dignity who makes choices and has beliefs. Learning is considered significant, if the learning material has relevance to student needs. Students who act as the main actors interpret the process of their own learning experience. The expected positive impact of this article is the appreciation of the wider community about the importance of humanizing humans in learning activities to achieve self-actualization of students.

This paper aims to offer a comprehensive idea for one of the issues of Indonesia’s education, particularly in Islamic education. The issues deal with low student achievement as well as the phenomenon of teacher situated in a mechanistic curriculum, through motivation theories proposed by Abraham Maslow and David McClelland. A qualitative approach was designed in this library research. The study employed discourse analysis and cultural analysis as the methods of data analysis regarding the reality of Indonesia’s education. This study promotes the urgency of enhancing students’ motivation in experiencing Islamic education, either by fulfilling five basic needs as suggested in the Maslow’s theory or by fostering need for achievement (nAch) as portrayed in the McClelland’s theory, to explore the national education problems. This study depicts that motivation constitutes the main factor that significantly contributes to students’ achievement. It, likewise, denotes the students’ abilities in developing learning materials through their creativity and innovations in terms of their own potential, specifically for Islamic education

Teori belajar humanistik yakni jenis teori pembelajaran yang dikemukakan oleh Abraham Maslow yang memberi penekanan siswa agar menyukai tahapan pengajaran terhadap objek tertentu ataupun materi yang berkaitan dengan komponen kemaunisaannya. Penelitiannya berikut mempunyai tujuan dalam memberi pendeskripsian atas pendektatan humanistik di pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Sekolah Dasar. Penggunaan metode dalam kegiatan meneliti ini yakni bermetodekan library research. Mengacu terhadap hasil penelitiannya yang sudah diteliti, memberi gambaran pendekatan humanistik sebagai suatu pendekatan yang memberikan bantuan siswa agar menyukai pembelajaran atas materi pelajarannya guna pengembangan minat belajar dari siswa menuju yang lebih bagus lagi. Sehingga, pendekatannya yang humanistik mampu diimplikasikan di pengajaran PAI dalam SD. Humanistik ini sangat mengarahkan ke pendidikan membimbing, mengambangkan dan mengarahkan pada minat dasar dimiliki oleh peserta didik berdasarkan dari ketiga komponen, yakni psikomotorik, afektif, serta kognitif.

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

Character is a complicated issue, even considered an abstract problem. It is said to be abstract because the concept of manners is not yet operational. While good and bad standards for morals are in the objective view of God the Creator of man. If the character is ethics, it is very dangerous, because some of its value will be contrary to the moral lessons that exist in religious subjects. When both are taught (ethics and morals) then the threat is the students will later experience what is called a split personality, that is split personality. Students become confused because there are conflicting values, such as good values ​​in the sense of morals and good value in manners (call: ethics). There is no honest terminology of Arabic versions, honest English versions, false witnesses of Arabic and French versions, as there is no terminology about Arab or Turkish morality. This applies to humans when there is a pattern of intersection between ethical values ​​and customs: ethical values ​​derive from the "right" way (revelation), whereas customs are derived from the habits The purpose of this study are: 1) Describing whether or not the addition manners in the lessons of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Describe the material (content) in the lesson of Islamic Education and the intersection of Budi Pekerti based on traditional perspectives. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion concluded: 1) Based on the perspective of Islam, the lessons of Islamic Religious Education need not be added with the character, because in fact holistic education includes in the Islamic Religious Education. 2) The content of Islamic Religious Education should include aspects of Islam, ie Aqidah, Shari'ah and Akhlak which are taught in a balanced way, but the lesson of character can be combined as long as the adat is the custom of the Muslims.
