The systematic organization of Maxym Rylskyi’s sonnet verse is characterized by the dynamics of figurative creation, which begins in the first quatrain and, as a rule, preserves the “rise line” in the second quatrain in order to echo the synthesis in the final thirds. Thus, in the sonnet «The ax trembles, the silver darkened” two lines ─ the trembling sedge, which rises high with the darkened silver leaf, and the benefit of the green shadow from it for the weary, aching human body ─ in the first quatrain they seem to run in parallel. However, already in the second quatrain, probably, from the same trembling ax the appeal of the lyrical hero to the heart sprouts (Tremble, develop and wormwood!). The synthesis-generalization initiated by the replica of the heart (internal monologue) continues the associative parallel of nature and man in the first third (On the branch of universal wood. You are only a particle, line one!) ─ both semantic lines marked at the beginning of the poem are now merged the only one. And finally the final concluding stanza ─ the assertion of this unity ─ earthly and high, when the only true dimension is the integrity of depth. Another structural organization is observed in the sonnet «In the warm days of grape harvest”, where the first stanza of the exposition reveals to the reader a lyrical location, which in the second quatrain unfolds in the dialogue of lyrical characters and is continued in the castle stanza by a generalizing line. , thus creating the overall compositional and artistic integrity of the poetic structure. In a number of texts the poet broadly reflects the idea of internal conflict at the junction of two quatrains, proclaimed at one time in the program sonnet of Ivan Franko, although the antithetical break can occur not only at the border of the first and second quatrains. the first part is an adverb yet). The whole sonnet is based on the features of such correlates. The textual permeability of repeating elements at different levels contributes to the dynamization of the artistic structure. In verse «Bring gifts to the gods! Transparent honey bear ”repetition with an anaphoric conjunction and in each stanza (used more than ten times in the text) grows into a gradation of syntagms in the final stanzas.

In this article, we argue that certain behaviour connected to the attempt to attain contemporary female body ideals in Denmark can be understood as an act of achievement and, thus, as an embodiment of the culture of achievement, as it is characterised in Præstationssamfundet, written by the Danish sociologist Anders Petersen (2016) Hans Reitzels Forlag . Arguing from cultural psychological and sociological standpoints, this article examines how the human body functions as a mediational tool in different ways from which the individual communicates both moral and aesthetic sociocultural ideals and values. Complex processes of embodiment, we argue, can be described with different levels of internalisation, externalisation and materialisation, where the body functions as a central mediator. Analysing the findings from a qualitative experimental study on contemporary body ideals carried out by the Danish psychologists Josefine Dilling and Maja Trillingsgaard, this article seeks to anchor such theoretical claims in central empirical findings. The main conclusions from the study are used to structure the article and build arguments on how expectations and ideals expressed in an achievement society become embodied.

Antibiotics have been widely used for a number of decades for human therapy and farming production. Since a high percentage of antibiotics are discharged from the human or animal body without degradation, this means that different habitats, from the human body to river water or soils, are polluted with antibiotics. In this situation, it is expected that the variable concentration of this type of microbial inhibitor present in different ecosystems may affect the structure and the productivity of the microbiota colonizing such habitats. This effect can occur at different levels, including changes in the overall structure of the population, selection of resistant organisms, or alterations in bacterial physiology. In this review, I discuss the available information on how the presence of antibiotics may alter the microbiota and the consequences of such alterations for human health and for the activity of microbiota from different habitats.

The Body Sensor Networks is captivated in gathering the communication module in a more reliable manner along with efficiency in terms of energy, more secure than earlier schema’s, ands enhanced utilization of resources. Wireless BAN (WBAN) has the tendency to be placed even inside the human body. The significance of BSN has the tendency to go through all aspects such as fitness of a person, his/her health issues, caring in critical level, and so on. In 2014 [1] the elevation of body sensors has been grown upto 420 millions from 11 million units in 2009. In this research work, we addressed BAN from On-Body to Body-to-Body cooperative networks at different levels: propagation, protocols and localization applications.

