This research aims to analyze the influence of information asymmetry, religiosity, organizational culture, and regulatory enforcement toward fraud tendency of village government officials. This study employed a survey approach as the method to obtain data. Regression analysis was used to test the proposed hypotheses. From seventy-one respondents working as village government administrators in thirty-five villages in Magetan Regency, East Java Province, this study has found that information asymmetry, religiosity, organizational culture, and regulatory enforcement significantly affect the village government officials’ tendency to commit fraud.

Iklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan persepsi pegawai mengenai peristiwa yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Kantor Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu kantor desa yang memiliki berbagai prestasi. Prestasi yang sudah diraih tentu saja tidak lepas dari peran kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa dan masyarakat yang terlibat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kepuasaan kerja yang dirasakan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dengan responden sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan sangat nyata antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa.Kata Kunci: iklim komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja, komunikasi organisasi=====ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate was the employee's perception of events that occurred in their environment. The Cibalung Village Office, Cijeruk Subdistrict, Bogor District was one of the village offices that had various achievements. The achievements that have been achieved certainly could not be separated from the role of the performance of the village government apparatus and the community involved in creating a productive work environment and perceived job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship of organizational communication climate with job satisfaction and the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of village government officials. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method with a questionnaire supported by qualitative data through in-depth interview techniques and literature studies with 36 respondents. The results obtained indicated that there was a real relationship between organizational communication with job satisfaction and the very obvious relationship between job satisfaction by the performance of the village government apparatus.Keywords: communication climate, job satisfaction, performance, organizational communication

The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the village midterm development planning process / RPJMDes and the village government work plan / RKPDes implemented by Sidomukti Village Government, Muara Kaman District, Kutai Kartanegara District, which was evaluated based on Permendagri No 114/2014 on village development guidelines. The study uses an evaluation method with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection through documentation and interview studies, data analysis using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found that in the preparation of the RPJMDes and RKPDes, the village government had not yet fully implemented the stages as stipulated in Permendagri No 114/2014, in the preparation of the RPJMDes there were 3 stages not carried out namely aligning the direction of district policy, assessment of village conditions, and village deliberations, while in the preparation of the RKPDes there were no indicative ceilings, this was due to the lack of competence of the Village Government officials in preparing the RPJMDes and RKPDes, weak administrative management, and lack of community participation.

Abstrak Desa adalah suatu lembaga Negara yang merupakan kesatuan masyarakat yang memiliki batas-batas wilayah yang berwenang untuk mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat, berdasarkan asal usul dan adat istiadat setempat yang diakui dan dihormati dalam sistem Pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Salah satu wujud kewenangan desa untuk mengatur kepentingan masyarakatn melalui pembentukkan produk hukum desa dalam bentuk peraturan desa (Perdes). Salah satu tujuan dari pembentukkan produk hukum desa untuk menertibkan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa serta mengatur pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pelayanan umum. Peraturan desa yang ada di Desa Buluh Cina hanya mencakup pada perdes tentang Anggaran Belanja Desa dan Bumdes. Melihat dari potensi wisata yang dimiliki Desa Buluh Cina terdapat Danau, Hutan lindung serta keramba ikan. Jika tidak ada aturan yang mengikat maka lambat laun  akan memicu konflik di masyarakat terkait pengelolaan potensi wisata. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang benar terhadap fungsi, kedudukan, dan tata cara pembuatan produk hukum desa menjadi hal penting yang harus diketahui oleh aparat pemerintah desa, agar produk hukum yang dibuat benar-benar dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dan tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Kata Kunci: Desa, Pendampingan, Peraturan   Abstract The village is a state institution which is a community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage the interests of the local community, based on local origins and customs that are recognized and respected in the system of Government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. One form of village authority to regulate community interests through the formation of village legal products in the form of village regulations (Perdes). One of the goals of the formation of village legal products is to bring order in the administration of village government and to regulate the implementation of development and public services. The village regulations in Desa Buluh Cina only cover village regulations on Village Expenditures and Bumdes. Seeing from the tourism potential that is owned by the Village of China there are lakes, protected forests and fish cages. If there are no binding rules, it will gradually trigger conflicts in the community related to the management of tourism potential. Therefore, a correct understanding of the functions, position and procedures for making village legal products is an important thing that must be known by village government officials, so that legal products that are made can function properly and are not in conflict with applicable laws and regulations.   Keywords: Village, Assistance, Regulation

Village government is the lowest level of government in the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Its existence is very strategic for the implementation of programs of the central government, local government, and the wishes of the village community, so that the village government can help create a balance between the goals desired by the state and those desired by the people, namely the welfare of the people. For this reason, the role of village government officials is important to achieve the success of implementing village government tasks. In fact, there are still many village government officials who have not been able to carry out their duties and authorities properly and correctly. How are efforts to strengthen the role of village government officials so that they are able to carry out their duties and authority properly and correctly? One effort that can be done is to provide technical guidance to village government officials regarding village governance, the duties and authorities of village government officials, as well as the preparation of village regulations. Through this activity, it is hoped that the role of the village government apparatus in carrying out their duties and authorities will be strong, so that their duties and authorities can be carried out properly and correctlyABSTRAK;Pemerintahan desa adalah tingkat pemerintahan terendah di dalam Pemerintahan Negara Republik Indonesia. Keberadaannya sangat strategis bagi penerapan program pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan keinginan masyarakat desa, sehingga pemerintah desa dapat membantu terciptanya keseimbangan tujuan yang diinginkan oleh negara dan yang diinginkan oleh rakyat yaitu kesejahteraan rakyat. Untuk itu peran aparatur pemerintahan desa menjadi penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan desa. Pada kenyataannya masih banyak aparatur pemerintahan desa yang belum dapat melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya dengan baik dan benar. Bagaimana upaya menguatkan peran aparatur pemerintahan desa, agar mampu menjalankan tugas dan wewenangnya secara baik dan benar? Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada aparatur pemerintahan desa mengenai pemerintahan desa, tugas dan wewenang aparatur pemerintah desa, maupun penyusunan peraturan desa. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan peran aparatur pemerintahan desa dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya menjadi kuat, sehingga tugas dan wewenangnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar.

