AbstrakPeran orang tua menjadi suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam pengembangan emosi anak usia dini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak semua orang tua memahami pentingnya perkembangan emosi pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini di Kelurahan Krobokan Semarang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena peneliti ingin melihat adanya fenomena orang tua yang memiliki perhatikan terhadap kecerdasan emosi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman yang didalamnya secara berurutan berisi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi, yaitu dengan membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara, membandingkan hasil wawancara yang sama dengan waktu yang berbeda, dan mencari data dari sumber lain selain subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini meliputi: (1) peran orang tua sebagai pendidik, (2) peran orang tua sebagai pengasuh, (3) peran orang tua sebagai motivator, (4) peran orang tua sebagai model. AbstractThe role of parents becomes an important thing to consider in the emotional development of early childhood. That is because not all parents understand the importance of emotional development in early childhood. This study aims to describe the role of parents in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood in Krobokan Village, Semarang Barat. This study uses a qualitative approach because researchers want to see the phenomenon of parents who have a concern for emotional intelligence. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman which in turn consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data uses triangulation, namely by comparing the observational data with the results of interviews, comparing the results of the same interview with different times, and looking for data from sources other than the research subject. The results showed that the role of parents in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood includes: (1) the role of parents as educators, (2) the role of parents as caregivers, (3) the role of parents as motivators, (4) the role of parents as model.

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of government policy programs in poverty alleviation by involving the main actor who called PPKH. This study aimed to describe the task and function of PPKH in empowering the sick society in Bone Regency. Qualitative approach used with case study research. Data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself as a human instrument, while the informants selected by a purposive method. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that PPKH has carried out their roles well as representatives and technicians but have not been optimal in their roles as facilitators and educators.

This research is a qualitative research that is field research, researchers describe the findings sourced from the field. The research data were obtained from interviews with respondents, consisting of parents and community leaders as well as observations of children in Kajen Village Rt 04 / Rw 02. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technical analysis of data includes data reduction, data presentation and verification.From the results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Rt 04 / Rw 02 Kajen Margoyoso Village Pati Regency related in Improving Early Childhood Speaking Behavior is mostly good, smooth and develops according to the development of his age. It's just that they as parents need to know and be aware that, educating children must be with patience and perseverance. Parents can teach polite speaking behavior by familiarizing children with things that are praiseworthy from an early age. Because children are a reflection of the actions of their parents. So that the hope of parents later children can behave and talk politely with everyone.

This study aims to determine the Discipline Character Education Learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Located at RA Islamiyah Bulaklo. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been collected is checked for validity by source triangulation and technical triangulation. Analyzed with interactive analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. Research informants are the head of the foundation, principal, teachers, and guardians of students. The results showed that by giving Id Cards, students could line up neatly, put shoes and bags in their place according to the order on the Identity card which made students more disciplined and patiently waiting for their turn. From this study, it can be concluded that in the implementation of character education for early childhood (4-5 years) at RA Islamiyah Bulaklo in implementing character education using habituation activities starting from the child entering the gate until going home from school. For habituation activities such as marching, praying, memorizing Asmaul Husna, washing hands, and so on, by giving understanding to children, always be patient waiting for their turn according to the number on the Identity Card.

Education for children starts from family because it will determine the character of children in adolescence. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of democratic parenting in building emotional intelligence and religiosity in adolescents. Because without parental guidance the child will experience deviations in the daily behavior. The research subject was in Kramatagung Village, Bantaran District, Probolinggo. In this case, the researcher used descriptive qualitative methods. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used in the data collection techniques and to analyze the data the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions techniques. This research showed that the emotional intelligence and religiosity of adolescents in Kramatagung village are categorized as poor, but parents in implementing parenting styles for children in Kramatagung village are quite democratic. Furthermore, based on research it is known that the emotional intelligence and reliability of adolescents in the Kramatagung village are quite an apprehension. The adolescents who are emotionally intelligent and have good religious intelligence are educated by applying democratic parenting. It is the duty of parents to educate, guide, nurture, and always remind also advise the children not to be trapped by world life which increasingly shows freedom in an association. Guidance and education especially in the family are top priorities in addition to other education outside the home

Abstrak Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran analisis peranan guru dan peran orangtua dalam konteks pembelajaran anak usia dini di TK Islam Al-Kautsar. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung dan studi dokumentasi dengan pemilihan dua partisipan guru TK A dan TK B, serta orangtua yang bersedia. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data model dari Milles & Hubberman yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi (kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) guru memiliki peranan sebagai administrator, inspirator, informator, motivator, evaluator, dan mediator pembelajaran; 2) gambaran peranan orangtua sebagai mentor, motivator, konseptor, fasilitator, dan tutor dalam mendampingi pembelajaran anak usia dini; 3) kendala-kendala yang dirasakan oleh guru dan orangtua dalam menjalankan peranannya antara lain kesibukan bekerja bagi orangtua, bentuk komunikasi yang diwakili oleh pengasuh, waktu mendampingi anak belajar sangat terbatas, dan orangtua yang sulit memahami gaya belajar anak. Dengan demikian,kesimpulan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai gambaran secara holistik berkaitan analisis peranan guru dan orangtua dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. Abstract This study provides an overview of the analysis of the role of teachers and the role of parents in the context of early childhood learning at Al-Kautsar Islamic Kindergarten. The research design used a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used direct interviews and documentary studies with the selection of two teacher participants at Kindergarten A and Kindergarten B, as well as willing parents. Researchers used data analysis models from Milles & Hubberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display and verification (conclusion). The results showed that 1) the teacher has a role as administrator, inspirator, informator, motivator, evaluator, and learning mediator; 2) description of the role of parents as mentors, motivators, conceptors, facilitators, and tutors in assisting early childhood learning; 3) the constraints felt by teachers and parents in carrying out their roles include busy working for parents, forms of communication represented by caregivers, limited time to accompany children to learn, and parents who have difficulty understanding their children's learning styles. Thus, the conclusions of this study can be used as a holistic description regarding the analysis of the role of teachers and parents in early childhood learning. The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the role of local political parties and their obstacles in supporting candidates for Regent/Deputy Regent of North Aceh. Descriptive qualitative research was employed in obtaining the data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are taken through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding (verification). The results reveal that one of the local political parties (Aceh Party) has provided support to the Regent/Deputy Regent candidate H. Muhammad Thaib/Fauzi Yusuf through political participation as a medium for conveying political aspirations between voters and the elected Regent/Deputy Regent candidate, with won victory in the election in 2017. The conclusion is that 3 local political parties (PA, PNA, and PDA) have provided support to four candidate pairs for Regent of North Aceh through political participation as a forum for aspiration and in the form of a successful team. Even though this support has been given, the role of local political parties has not been realized effectively, because there are still obstacles, so that it requires various improvements. The obstacles are low human resources and differences in perceptions resulting in internal conflict with local parties.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.

This research used a field study approach in Kp.  Undrus, Cijantra Village, Kab.  Tangerang.  The technique's data collection in this research used observation, interview, and documentation.  While the data analysis used data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification or taken conclusion.  Then, used a validity test technique with the prioritize as data credibility, data transferability, real power, also a confirmation research object. This research result indicates that the parent has an important role in preparing for the industrial revolution 4.0.  Through education has done parents in a family by various ways as harmonization the relation of parent-child, became examples to children, motivate and support to the in learning, and have a clear purpose be parents in Kp.  Undrus, Cijantra Village, Kab.  Tangerang in educating children in the industrial revolution 4.0.  children education by the parents have to deficient in economy providing media learning, lack of understanding matter learning child by the parents and lack of compliance to parents.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.
