The ability to effectively manage power, providing the innovative development of the Russian Federation, and to create favorable conditions for the life of its citizens, to open up new opportunities for the development of human potential in Russia. Today, it is quite clear that no reforms, even the most well-designed laws, strict ordinances, subject disposition, clever concept and long-term projects will be implemented and will remain on paper, if not radically change the attitude to the perennial problem, the so-called «human factor» or to the managerial staff. The authors based on official statistics and examine the current state of the labor market structure and employment of Primorsky Krai. The problems of population decline, falling birth rates, low life expectancy, migration, youth policy, imbalances in the labor market, etc. Primorye is an outpost of Russia in the Asia-Pacific Region (APR), has unique natural resources, well-developed economy, which, combined with evidence-based strategy for human resources policy will solve the complex problems of socio-economic development of the region. The aim of the article is to present the password breaking methodology in case when an attacker (forensic investigator, court expert, pen tester) has imposed time restrictions. This is a typical situation during many legal investigations where computers are seized by legal authorities but they are protected by passwords. At the beginning, the current state of law in that matter is presented, along with good practices in seizing the evidence. Then, the ways of storing static passwords in information systems are showed, after which various classes of password breaking methods are reviewed (dictionary, brute-force, rule, combinator, mask, hybrid, etc.). The most popular tools supporting this process are listed as well. The main part of the paper presents the original strategy of conducting an attack on a single hashed password with time constraints. Costs as well as economic efficiency for four different hardware solutions (laptop, gaming computer, rig with 6 GPU’s, cloud computing) are discussed. The calculations are shown on the example of two real attacks carried out by the author in the real legal cases. Keywords: passwords, breaking passwords, hash functions, computer forensics.

The purpose of the article was to exhibit the technology mapping method as one of the methods which may be used in foresight research. Foresight studies was described in the context of technology as well as technology analysis. The main part of the article is the presentation of an original proposal of a technology mapping method enabling to diagnose the current state of technology. The execution of the method should allow to maximise the resources of knowledge on specific technologies. A list of technological knowledge base elements which might emerge as a result of the process was also described.

The immune system plays an important role in the development and treatment of many cancer types. This fact determined the emergence of numerous immunotherapeutic approaches, including that of adoptive cell therapy (ACT). In this article, we set out to describe the basic methods of adoptive cell cancer therapy, their application and development prospects. The first part of the article deals with the significance of immunotherapeutic methods for cancer treatment and describes the current state of the problem. The main part of the article provides information on the mechanisms of adoptive T cell (unmodified and genetically modified) transfer, the creation of dendritic cell vaccines and cytokine-induced killers (CIK). In addition, a review of recent achievements in the introduction of the aforementioned methods into the clinical practice is carried out. The conclusion is made that adoptive cell therapy can be considered as one of the most promising methods of cancer immunotherapy, which should be optimized for more effective use in the treatment of cancer.

In this article we present the current state of the Komi-Yazva language through field recordings from recent expeditions of 2017-2018, results of the sociolinguistic questionnaires and personal observations. The main part of the article is prefaced by the brief review of scientists’ opinions on the status of the Komi-Yazva idiom and the explanation of what constitutes the term “Komi-Yazva language” used in the article. The information on the number of Komi-Yazva speakers according to the censuses’ data is given and the number of native speakers of the language at present time is estimated. The conclusion is made that the number of the population speaking the Komi-Yazva language in the second half of the 20 century rapidly decreased. The article describes the processes of revival of the national culture and formation of the ethnic identity of the Komi-Yazva speakers “from above” in the 1990s-2000s. The problem of teaching the native language in schools and the state of publishing activities on the Komi-Yazva language are analyzed in detail. The article reveals the results of a sociolinguistic questionnaire survey, which contains a number of questions concerning the ethnolinguistic situation (including ethnic identity). All sections of the article are accompanied by excerpts from the 2017-2018 field recordings made by the authors. Based on the adduced data, in the conclusion we assess the current state of the Komi-Yazva language. According to the UNESCO language endangerment scale, the Komi-Yazva language is critically endangered. Finally, some possible ways of supporting and preserving Komi-Yazva language are suggested for discussion.

The article presents a brief description of the 50-year-old history of the Katowice “Spodek”, and cites the selected facts about the object, beginning at the stage of design and realization to exploitation. The structure of the building has been described with great emphasis on the construction of the covering suspended on cable girders in combination with original architecture was an extremely bold constructional solution of those times. The main part of this work includes results of research from force measurements conducted in tendons realized in the present year, that is in 2019, together with their analysis with reference to archival results from research conducted in the years 1971, 1978, 1985, 1990 or 2006. Particular attention is drawn to the fact, that despite the passage of time, the elaborated method for measurements and measurement devices used for research has not changed across the years and still allows to obtain the relevant picture of the construction’s performance. The obtained results have shown that the assumptions adopted for the then innovative solutions were received correctly, and the renovation works in the scope of roof covering significantly disburdened the construction, allowing a considerable safety reserve despite its over half-century exploitation.

Gas hydrates are considered a global phenomenon that, as an unconventional fossil fuel, can be an alternative energy source for the future. Hydrates form spontaneously in permafrosts and marine sediments, where the conditions for their formation are naturally suitable - low temperature and high pressure. The energy of hydrates could replace or supplement the most commonly used fossil fuels today. Hydrates are also an advantageous solution to the problem of natural gas storage. The main part of the experimental equipment operated is a pump, which generates the pressure energy needed to form hydrates. The article deals with the assessment of the effectiveness of the current state and the estimation of losses in the pipelines of the facility.

The problem of animal schistosomiasis is multifaceted. It intertwines veterinary, health, social and economic issues. The current state of the epizootology of schistosomiasis in the ecological conditions of the Aral Sea region is presented. Spontaneous infection of farm animals with mature Schistosoma turkestanica was 55.2% in cattle, sheep – 33.0%, horses – 21.5%, goats – 15.5% and camels – 10.2%. At individual farms of the Bozatau, Kungradsky, Muinaksky, Amudarya and other districts, cattle infection reached up to 100% with a high degree of infection intensity. We noted the cyclical nature of the epizootic of schistosomiasis in cattle in the Aral Sea region. The alternation of cyclicity is observed at specified intervals – from 15 to 20 years. The ups and downs in the infection intensity alternate with a certain accuracy, according to which epizootics of schistosomiasis can be predicted for several years in advance. Currently, science has developed the necessary prerequisites for a sharp decrease in the incidence of animals with schistosomiasis and the elimination of invasion in individual foci. This is achieved by a complex of therapeutic and preventive measures, as well as the use of progressive methods and technology of animal husbandry
