Introduction. Currently, a business both organizes its sales through social networks and solves various business problems for them, for example, finding employees and business partners, expanding sales markets. Companies that want to grow successfully, to be in demand in the market, must pay close attention to social networks. The purpose of the paper is to study the role of social networks in the functioning of business, establishing and maintaining business communications, and assessing the advantages and disadvantages of different types of business networks. Results. Internet penetration in Ukraine in January 2021 is higher than the world average – 67.6 % or 29.47 million users, and the average growth of Internet users in Ukraine – by 7.3 % or 2 million people. A positive trend in the use of social networks in Ukraine has been observed in recent years also. Thus, their use for business communications in Ukraine is a promising way to establish business contacts. Among the most popular social networks in Ukraine in recent years are Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. If the promotion of goods and services is appropriate through non-professional social networks, it is better to address business issues in professional networks, such as business social networks. Their purpose is to establish business contacts for job search, business partners, meet potential employers, announce vacancies and search for employees, investors, exchange experiences, etc. The disadvantages of using social networks for business are: the ability of attackers to access personal data, depersonalization of contacts etc. Business social networks also include corporate social networks. They help to organize and manage the staff distributed by the corporation's branches with the help of modern forms of business communication. Conclusion. Ukraine is characterized by a higher than the world average, Internet penetration. The same trend is observed in relation to the use of social networks in Ukraine. Although social networks for private use serve as a good platform for advertising and selling goods, from a business point of view, business social networks are the most appropriate for solving business issues and establishing business contacts. Their importance is growing due to the growing globalization of the economy, as well as the need for remote communication, which is due to the danger of the spread of Covid-19.

This assessment refers to the ecological footprint which is a way to measure the impacts of human activities on Earth. It basically calculates the demand and consumption that measures the needs of a society, as well as the waste and greenhouse gases that generates daily in productive sea and fertile land areas. Moreover, it measures all the natural resources needed to support the material needs of a population or person through the technology, lifestyle and habits of each country. Subsequently we are going to examine the advantages and disadvantages of the phenomenon that human activities provoke and the ways to eliminate the caused problem. The world-average ecological footprint in 2013 was 2.8 global hectares per person and the average per country ranges from over 10 to under 1 global hectares per person. There is also a high variation within countries, based on individual lifestyle and economic possibilities that we also examine. Summarizing all those effects we are going to analyze open international data as far as the metabolism of the ecological footprint concerns in our word but especially in our country to form prospects for our planet the principles of life cycle assessments with the aid of statistics and charts.

Problem setting. Dynamics of international relations Alternative forms of communication and new types of transnational policy have a great influence on diplomacy. Diplomatic structures face unknown challenges, and must therefore adapt to modern conditions in order to continue their honorable mission. Thus, the priority task of diplomatic science is to determine the middle ground between traditional and innovative ways of communication. Innovative methods are understood as the use of digital technologies that have not bypassed any sphere of human life and have already become firmly established in the activities of diplomats. It is the inevitability and all-encompassing nature of digitalization that has given impetus to the development of digital diplomacy, an innovative means of communicating with society as a whole and between countries using the Internet, information and communication technologies (ICTs) and social networks to strengthen diplomatic relations. E-diplomacy is on the rise against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic. In the context of closed borders, next-generation diplomacy is perhaps the only way to maintain interethnic relations. In view of all the above, we must learn to use it, especially in such difficult times, and to do this we need to consider different approaches to digital diplomacy, find out its place in the world and answer the question: «Is digital diplomacy effective and will it ever be able to replace the traditional one?» Analysis of recent researches and publications. In the current context of globalization, diplomacy is undergoing a significant transformation. Scientific concepts devoted to the concept of “digital diplomacy” attract the attention of many domestic and foreign scholars, including, in particular, V. Yu. Stepanov, K.G. Brychuk, D.N. Baryshnikov, M.G. Okladna, G. K. Musaeva, I. Shevel, I. Todorov, A. Veselovsky, D. Lewis, A. Fischer, E. Potter, D. Lewis and others. However, the impact of COVID-19 on international life and diplomatic relations at the research level has received little attention. Target of research. To consider digital diplomacy as a form of public diplomacy, a tool of mass communication in public administration in the pre-pandemic period (2019), in its heyday (2020) and at the time of its development (2021). To draw the attention of scholars and practical diplomats to the phenomenon of digitalization and diplomacy of social networks. Article’s main body. The opinion of domestic and foreign scientists on the concept of digital diplomacy is analyzed. Based on these opinions, the authors try to сonsider the definition of the term “digital diplomacy”, the history of the origin and spread of e-diplomacy tactics, advantages and disadvantages of this format of communication, contradictions in the interpretation of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine with residence in Kyiv, work of the diplomatic corps in times of crisis. Conclusions and prospects for the development. The authors conclude that all forms of e-diplomacy can be an additional effective means of communication both within the world politics system and externally in public relations, but they will never be able to fully replace the centuries-old tradition of diplomatic relations.

