This study examines the influence of leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Regarding the objectives of this study, three hypotheses were formulated, namely leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, from 76 questionnaires distributed to the village government apparatus of the Rakit Kulim sub-district and all of them returned. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is carried out. This study shows that leadership, competence and information technology have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

Accountability is the responsibility of the village government regarding the management of village funds to the community in a transparent, honest, orderly and disciplined manner. The purpose of providing village funds is in line with Law no. 6 of 2014 which is to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of village head leadership, village apparatus competence and community participation on fund management accountability in 8 villages in North Denpasar District with 178 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership of the village head and the competence of the village apparatus had a positive influence on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District, while community participation had no significant effect on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District. This study aims to determine the effect of Attitudes, Organizational Commitments, Severity of Cheating Levels, Personal Cost of Reporting and Professional Commitment to whistleblowing intentions. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. The population in this study were all Village government apparatus in Subang Regency and the sample in this study were 200 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) attitude influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing; (2) organizational commitment does not affect the intention to conduct whistleblowing; (3) Fraud severity level influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing; Personal Cost of Reporting has a negative effect on the intention to do a whistleblowing; (5) Job commitment influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing

This study aims to assess the accountability and transparency of the village government towards the management of the Village Fund in Sembiran village, Tejakula sub-district, Buleleng district. The sample used was 127 consisting of the village chief secretary of the village treasurer, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as representatives of the community as well as section heads, with a probability sampling technique with the prorporotionate stratifid ramandom screening method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is a linear analysis of begada. The results showed that the management of village funds in the village was good enough to apply the principles and rules regarding the accountability of the transparency principle, and participation in village fund management was carried out both from the side of the village government and from the community side so that the accountability of the management of village funds would increase. This research aims to examine the implementation of Tri Hita Karana (THK) culture in moderating the influence of the commitment of village government organizations (OPD) and community participation on the accountability of village fund management in Kubu Sub-District, Karangasem Regency. The sampling method used is the census method. The respondents used were 36 people. Research data is analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that OPD commitment and community participation gave a positive influence on the accountability of village fund management. The implementation of THK culture strengthens the influence of OPD commitment and community participation on the accountability of village fund management. Bungo Village, Subdistrict of Wedung Indonesia, is one of the regions that still upholds the traditions of the region as a form of preserving culture. Along with the development of technology and science, there are many traditions in the village that are considered not modernist by the people. Therefore, some village government and community heads in the village of Bungo, Wedung District, are trying to maintain traditions in their area as a form of preserving local traditions or culture and when developed can have potential for regional income. Coastal traditions in the Bungo Village area that are still carried out include Apitan, Syawalan, and Alms of Earth, the meaning of this tradition as a form of community gratitude to God. There is a Nyadran tradition, the Panji Kusuma Cultural Kirab is a tradition carried out as a form of respect for coastal communities and in memory of the services of heroes who have established villages in the coastal region. There is also the tradition of Keong Keli, Barian, Kembang Sayang, which basically implies a form of community effort to avoid doom and danger. This research was conducted using ethnographic methods, data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. From the coastal traditions carried out by the Bungo people, it is shown that coastal communities depend on the sea for their livelihoods and the wealth of natural resources to survive.

The Role of Tourism Office Batu City and Punten Village Government in tourism empowerment is very influential to the progress of Apple Picking Tour which is located in Punten Village, Batu City. This research aims to describe the role of Culture and Tourism Office also The Village Government in manifestation and implementation the mechanism of the tourism maximally. The research uses qualitative method with data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done in several stages, including data eduction, data presentation and taking the conclusion. The results show that the role of Culture and Tourism Office and Village Government in empowering An Apple Picking Tour was carried through collaboration and give encouragement to the society, to establish the Group of Tourism Consciousness/Kelompok Sadar Wisata, and Joint Farmer group/Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Pokdarwis & Gapoktan), having coordination among the Culture and Tourism Office, Village Government and community, and also to have a Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) in a village level. Peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu dan Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam pemberdayaan wisata sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan wisata petik apel yang ada di Desa Punten, Kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu serta Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam memajukan pariwisata secara maksimal, terutama wisata petik apel yang ada di Desa Punten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu serta Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam mengembangkan wisata petik apel dilakukan melalui kerjasama dan memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat dengan membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata dan Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Pokdarwis & Gapoktan), melakukan koordinasi antara Dinas Pariwisata, Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat, serta mendorong adanya musrembang di tingkat desa.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership competencyand organization culture to customer satisfaction either directly or indirectly throughresponsive behavior employees. This research has three variables namely independentvariables (leadership competency and organizational culture), mediating variable (responsivebehavior) and dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The population in thisresearch are frontliners and customer of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya Branch Office.The technique of data collection is the census method. Data are gathered by questionnairesgiven to 42 frontliners and customers of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya BranchOffice. This research used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Theresult shows that leadership competency, organizational culture and frontliner responsivebehavior have significantly influence to customer satisfaction. Responsive behavior doesnot mediate the influence of leadership competency and organizational culture to customersatisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of legal role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in the development of the village according to UU.No. 6 year 2014 about village (Kahianga Village study) and to find out the factors that inhibit the role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in development in the village Kahianga East Tomia District. The data collection techniques used more on observation, a dandokumentation interview. The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of legal role of the village consultative body (bpd) Kahianga in the case that legislation does not go as it should, proved in the absence of the rules that are issued, in the meantime in the case of the function budgeting bpd goes well, proved by always involved in the budget discussion meetings that are done with the principle of transparency and supervision function bpd also goes well seen with the active bpd in surveillance of the village's income and expenditure budget and factors that become constraints BPD Kahianga in the development of the village namely the community participation Kahianga Village to the development program is still relatively low, the level of education is relatively low is a BPD inhibitors communicate well and able to analyze the aspirations or what the next community is in coordinate with the village government and the pattern of parallel relations between the BPD and the village head in the village government , it turns out that in the implementation is colored by the practices of working relationships that are less harmonious and leads to the occurrence of conflicts and shows the tendency to dominate the village chief of the BPD.

The results of this research can be concluaded that: 1. Lack of community participation to participate in village fund management planning, this is due to the lack of motivation of the community to participate in the deliberations. Then there was a delay in submitting a draft village regulation that had been agreed to be evaluated. 2. In the implementation, administration, reporting and accountability of village fund management in accordance with PERMENDAGRI Number 113 of 2014, it shows that the principles of participation in management, orderly and disciplined principles, principles of transparency and accountability principles have been carried out properly.The suggestion from this research is that the village government should develop a participatory concept and foster a sense of community motivation by providing education seminars on managing village funds and leading to the implementation of village governance. Then the village government should pay more attention to the applicable regulations in managing village finances in order to realize Good Governance.

This research aims to analyze the influence of information asymmetry, religiosity, organizational culture, and regulatory enforcement toward fraud tendency of village government officials. This study employed a survey approach as the method to obtain data. Regression analysis was used to test the proposed hypotheses. From seventy-one respondents working as village government administrators in thirty-five villages in Magetan Regency, East Java Province, this study has found that information asymmetry, religiosity, organizational culture, and regulatory enforcement significantly affect the village government officials’ tendency to commit fraud.
