Problems that are often encountered in career planning are students who choose the wrong career because they are forced to follow the wishes of their parents so that careers that are in accordance with the child's wishes, talents, and abilities are ignored. The intervention of parents who tend to dominate their desires in children's studies is considered the right decision, while children are considered still unable to determine attitudes and make decisions to plan their careers. Some of the difficulties that arise during the job search process often occur because individuals do not have a clear career planning direction. In addition, job providers are also more selective in finding and selecting prospective employees. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the use of career tree-based information services can improve students' understanding of career planning or not. This study uses quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental design experimental research method. The Quasi-Experimental form used in this study is the Pretest Posttest Group Design with a sample of 35 people. The instrument used in this study used a Likert scale model. The results showed that career tree-based information services can improve students' understanding of career plans. Students can understand clearly and with a strong passion to determine their own career by referring to various information obtained through the career

This study discusses the Stepmother Parenting in Building the Character of Pre-School Children in Alur Nunang Village, Kec. Banda Mulia is experiencing various obstacles. This study aims to determine the parenting style of stepmothers in building the character of pre-school children in the village of groove nunang, sub-district. Banda Mulia and to find out the stepmother's obstacles in building the character of pre-school children in the village of groove nunang kec. Noble band. The type of approach used in this research is qualitative research. The results showed that stepmother parenting in building character in pre-school children in Alur Nunang village, Kec. Banda Mulia is to educate them gently, we position them as our biological children so that their mental and character can be confident and as if they still have a biological mother. Parenting should not be authoritarian, because it will result in their mental and self-confidence will be down. The influence of the stepmother's parenting style on the child's character is very important, namely in the form of preventive action (prevention). Then in the form of repressive actions (active), as well as curative actions (supervision) on children's behavior both at home and outside the home. factors and barriers to stepmothers in building the character of pre-school children in Alur Nunang Village, Kec. Banda Mulia are children who have a stepmother who are often feared by their friends playing in their environment, saying that the stepmother is very cruel, so that the psychology of the children becomes timid in front of their stepmother, then automatically, the stepmother's upbringing in building the children's character will experience obstacles

This study aims to determine the implementation of individual counseling to overcome the aggressive behavior of SMA 1 Idi Rayeuk students and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of individual counseling in overcoming aggressive behavior of SMA 1 Idi Rayeuk students. The aggressive behavior that the author means in this study is the behavior of students who display hostility, feelings of anger, acts of hurting both physically and non-physically, this is where guidance and counseling services need to be applied. This research is a case study research (case study), the approach used in this research is qualitative. Sources of research data, namely counseling guidance teachers at SMA 1 Negeri Idi Rayeuk 2 people, and 7 students, data collection techniques by means of observation interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of individual counseling on aggressive students using individual counseling, individual counseling overcoming serious student problems. Meanwhile, for mild student problems, it is enough only to be reprimanded and advised by the homeroom teacher and counseling teacher. The stages of individual counseling for students who engage in aggressive behavior are carried out in three stages, the opening stage, the core activity stage and the closing stage, the results obtained for the implementation of individual counseling on students at SMA Negeri 1 Idi Rayeuk are fruitful, students begin to be able to face all problems patiently and a cool head. Students have the ability to make choices or actions for their survival. Students have also started to gradually change their behavior, students have also started to open themselves up to communicate with their closest people such as their parents, siblings, and friends.

The role of guidance and counseling in coaching individual students in solving problems, challenges, and difficulties is a demand that must be given by the guidance and counseling program in the madrasah. The implementation of counseling guidance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Banjarmasin has not yet been implemented in accordance with the objectives and functions of counseling guidance. The application of guidance and counseling is still visible in the routine curriculum of guidance and counseling activities. So that many types of main activities in counseling have not been implemented optimally. This research method is descriptive qualitative research on the role of guidance and counseling in public madrasah aliyah throughout Banjarmasin. This study provides a description of how the pattern of guidance and counseling in state madrasah aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin. The result of this research is that counseling guidance at state madrasah Aliyah throughout Banjarmasin has played an active and optimal role in carrying out preventive, curative, or corrective functions and perseverative functions, which have positive implications for achieving optimal educational goals and improving the quality and quality of education in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin.

The purpose of this research is religious development in increasing religiosity, how to respond to descriptions and how the results of religious development activities are. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were prisoners, Ustadz, and correctional officers. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that urgent religious development is held in correctional institutions in collaboration with several institutions such as the Islamic Shari'ah Service, the Syari'ah Court, the Indonesian Da'i Association, the Ulema Consultative Council, and the Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School in Aceh Tamiang. The results of this collaboration confirmed the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in the Correctional Institution. The existence of the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School helps religious development in the form of congregational prayers, dhikr, prayer, reading the Koran, cults, and studying books, and conducting religious studies filled by several ustadz from outside the prison. The response to religious development activities was initially very refusal, but gradually the people realized the benefits of these activities. The religious guidance carried out has an effect on increasing the religiosity of the inmates so that religious behavior can be seen in various religious activities.