Purpose of the study: The research inspiration is the implementation of the Village Law and the dispensing of Village Funds in Indonesia. The considerable measure of Village Funds requires progressively complex responsibility. With limited time and insufficient human resources, there is an inclination of the Village Fund to leak caused by errors and irregularities. Methodology: We utilize questionnaires, interviews, convenience sampling method, and the confirmatory factor as an analysis tool. There are 312 village officials from 83 villages in Central Java, Indonesia, who participated in this research. This examination scans to investigate the indicators that we can identify with town administration and comprehension of the Village Financial System or Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes). Principal Findings: The results of the confirmatory factor analysis indicate that all indicators are feasible to be used as indicators of measuring all variables. Besides, the Pearson correlation value of all indicators for the total indicators of each variable is significant. It means that the indicators of all constructs in this study are valid and highly correlated. Applications of this study: This examination is still all-around ahead of schedule. So far, there has been no exploration in Indonesia identified with village administration. Consequently, in this investigation, it was expected to incorporate variables that could conceivably have an association with village administration generally and Siskeudes explicitly, since the order of Law No. 6 of 2014. Novelty/Originality of this study: There are six original, perceptive variables, specifically: Siskeudes understanding, village financial management principles, village fund allocation, village financial administration, village financial reporting and accountability, and village assets report. There are 54 new indicators tested in this research. Further research can utilize the indicators to measures the village government officials' understanding of Siskeudes.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the leadership of village head in development in Jambak village, Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency and to identify how the success rate of Jambak village development in terms of physical development and non-physical development. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method with research focus among others development of education facilities, bridge facilities, road facilities, electricity facilities, training courses of village government institutions, PKK development courses, and the development of art and culture. Primary data sources in this study were village head, village secretary, community, and community leaders in Jambak village.The results obtained by the authors in showing the leadership of the village head in the development of the village of Jambak is still lacking and can not say good, because there is still a lot of work that includes physical development and non-physical development of Jambak village has not all been resolved properly. Like the construction of educational facilities that are still said to be quite good. Bridge facilities that have not been built all in accordance with community expectations. Road construction has not been fully resolved yet, electricity facilities are also a problem faced by Jambak villagers. In addition to the non-physical development of the village, the training of village institutions has been running but still ineffective to further improve the quality of village government officials, so that village government officials are more comfortable. Palu City is the city that suffered the most damage and many casualties, effect from event Palu-Donggala earthquake on September 28, 2018. This earthquake triggered a tsunami, liquifaction and landslides which caused difficulties in determining a closest safe location for the temporary evacuation site in location affected disaster. The aftershocks that occurred after the main earthquake caused unrest for refugees and village government officials, because it was feared that the location to be used as a temporary evacuation site would run into the impact of an earthquake similar to other severe locations. To determine a safe location around the impact area destructive earthquake, information about the map of the minimum isoseismal distribution is very important. This study aims to map Minimum Isoseismal Distribution as the place that has the smallest disaster risk in areas affected by the earthquake, tsunami, liquefaction and landslides. The research methodology that be done are plotting and interpolate data from macroseismic surveys then were verified using satellite citra data and photo documentation of survey. The results showed that a minimum isoseismal distribution was found in 8 areas, located in the village: Kabonena, Lere, Kamonji, Siranindi, between Boyaoge and Nunu, Tawanjuka, Palupi and Tinggede.

This research aims at analyzing the village government officials’ understanding on the village financial system.This research is conducted by distributing questionnaires to 148 village government officials in nine districts in Central Java. The data are then quantitatively processed. Some village officials are randomly selected and then interviewed as the additional supporting data. The research results show that the village government officials have a relatively good understanding on the village financial system, yet there is no significant difference among the groups of government officials. However, there is an interesting issue due to the research results that the Head of the Village has the highest understanding when compared to all village government officials. In addition, the village government officials with accounting background have a higher understanding on the village financial system than those with no accounting background.

Public services in Pagerungan Island / Village, Sapeken District, Sumenep Regency, East Java still use a manual system. This condition is troublesome for government officials and citizens who want to get services. On the other hand, the global world and the Indonesian government have launched Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the ninth goal is development based on technological progress. One of the efforts made to make this happen is by initiating a digital village (or Desa Digital/DEDI) in the archipelago. DEDI is a form of digital-based village administration service, using gadgets owned by residents connected to applications that are centralized in the village office. The pioneering of a digital village was carried out through socialization and focus group discussions (FGD) which were carried out with village government officials from the village head, village officials, to neighborhood associations. Equalizing perceptions and desires, so that the digital village began to be initiated through village meetings to be implemented starting in 2020. To make it work effectively, mentoring is carried out, related to making programs, modules, and transfer of technology to officers and community units). Digital villages are implemented using village funds in 2020 and 2021.

This study examines the influence of leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Regarding the objectives of this study, three hypotheses were formulated, namely leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, from 76 questionnaires distributed to the village government apparatus of the Rakit Kulim sub-district and all of them returned. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is carried out. This study shows that leadership, competence and information technology have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.
