Purpose: increasing the resource potential of objects of reclamation systems by developing a digitalization mechanism and an expert system for managing the efficiency of operation. An algorithm for the formation of the digital identity of individual reclamation systems is proposed, which presents the process of solving the logical problem of assessing the residual resource of individual objects of the reclamation system. The characteristics of the parameters of reclamation objects included in the Database of the expert system, focused on the creation of a flexible platform in the cloud environment with the prospect of predictive forecasting of the functioning efficiency, is given. The expediency of including the digital identity module in the passport of the melioration system has been substantiated. The factors influencing the efficient operation of the objects of reclamation systems are considered. The ranking of normative documents by the classification level of responsible persons has been completed. Requirements have been established for the level of competence of performers in the end-to-end document flow of monitoring the state of objects of reclamation systems throughout the entire period of operation. The fulfilled analysis of the structural elements of the objects of reclamation systems shows that the system of scheduled maintenance and repairs on demand, although it is sufficient to maintain the operable state of reclamation systems as a whole, does not include measures aimed at maintaining the modern level of workability of obsolete facilities. Particular attention in the research is paid to the issue of reducing the cost of operating reclamation facilities by carrying out a phased modernization of not only mechanical systems, but also by including additional modules of digital systems in the design that provide monitoring of the state and control of the complex in real time. The concept of formation of digital identity of objects of reclamation systems is proposed as a mechanism for increasing control over management and resource provision.

The necessity and importance of conducting agricultural market research was substantiated. Features of the process of marketing research were identified, taking into account the specifics of agricultural production and sales according to time requirements. The basic principles on the basis of which the algorithms for conducting market research are developed and directly carried out were determined. The main requirements for conducting research on the state of the agricultural market were outlined, the most important being objectivity, impartiality and independence from personal or political interests. The factors that should be taken into account when conducting marketing research on the state of the agricultural market were determined, taking into account both controllable and uncontrollable factors of the marketing environment. The stages of marketing research that meet the requirements of the agricultural market were offered. Gross production volume of agricultural products was predicted and trends in the whole branch were discovered, a polynomial trend line was chosen because the equation of this model has the highest coefficients of correlation and determination, and so it describes the dynamics most reliably. The agricultural market was studied in terms of marketing, i.e. from the perspective of two subsystems, the first of which is represented by the supply, and the second by the demand. It was established that the supply of basic foodstuffs is realised by means of domestic production, and the demand is realised by means of internal and external buyers. The overall price situation on the agricultural market in Ukraine was analysed and predicted. The contemporary features and problems of formation of prices for agricultural products are outlined. The research on the modern state of agricultural market gave a reason to claim about its development being rather steady, reaffirmed by the positive dynamics of gross agricultural production volume. Key Words: agricultural marketing, marketing research, economy, development trend, agricultural market, agricultural produce.

Abstract:On-line intelligent monitoring, diagnosis, and control of dynamic systems such as patients in intensive care units necessitates the context-dependent acquisition, processing, analysis, and interpretation of large amounts of possibly noisy and incomplete data. The dynamic nature of the process also requires a continuous evaluation and adaptation of the monitoring strategy to respond to changes both in the monitored patient and in the monitoring equipment. Moreover, real-time constraints may imply data losses, the importance of which has to be minimized. This paper presents a computer architecture designed to accomplish these tasks. Its main components are a model and a data abstraction module. The model provides the system with a monitoring context related to the patient status. The data abstraction module relies on that information to adapt the monitoring strategy and provide the model with the necessary information. This paper focuses on the data abstraction module and its interaction with the model.

ABSTRACTObjective: To assess the extent to which the systems in place for prevention and control of routine annual influenza could provide the information and experience needed to manage a pandemic. Methods: The authors conducted a qualitative assessment based on key informant interviews and the review of relevant documents. Results: Although there are a number of systems in place that would likely serve the United States well in a pandemic, much of the information and experience needed to manage a pandemic optimally is not available. Conclusions: Systems in place for routine annual influenza prevention and control are necessary but not sufficient for managing a pandemic, nor are they used to their full potential for pandemic preparedness. Pandemic preparedness can be strengthened by building more explicitly upon routine influenza activities and the public health system’s response to the unique challenges that arise each influenza season (eg, vaccine supply issues, higher than normal rates of influenza-related deaths). When electrifying working machines, energy-efficient operation is key to maximise the use of the limited capacity of on-board batteries. Previous research indicate high energy savings by means of component and system design. In contrast, this paper focuses on how to maximise energy efficiency by means of both design and control optimisation. Simulation-based optimisation and dynamic programming are used to find the optimal electric motor speed trajectory and component sizes for a scooptram machine equipped with pump control, enabled by digital displacement pumps with dynamic flow sharing. The results show that a hardware configuration and control strategy that enable low pump speed minimise drag losses from parasitic components, partly facilitated by the relatively high and operation point-independent efficiencies of the pumps and electric motor. 5–10% cycle energy reductions are indicated, where the higher figure was obtained for simultaneous design and control optimisation. For other, more hydraulic-intense applications, such as excavators, greater reductions could be expected.
