Objective: The aim of this research is to identify behavioral risk factors in patients with cardiovascular diseases with a focus on obesity. Design: Descriptive study. Participants: The sample group consisted of 878 patients with ischemic heart disease. Methods: Clinical, laboratory parameters and a questionnaire focused on identifying behavioral risk factors of one ́s lifestyle. Data processing through descriptive and inductive statistics. Results:The mean BMI is 29.39 (± SD 4.69). The results show that 355 (40.2%) patients have obesity and we identified overweight as a precursor to obesity in 377 (42.93%) patients. We found deficiencies in behavioral risk factors (smoking, al- cohol consumption, nutrition, physical activity) in all patients. A significant relationship was confirmed between smoking, alcohol consumption and obesity. Conclusion: The results of our research suggest that there is a need to improve primary and secondary prevention inpa- tients, healthcare professionals and government policy.

Objective: to evaluate the behavioral risk factors of the workers of the primary oil refining workshop with the aim of using them as a tool for substantiating management decisions and forming vectors of preventive measures.Materials and methods: the method of active survey investigated the prevalence of behavioral risk factors among operators in two age groups (20 – 35 and 36 – 60 years old). Results: the main vectors of behavioral risks for operators of different age groups were established: lack of motor activity, smoking, low medical activity, low perception of behavioral risks. Violations of lifestyle are predominantly combined (violations by 2 – 4 indicators). For older operators are more characterized by low motor and medical activity, disturbances in diet, an overestimation of the degree of influence of environmental and occupational factors on health when the significance of individual behavior is underestimated. Conclusions: Social policy at the enterprise should take into account the main vectors of behavioral risks, lower motivation and the implementation of a healthy style of behavior typical of older workers.

Objective: A comprehensive study of the prevalence and structure of risk factors (RF) of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), the daily dynamics of central aortic pressure and arterial stiffness in healthy women of different age groups.Materials and methods: the study involved 161 women aged 18 to 65 years with one or more CVD RF. All volunteers underwent a survey, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring with determination of arterial stiffness and daily dynamics of central aortic pressure, determination of carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (cfPWV) and vascular stiffness by volume sphygmography. Results: the examined were divided into 3 groups: 1 group of 52 women of young age from 18 to 30 years (23.8 Ѓ} 5.3 years); 2 group of 54 women from 31 years before the onset of menopause (41 Ѓ} 5.9 years); group 3 — 54 women in the postmenopausal period (55.4 Ѓ} 5.8 years). High prevalence of modifiable CVD RF among women of various ages was revealed: smoking, non-compliance with dietary recommendations, lack of physical activity. Obstetric and gynecological pathologies prevail in younger age groups. In group 1 the studied parameters correspond to normal in most parameters. Significant differences in central and peripheral pressure, arterial stiffness indicators, with the exception of cfPWV, were identified in group 2 in comparison with young women. A comparative analysis of groups 2 and 3 showed a significant difference and worsening of indicators characterizing the degree of development of arterial stiffness, the contribution of the reflected wave and the associated dysfunction of the left ventricle. Conclusion: a comprehensive study of arterial stiffness allows you to identify subclinical changes in the vascular wall and evaluate their progression in women of different age groups.

Background. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a group of disorders of the heart and blood vessels. The most important behavioral risk factors for heart disease and stroke are unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, tobacco use and harmful use of alcohol. Exposure to behavioral risk factors can manifest in humans as high blood pressure, high blood glucose, high blood lipids, and overweight and obesity. Methods. The research was conducted on hospitalized male and female patients aged from 26 to 88 years with suspicion of the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) at the time of admission to the hospital in the Andijan and Fergana Valley. Overall, 653 patients were examined. The study included a retrospective and prospective part with the inclusion of patients with ACS. Findings. Fairly wide prevalence of ACS was revealed in terms of their epidemiological characteristics in both gender groups, as well as in different age groups. It is necessary to improve the work on "life-saving prevention" among the population in relation to an adequate assessment of the symptoms of CVD in patients and the implementation of medical recommendations for optimizing prevention, early detection and treatment of ACS.

The article describes machine learning methods in the correction of behavioral risk factors while preventing cardiovascular diseases. The monitoring of health saving educational space in the regional system of medical prevention was implemented. Applying computer modeling the authors developed a model of binding rules based on the method of association rules and suggested the set of 5 logical rules for the risk factor of arterial hypertension. Decision tree method was used to induce decision rules and identify the target group to correct risk factors and increase the quality of arterial hypertension control. The present study provided the analysis and confidence estimation of the prognostic model. The results of this analysis were used to support management decisions in the regional system of preventive medicine.
