This research aims to analyze the impact of business performance and working culture on small Micro Units (MSME) on the decision of consumer purchasing in the middle of pandemic Covid-19, which is happening today. The condition of Pandemic Covid19 is very influential on the economy in Indonesia in every sector of business is no exception to existing MSME. This research was conducted by spreading a questionnaire of 122 respondents. The study uses a descriptive method and quantitative approach; the data obtained is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS Statistic 25 application. The results of this research showed that the influence of business performance and working culture in MSME has a significant influence on the decision of consumer purchase in the middle of pandemic Covid-19.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.</p>

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and competitive advantage on service and culinary companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is the quantitative descriptive method and using a questionnaire with 65 respondents who have businesses in the service and culinary fields. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 16.0 application. The results showed that the variables of work culture and competitive advantage had significant importance on the performance of culinary and service companies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The behaviour and attitude are strongly influenced by somebody’s traits and chracteristic. Good behaviour of entrepreneur will lead to righteousness, safety and raise one’s dignity. This independence is the first stage to reach company’s economic healthy. The objective of this study is to identify and analysis the influence of entrepreneur’s behaviour to independence personality of Pasar Atjeh clothing merchants  by using minor personality type as variable which comprises of personal achieve, supersales person, real manager and expert idea generator. Data was gathered by interview, questionaire and study of documentation. Data was analysed by applying descriptive method and multiple linear regression. Data was processed statistically by using SPSS program verse 15.00 for windows to calculate F-test, T-test and determinant coefficient (R2). Purposive Sampling is used in this study as sampling technique.The result of this study shows that personal achiever, supersales person, real manager and expert idea generator has significant influence positively with the entrepreneur independence of Pasar Atjeh clothing merchant Banda Aceh.  With the value of determinant coefficient (R2 adjusted) is 0.654, the value of simultaneously F-test is 32,253 and significant at 0,000. Keywords: Entrepreneurship behavior, personality independence  and Aceh    Traditional Market

Objective of the research to reveal the influence of the principal managerial ability, work discipline, and interpersonal communication affects the teacher performance. The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of ex post facto research. The population is 06 teachers of SMK PGRI Malang. A sample of 58 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression results show that (1) There is a significant influence managerial skills of principals, work discipline, and interpersonal communication simultaneously on teacher performance, (2) There is a significant influence managerial capability Principal partially on teacher performance (3) No effect on the performance of teachers' work discipline, (4) there is a significant influence interpersonal communication partially on teacher performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Remuneration, and leadership style in PT DKP Tangerang on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and was taken during September 2019 - June 2020. The population studied was 60 employees of PT DKP Tangerang. The sampling method used was saturated sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Product For Service Solution) program) Version 25.0. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, remuneration, and leadership style partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the company should further improve work discipline by acting more firmly on disciplinary violations, changing the remuneration system to be fairer and changing the appropriate leadership style.

<p>The objective of this study was to Assess the effect of competence, organizational commitment, and supervision simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at the boarding school Al-Amin Mojokerto, and Revealing the factors which most influence on employee performance Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin Mojokerto. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The sample used in this study is a sample of the population, meaning that all the population of research subjects. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. From the results, if the data found that competence, organizational commitment, and monitoring the significant effect on the performance of employees at boarding school Al-Amin. This is evidenced by the results of the F test shows that F count larger than F table. Partially each independent variable namely competence, organizational commitment, and supervision significantly influence the dependent variable employee performance as evidenced by t where t is greater than t table.</p>

This study aimed to determine the influence of owner’s knowledge, business scale, busines life partially toward the success of business performance and also to determine the influence of owner’s knowledge, business scale, business life partially toward the success of business performance with using of accounting information as moderating variable. The population of this study is SME’s (Small Medium Enterprises) owners of Banyumas specialty food. Sample determining is using purposive sampling method. The respondents consist of 64 business owners. Hypotheses testing of this study use multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the research result and data analysis using multiple linear regression and MRA show that : (1) owner’s knowledge has positive significant influence to the success of business performance; (2) business scale has positive significant influence to the success of business performance; (3) business life has positive significant influence to the success of business performance; (4) using of accounting information moderated positively toward the relationship of owner knowledge to the success of business performance; (5) using of accounting information moderated positively toward the relationship of business scale to the success of business performance; (6) using of accounting information moderated positively toward the relationship of business life to the success of business performance. The limitation of this study are: (1) independent variables only focus on internal business factors such as owner’s knowledge, business scale, and business life; (2) situational factor which is used as moderating variable in this study only one situational factor that is using of accounting information.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and firm size on the capital structure of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index Period 2013-2017. The research method used is quantitative approach. The data in this research is panel data. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously profitability, liquidity and firm size have a significant influence on capital structure. Profitability partially has a significant influence on capital structure. Liquidity and firm size have no significant effect on capital structure. The results of this study are expected to expand the knowledge that is important for practitioners and academics.Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Size, Capital Structure