This study aims to describe the relevance of Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory with the work motivation fellow of Islamic counseling organizations. The research used is; library research that using content analysis as a technique in analyzing related data. The results of this study, namely; Fulfilling the needs of each fellow Islamic counseling organization are one of the causes that can describe the ups and downs of work motivation fellow. The fulfillment needs to be referred to here, namely; needs formulated by Abraham Maslow, the physiological needs, the safety needs, the belongingness and love needs, the esteem needs, and the need for self-actualization.

This study aims to determine the effect of behavioristic approach group counseling services on the adjustment of class VIII-4 students of MTs Negeri 2 Medan. This type of research is Quasi experimental design with Pre test-post test one group design. The population in this study were students of class VIII-4 MTs Negeri 2 Medan T.A. 2019/2020, amounting to 35 people. The sample in this study were 8 students of class VIII-4 with low levels of self-adjustment. The instrument used was a self-adjustment scale of 51 items with a total reliability of 0.465. From the calculation results, the pre-test score in the experimental group obtained an average of = 140 while the post-test data obtained an average of = 171. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see whether there was a significant effect of group counseling with a behavioristic approach in increasing student adjustment. From the results of the Wilcoxon test shows that the Wilcoxon level test obtained Jcount = 16 while Jtabel = 4.From the table the critical value J for the Wilcoxon cascade test for n = 8, α = 0.05 in accordance with the criteria for acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis, the hypothesis is accepted if Jhitung> Jtabel, namely Jhitung> Jtabel where 16> 4, from this calculation it can be seen that the treatment in the experimental group means that the hypothesis that says there is a significant effect of group counseling with a behavioristic approach on the adjustment of class VIII-4 students of MTs Negeri 2 Medan is acceptable

Learning skills and learning motivation must be in students to be successful and successful in learning, in this case, students need help and guidance to succeed in learning. One of those who play an important role in helping students is the school counselor. This type of research is qualitative research. The informants in this study were the principal, school counselor, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Techniques for Guaranteeing Data Validity The research was carried out by means of a Credibility Test, Transferability Test, Dependability Test, and Confirmability Test. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the process of data reduction (data reduction), data display (data display), and conclusion (verification). The findings obtained in this study indicate that the role of school counseling in increasing student learning motivation is carried out well through the provision of information services. Meanwhile, the role of school counseling in improving student learning skills still needs to be improved by providing more intensive services with a combination of content mastery services, this is because there are still students who do not have good learning skills, and there is still a lack of service provision regarding learning skills that are felt by them. students, so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. This study also reveals that "Good motivation to learn without the support of adequate learning skills has an impact on not optimal learning outcomes. On the other hand, adequate learning skills without the support of good learning motivation also have an impact on learning outcomes that are not optimal.

This study discusses how the level of student academic procrastination in completing the final project is motivated by the existence of internal factors and external factors that exist in students. The purpose of this study was to see how the students' academic procrastination in completing their final project. The research design used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of BKI FUAD IAIN Langsa who had passed the minimum threshold for completion of the study period. In this study, data collection using an academic procrastination questionnaire with r= 9.00. The results showed that students had a variety of academic procrastination. Medium procrastination was 64 people 52.3%, while in the high category there were 57 people  46.34%, some other students were in the very high category as many as 2 people 1.63%, while in the low and very low category, namely 0 %. Overall, the students' academic procrastination was in the medium category with an average score of 53.37%. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that final year students need to be given treatment in order to be able to overcome the procrastination they have.

The purpose of this research was to describe the forms, causes, counselor handling, and counselor in dealing with barriers off-task behavior of a student in Ash - Shidiiqi Islamic Primary School Jambi. The methods used to collect the data are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject in this research is the headmaster, 2 (two) counselors, 7 (seven) teachers, 3 (three) subject teachers, and 7 (seven) students who have off-task behavior. The results showed that the off-task behavior of students going on Ash - Shidiiqi Islamic Primary School Jambi, around the class, talking with friends, play stationery such as pen, pencil, eraser, or ruler, play or throw paper, do not pay attention to the teacher’s explanation, but the head on the table, make a noise, climbed to the top of the seat, out of the class, joking with friends, drawing on paper, scribble table, opened other textbooks, do homework,. The causes of student conduct off-task behavior consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the adaptation of school and difficulty in learning. While external factors that underlie the emergence of off-task behavior of the student is the influence of friends and lack of attention from the teacher. There are various kinds of treatment used by a counselor, which are reprimand or warned by giving advice, in addition to dealing with off-task behavior counselor collaborate with classroom teachers and subject teachers to apply operant conditioning by using reinforcement and punishment techniques. Barriers faced counselor is limited provision of counseling.
