This study aims to assess the accountability and transparency of the village government towards the management of the Village Fund in Sembiran village, Tejakula sub-district, Buleleng district. The sample used was 127 consisting of the village chief secretary of the village treasurer, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as representatives of the community as well as section heads, with a probability sampling technique with the prorporotionate stratifid ramandom screening method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is a linear analysis of begada. The results showed that the management of village funds in the village was good enough to apply the principles and rules regarding the accountability of the transparency principle, and participation in village fund management was carried out both from the side of the village government and from the community side so that the accountability of the management of village funds would increase. Absract   This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of legal role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in the development of the village according to UU.No. 6 year 2014 about village (Kahianga Village study) and to find out the factors that inhibit the role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in development in the village Kahianga East Tomia District. The data collection techniques used more on observation, a dandokumentation interview. The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of legal role of the village consultative body (bpd) Kahianga in the case that legislation does not go as it should, proved in the absence of the rules that are issued, in the meantime in the case of the function budgeting bpd goes well, proved by always involved in the budget discussion meetings that are done with the principle of transparency and supervision function bpd also goes well seen with the active bpd in surveillance of the village's income and expenditure budget and factors that become constraints BPD Kahianga in the development of the village namely the community participation Kahianga Village to the development program is still relatively low, the level of education is relatively low is a BPD inhibitors communicate well and able to analyze the aspirations or what the next community is in coordinate with the village government and the pattern of parallel relations between the BPD and the village head in the village government , it turns out that in the implementation is colored by the practices of working relationships that are less harmonious and leads to the occurrence of conflicts and shows the tendency to dominate the village chief of the BPD.

Sayan Village is one of the villages in Ubud that has a lot of potential to be used as a tourism village. The first three great potentials are natural tourism, potential opportunities for water tubing tourism, and also the potential of Puri Sayan as a heritage tourism object in Sayan Village, which is being planned by the village government and local communities. In addition to the three great potentials, Sayan Village also has the potential for water tourism with beji spring sources which are a source of water that is purified by the local community and is usually used for melukat. In this case, the researcher focused more on discussing the development of biology natural tourism which is currently used as the center of tourism village activities in Sayan Village. This study uses collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study contain the existing conditions of Desa Sayan based on tourism product components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancilliary. And the strategy for developing SWOT-based Sayan Tourism Village. So that the strategies obtained produce the best ways to realize one of the missions of Desa Sayan as a sustainable tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

The purpose of This study is to find out how the implementation of village fund management as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the management of village funds in three villages in Soreang Sub-District, Bandung Regency. This research was conducted in Panyirapan Village, Sukanagara Village, and Soreang Village in Soreang Sub-District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with interview approach and observation with the responder, that is Head of Village, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and Village Consultative Body (BPD). Data analysis is done by data reduction then presents the data and draw conclusions on the data obtained according to the method of data analysis for qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of fund management from planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability of the three villages are appropriate with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 the Year 2014 concerning Village Financial Management, but in terms of administration for the Panyirapan Village has not been in accordance with regulation, then for reporting the three villages have not been able to report to the regency in a timely manner based on regulations. For most supporting factors in the three villages of human resource training for the village government, understanding in running the Village Financial System application and for the three villages as a whole is still the lack of workers in the field during development activities and the lack of human resources in administration and regulation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kemampuan Kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kelurahan Baju Bodoa Kecamatan Maros Baru Kabupaten Maros. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode sampel dan metode pengumpulan data, data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pada metode Non Probability Sampling. Teknik Non Probability Sampling yang dipilih yaitu dengan Sampling Jenuh (sensus) yaitu metode penarikan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan yaitu Faktor Kemampuan Kerja. This research aims to determine the effect of working environment, compensation and ability to simultaneously work on employees ' performance and to know the most dominant factor in the performance of employees in the village of the new Maros District Bodoa District, Maros. This study uses sample methods and data collection methods, data obtained by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, samples in this study are based on NonProbability Sampling methods. NonProbability Sampling technique is selected with saturated Sampling (census) i.e. the method of sample withdrawal when all population members are made samples. The results of the test show that simultaneously the three variables have significant effect on the employee's performance while the most dominant variable is the job capability factor

The study investigates the factors that influence village officials to have an interest in whistleblowing. Organizational commitment, rewarding, idealism ethical orientation, relativism and machiavellian ethical orientation are used as factors that influence the interest of village officials to do whistleblowing. The population in this research is the entire officials of the village government who worked in district Kelayang, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this research is to use incidental sampling. A total of 60 village officialses participated in this study, which consisted of village heads, village secretaries. regional executor and technical executive. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of hypothesis testing that is: organizational commitment and idealism ethical orientation effect on interest to do the whistleblowing but reward, relativism ethical orientation and machiavellian nature has no effect against the interest to do the whistleblowing.This research contributes to reducing the occurrence of fraud committed by village officials.

This study examines the influence of leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Regarding the objectives of this study, three hypotheses were formulated, namely leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, from 76 questionnaires distributed to the village government apparatus of the Rakit Kulim sub-district and all of them returned. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is carried out. This study shows that leadership, competence and information technology have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between the village head and the village consultative body in Ubung, Buru Regency. The research problem is focused on the collaboration between the village head and the village consultative body in containing the spread of Covid-19 in Ubung. The study employed a qualitative approach, with a total of twenty informants chosen at random. This study was conducted in the village of Ubung, with informants including village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives considered to possess competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the partnership relationship through observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis under Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the village is extremely responsive in planning and implementing the management of Covid-19, making it easier for the community to be involved. The village side also adjusts to the existing conditions to carry out the control of Covid-19, specifically by conducting analysis and identification to decipher the program of activities that will be planned in collaboration with the Village Consultative Body. In the division of Village Consultative Body tasks, the village government prioritizes development sector implementation and public awareness, while the village government focuses more on-field segmentation planning.

Abstract   This study aims to determine the implementation of government  authority over village autonomy in the village Carawali District of Watang Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang and to find out how much the exercise of government authority over village autonomy in the village of Carawali District of Watang Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang the population in the this study is the entire population registered as comunities in Carawali village District of Watang Pulu totaing 2,207 people. The sampling techniques uses the slovin formula with the results of 96 respondents, tekan based on a random sampling technique that is a random sample of the eutire population of the communty. Data collection techniques used i this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and library studies. The collected data is then used by means of dat analysis, using frequency  table and litert scales.The resolts of this study show the implementation of government authorty in the village Carawali District of Watng Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang that 70% of 100% of the oxpected results, whisch is classified as good. As for the factors that influence the exrase of authority influnced by the absence of implmentation of the devision of goverment authority in the village Carawali District of Watang Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang is 71% of 100% of the expected results which are in the good category.