Vitamin C is needed by human body to improve the immune system and can be obtained from the bell pepper. Bell pepper has a different color according to the level of maturity, ranging from green, yellow, orange, and red. Differences in color also make possible differences in vitamin C content. The purpose of this study was to determine vitamin C levels in various colors of bell fruit. Measurement of vitamin C was done by titration method with metaphosphoric acid as the solvent and 2,6 dichloroindophenol as the standardized solution. The samples used were green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and red bell pepper taken from Gundaling, Berastagi, Karo, Sumatera Utara, 22152, Indonesia. The results show that vitamin C level in various colors of bell pepper respectively, for green bell pepper 16.52 mg vitamin C per 100 g green bell pepper; yellow bell pepper 159.61 vitamin C per 100 g yellow bell pepper; orange bell pepper 121.38 vitamin C per 100g orange bell pepper; red bell pepper 81.19 vitamin C per 100 g red bell pepper. These results indicate that different levels of bell pepper maturity have different vitamin C content.

With the help of special methods of dehydration, the features of the structural organization of the solid phase of biological fluids of a patient with a rare genetic disease ochronosis were revealed. Three biological fluids were taken as material for the study: urine, blood serum, and synovial fluid. For the transfer of biological fluids into a solid phase, the methods of cuneiform and marginal dehydration (technology Litos-System) were used. The structure of the solid phase of biological fluids was studied using stereomicroscopy in white and polarized light, as well as in a dark field. It was found that the structures of the solid phase of biological fluids reflect the main clinical signs of ochronosis, and also contains information about concomitant pathological processes. Specific structures of the solid phase of patients with ochronosis can be used as diagnostic markers of this disease.

The article discusses the results of a study of the level of development of the propensity to manipulate other people on the example of cadets of a departmental institution in order to establish differences in the characteristics of their relationship to themselves. The study was conducted on the basis of the Vologda Institute of Law and Economics of the Federal Penal Service of Russia. It was attended by 65 cadets of the 2nd and 3rd courses of the Faculty of Psychology. The methods used by V. V. Znakov “Questionnaire for Machiavellianism” and the method of studying self-replication by S. R. Pantileev were used. As a result of data analysis using mathematical statistics methods negative correlation relationships were established between the tendency to manipulation and closeness, self-management, the idea of the ability to arouse respect and sympathy in others, self-worth and self-reliance of cadets. Differences in the level of closeness, perception of other people’s attitudes towards themselves, self-attachment among students with different propensities for manipulation and significant differences on the “internal conflict” and “self-management” scales between students with low and medium propensity for manipulative behavior were also established. The findings suggest that a high propensity to manipulate is combined with self-doubt, low self-esteem, dissatisfaction with oneself, and perception of oneself as not worthy of the respect and sympathy of others. The results of the study emphasize the need to correct the propensity for manipulative behavior in order to change a person’s attitude to himself and other people. The data obtained can be used in the activities of practical psychologists.

When the imagination conjures up an image of an Egyptian mummy, it is normally one of a human body wrapped with undyed linen bandages. However, the reality was much more colourful, as shown by the set of red mummy shrouds and textile fragments from Pharaonic Egypt considered in this work. The textiles were subjected to scientific investigation with the main aim of shedding light on the sources of red colour and on the possible reasons for the different levels of colour fading. The red colourants were investigated using various non-invasive and micro-invasive approaches. The results pointed towards the presence of three sources of red colour, which, in increasing order of lightfastness, are safflower (Carthamus tinctorius), madder (Rubia spp.), and red ochre. Micro-morphological observations and elemental analyses also enabled some hypotheses to be formulated regarding the application of these colourants to the textiles. The results not only deepen our knowledge of dyeing technologies in ancient Egypt and shed new light on the function of red shrouds and textiles as part of the funerary practices of Pharaonic Egypt, but are also essential in planning the display and future preservation of these mummies and their associated textiles.