Social networks allow people to connect to one another. Over time, these accounts become an essential part of one's online identity. The account stores various personal data and contains one's network of acquaintances. Attackers seek to compromise user accounts for various malicious purposes, such as distributing spam, phishing, and much more. Timely detection of compromises becomes crucial for protecting users and social networks. This article proposes a novel system for detecting compromises of a social network account by considering both post behavior and textual content. A deep multi-layer perceptron-based autoencoder is leveraged to consolidate diverse features and extract underlying relationships. Experiments show that the proposed system outperforms previous techniques that considered only behavioral information. The authors believe that this work is well-timed, significant especially in the world that has been largely locked down by the COVID-19 pandemic and thus depends much more on reliable social networks to stay connected.

The Commonwealth of Independent States creation in 1991 was a new reality for cooperation and development of post-Soviet states. Russia and Armenia have long close and stable relations in the scientific-educational sphere. The article objective is to evaluate the joint Russian-Armenian documentary flow in various scientific fields for ten years (2005-2014). As the research information base three main resources were studied that allow analyzing the co-publication activity: «Web of Science Core Collection» (Thomson Reuters); Scopus (Elsevier); RISC (OLC «Scientific Electronic Library»). Research articles and reviews were considered. The Russian-Armenian documentary flow dynamics was studied with the differentiation by arrays: publications, whose authors are both the Russian and Armenian scientists; publication created with and without participation in major international collaborations; publications involving authors of third countries; publication without the participation of third countries authors. Evaluation indicators of the joint Russian-Armenian publication activity were: the publications number dynamics; average citation; frequency distribution of publications on periodicals; frequency distribution of joint publications on areas of knowledge. The study reveals growing the number of publications, whose authors are Russian and Armenian scientists working in large international collaborations (ATLAS, CMS Collaboration, ALICE Collaboration, etc.) recent years. Such publications citation is quite high: the level of citation exceeds the world average parameters two-seven times for these years. The level of the cited publication carried on without international collaborations is 62-155% of the world average indicators. The documentary flow out of collaborations, but with the participation of third countries authors has a varied dynamic with an average growth rate about 1% (WoS) to 2% (Scopus). The main co-author states as «third» countries are: Germany, Italy, the USA and the UK. Main cooperation between Russia and Armenia takes place in physics and astronomy (about 1/2 of joint publications); chemistry (8%) and biology (6%) and material science (6%). Sciences spectrum of joint research is represented by 23 branches of knowledge. The study results showed a high level of the Russian-Armenian scientific ties with good development potential.

Popularity of the social media and the amount of importance given by an individual to social media has significantly increased in last few years. As more and more people become part of the social networks like Twitter, Facebook, information which flows through the social network, can potentially give us good understanding about what is happening around in our locality, state, nation or even in the world. The conceptual motive behind the project is to develop a system which analyses about a topic searched on Twitter. It is designed to assist Information Analysts in understanding and exploring complex events as they unfold in the world. The system tracks changes in emotions over events, signalling possible flashpoints or abatement. For each trending topic, the system also shows a sentiment graph showing how positive and negative sentiments are trending as the topic is getting trended.

AIDS is a globalized infectious disease. In 2014, UNAIDS launched a global project of “90-90-90” to end the HIV epidemic by 2030. The second and third 90 require 90% of HIV-1 infected individuals receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) and durable virological suppression. However, wide use of ART will greatly increase the emergence and spreading of HIV drug resistance and current HIV drug resistance test (DRT) assays in China are seriously lagging behind, hindering to achieve virological suppression. Therefore, recommending an appropriate HIV DRT method is critical for HIV routine surveillance and prevention in China. In this review, we summarized the current existing HIV drug resistance genotypic testing methods around the world and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.

This is the first data chapter. In this chapter, respondents who are described as true believers in the gender structure, and essentialist gender differences are introduced and their interviews analyzed. They are true believers because, at the macro level, they believe in a gender ideology where women and men should be different and accept rules and requirements that enforce gender differentiation and even sex segregation in social life. In addition, at the interactional level, these Millennials report having been shaped by their parent’s traditional expectations and they similarly feel justified to impose gendered expectations on those in their own social networks. At the individual level, they have internalized masculinity or femininity, and embody it in how they present themselves to the world. They try hard to “do gender” traditionally.

AbstractThe new SARS-CoV-2 virus is an RNA virus that belongs to the Coronaviridae family and causes COVID-19 disease. The newly sequenced virus appears to originate in China and rapidly spread throughout the world, becoming a pandemic that, until January 5th, 2021, has caused more than 1,866,000 deaths. Hence, laboratories worldwide are developing an effective vaccine against this disease, which will be essential to reduce morbidity and mortality. Currently, there more than 64 vaccine candidates, most of them aiming to induce neutralizing antibodies against the spike protein (S). These antibodies will prevent uptake through the human ACE-2 receptor, thereby limiting viral entrance. Different vaccine platforms are being used for vaccine development, each one presenting several advantages and disadvantages. Thus far, thirteen vaccine candidates are being tested in Phase 3 clinical trials; therefore, it is closer to receiving approval or authorization for large-scale immunizations.
