This study aimed to investigate the role of stakeholders in environmental accountability and management practices on the Ratu Indah Makassar Mall. This study used a phenomenological approach in which the researcher collected data using participant observation to find out the essential phenomena of participants in their life experiences. The study began from October 2018 to March 2019. The data collection method used interviews with HRD Staff, Operational Section Head and Greenship Manager about the role of stakeholders in environmental accountability and management, observation of stakeholders involvement in environmental accountability and management and documentation. The data analysis method used the analysis of Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study showed that the role and engagement of stakeholders in environmental accountability and management, both in the form of participation, cooperation, supervision and inspection can strengthen relations between companies and stakeholders, create customer satisfaction and comfort, improve environmental performance and contribute to the development and business sustainable.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of government policy programs in poverty alleviation by involving the main actor who called PPKH. This study aimed to describe the task and function of PPKH in empowering the sick society in Bone Regency. Qualitative approach used with case study research. Data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself as a human instrument, while the informants selected by a purposive method. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that PPKH has carried out their roles well as representatives and technicians but have not been optimal in their roles as facilitators and educators.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran budaya literasi dalam pembentukan karakter religius anak di Kampoeng Batja Patrang Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis interaktuf model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensai data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Karakter membaca yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter membaca reseptif, reflektif, skimming dan scanning (2) Budaya literasi di Kampoeng Batjadapat membentuk karakter menulis cerita, menulis ayat-ayat Al-quran, menulis kaligrafi, menulis sinopsis, menulis pantun, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan bernuansa keagamaan (3) Karakter berbicara yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter berbicara di depan publik dan berbicara interpersonal.  Kata Kunci: budaya literasi, karakter religius The purpose of this study is to describe the role of literacy culture in the creation of the child's religious character in kampoeng batja patrang jember. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of phenomenon. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses miles's and huberman and saldana analysis for data collection, data condenser, data presentation, deduction/verification. To test the validity of the acquired data, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The study is (1) the character reading through the literated cultures already applied in kampoeng batjais the character of prescriptive, reflective, skimming and scanning (2) of the literated cultures in the kampoeng batjadat forming the character of storywriting, writing of the quran, writing calligraphy, writing synopsis, poetry, The activity was carried out in a religious (3) speaking character through literacy cultures already adopted in kampoeng batjais a public speaking and interpersonal speech.

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

AbstrakPeran orang tua menjadi suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam pengembangan emosi anak usia dini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak semua orang tua memahami pentingnya perkembangan emosi pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini di Kelurahan Krobokan Semarang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena peneliti ingin melihat adanya fenomena orang tua yang memiliki perhatikan terhadap kecerdasan emosi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman yang didalamnya secara berurutan berisi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi, yaitu dengan membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara, membandingkan hasil wawancara yang sama dengan waktu yang berbeda, dan mencari data dari sumber lain selain subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini meliputi: (1) peran orang tua sebagai pendidik, (2) peran orang tua sebagai pengasuh, (3) peran orang tua sebagai motivator, (4) peran orang tua sebagai model. AbstractThe role of parents becomes an important thing to consider in the emotional development of early childhood. That is because not all parents understand the importance of emotional development in early childhood. This study aims to describe the role of parents in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood in Krobokan Village, Semarang Barat. This study uses a qualitative approach because researchers want to see the phenomenon of parents who have a concern for emotional intelligence. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman which in turn consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data uses triangulation, namely by comparing the observational data with the results of interviews, comparing the results of the same interview with different times, and looking for data from sources other than the research subject. The results showed that the role of parents in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood includes: (1) the role of parents as educators, (2) the role of parents as caregivers, (3) the role of parents as motivators, (4) the role of parents as model.

This study aims to 1)  determine the reasons for the formation of religious students and daily behavior at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. 2) find out the daily behavior of students at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. 3)  find out the efforts of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in forming Religiosity and Daily Behavior at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the research sources are the leaders, Islamic boarding schools, the head of the care section, the head of the worship department, the principal, the teacher / teacher and the students. The data collection technique is done through interviews and observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The findings in this study are the role of aqidah akhlak teacher in shaping the daily behavior of students at MTs Daar El Qolam 1 Gintung, 1) as a guide, aqidah akhlak teacher to motivate and give advice to students to always do good. 2) acting as an educator, namely teaching according to norms and rules. 3) as an evaluator, aqidah akhlak teacher always admonishes and gives advice to students who violate the rules, give sanctions to students who violate the rules. It is hoped that this research will be useful for the Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also benefit other educational institutions so that it can be implemented properly and correctly.

Education is essentially an effort to facilitate students to be able to solve problems in life that they will face in the future. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of the village government in reducing the dropout rate in Pattongko Village, Sinjai Tengah District, Sinjai Regency, and the factors that cause school dropout. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, decision making (verification). The results of this study state that the effectiveness of the role of the village government in suppressing the dropout rate in Pattongko Village, Sinjai Regency, related to its role as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer basically tends to be effective, this can be seen from the decrease in the dropout rate every year. this is due to the concern of the local government, especially the village government together with parents and the community. The factors causing dropping out of school in Pattongko Village in this study consisted of four factors, namely the Child itself, the Economic Condition, the distance between the house and the school which was far away, and the parents' lack of understanding of the importance of education.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. Early childhood cognitive development is formed faster in the first four years of life. YouTube as a video-based application media is used as a means to optimize children’s cognitive development by some parents. The objective of this study was to determine the role of YouTube media in optimizing cognitive development in early childhood. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observations to parents of YouTube media users as a means of optimizing a more optimal development in aspects of imagination, language, curiosity, and concentration. Thus it can be concluded that YouTube media can be used as a means to optimize cognitive development in early childhood.
