This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Remuneration, and leadership style in PT DKP Tangerang on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and was taken during September 2019 - June 2020. The population studied was 60 employees of PT DKP Tangerang. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Product For Service Solution) program) Version 25.0. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, remuneration, and leadership style partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the company should further improve work discipline by acting more firmly on disciplinary violations, changing the remuneration system to be fairer and changing the appropriate leadership style.

In this study, the objective is to conduct a systematic examination Effect of Transactional and Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Competence to Employee Performance PT. Sanjayatama Lestari. The samples used were employees of PT. Sanjayatama Lestari the number of respondents as many as 95 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. This study examined five variables: Transactional Leadership Style (X1), Transformational Leadership Style (X2), motivation (X3) and Competence (X4) as the independent variable and the performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Partial test shows that the transactional leadership style influenced by 3.876 (positive and significant) on the performance. Transformational leadership style also influenced significantly by 3.128. Furthermore, the motivation also has a significant influence amounted to 4.210 and the latter is the competence of significant influence amounted to 6.283.   Keywords: transactional leadership style, transformational leadership style, motivation, competence, performance and multiple linear regression.

Abstract : Research aims to understand the influence of competence, training and career development simultaneously and partial of the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia in Jakarta. The kind of research to research this is explanatory research. The size of the population in this research was 55 employees and  The sampling method used is a saturated sampling. Variable free is competence ( X1 ), training ( X2 ) and career development ( X3 ), while variable their lack of roots is a an employee ( y ).Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403; F = 11,498, Career development is the most dominant factor in employee performance. Competence, training and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of employee performance are 0.450, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of 0.450 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category.   Keywords : competence, training, career development, employees’ performance, outsourcing   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan perkembangan karir baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory research Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan dan Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. Kompetensi, Pelatihan, dan Perkembangan Karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,450, Apabila X1,X2,dan X3, dianggap nol, maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karawan sebesar 0,450 jika dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk dalam katagori sangat tidak baik.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Perkembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan, Outsourcing

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Lampung University employees, through leadership style and work motivation. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of education staff at the General and Financial Devision at Lampung University of 110  people. Samples were taken purposively, as many as 53 employees. Data was collected using survey methods. The data were analyzed by simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the results of t-count of 2.374 and t-table of 1.67655 were obtained. Furthermore, the motivation variables on employee performance, the results of t-count were 7.283 and t-table was 1.67655. Simultaneous testing or jointly obtained results of F-count statistics of 40,288 and F-table 3.18. The results of the analysis can be concluded that employee performance at the General and Financial Bureau of Lampung University is influenced by motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on leadership style and its impact on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. This research is motivated by the low work motivation of employees and the conditions of the work environment that do not support employees in carrying out work and leadership style that does not support employees in carrying out work, thus affecting the decline in employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The research method with a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 50 employees of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling method uses the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study is the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0. The results of this study found that motivation does not significantly influence leadership style, work environment does not significantly influence leadership style, motivation has significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. Whereas directly motivation through leadership style has a significant influence on performance and indirectly the work environment through leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat staff. This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

Automotive companies suffered a loss due to a decrease in sales caused by high taxes and the proliferation of manufacturing components.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure on value of company, Company size on value of company and profitability on value of company of IDX period 2012-2016, with 6 companies using purposive sampling method. Method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research shows that the capital structure do not have positive and significant influence to company value, and company size do not have positive and significant influence to company value while profitability has an effect on company value. This shows that high profitability influences company value in the eyes of investors.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.
