While developed countries have been aware of the important role and built successful models of business-university cooperation, in Vietnam, this cooperation has not been paid enough attention to and has not yet been implemented. To improve the situation, this study develops a model of factors that affect the businesses’s willingness to participate in the businessuniversity cooperation in Vietnam. Utilizing data collected from interviews with 58 enterprises and applying the exproratory factor analysis (EFA) and the regression analysis, this study finds that 2 factors, which are the awareness of benefits, and barriers, affect the companies’ willingness to participate in business-university cooperation. While awareness of benefits promotes the businesses willingness, barriers prevent owners/managers from engaging in such relationships. Based on the research results, some solutions are proposed to enhance the willingness of companies

The construction of scenic villages can not be done without the active participation of the local residents and it is of great significance to analyse the residents’ participation willingness and its related factors. On the basis of drawing experience from the present research results, we, through house-to-house questionnaire surveys and sampling interviews, survey residents in five villages of Hangzhou city about their willingness to participate in the construction of scenic villages themselves, participation paths and their attitudes toward external participation, and adopt the methods, such as exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), to verify three hypotheses(H1, H2, H3). The study finds that: (1) the general participation willingness of village residents is comparatively high, but the participation willingness degrees of different village groups are quite different. According to the degree of participation willingness, the sequence from high to low is: village cadres > farmhouse and rural lodging operators > college village officials > staffs employed in the village enterprises > ordinary villagers > resident cadres. (2) There are relatively big differences among the villagers’ recognition degrees of different participation routes in the construction of scenic villages. The highest difference significance of the correlation is the multi-family joint loans (1.160). The lowest is to publicize, encourage and actively promote the construction of scenic villages (0.936). (3) The verification results are in favor of three hypotheses that the resident identity of the villagers has a significant impact on their willingness to participate, the path of participation, and their attitudes towards the external participation. According to the research results, the following suggestions are made: improve the awareness of the related subjects, especially the villagers by increasing the publicity; take measures to attract the active participation of the new business entities; open up the input channels to motivate the villagers; improve the public participation degree of the scenic villages’ construction by coordinating the relation among investment subjects and guaranteeing the villager’ interests etc.

The teaching world is shifting towards the creation of collaborative knowledge. This study proposes a tool to examine willingness to engage in collaborative learning: a valid and reliable questionnaire based on Cognitive Orientation theory. Factor analysis yielded four factors affecting willingness to engage in collaborative learning: difficulties, benefits, promoting individuals’ interests, and the ability to rely on others. Significant differences were found in the willingness to collaborate in regard to the difference between each of these factors as actually experienced and its ideal. These differences were also evident in the qualitative genre analyzed according to the Theory of Personality.

Along with the spread of the Korean wave (Hallyu) since the 1990s, Korean dramas have become popular worldwide and became a global phenomenon. Entering the Vietnamese market from 1996, Korean dramas have been successful in both attracting audiences interest and filmmakers' attention. In order to explore the reasons behind the success of Korean films , this paper explored the factors affecting Vietnamese customers' satisfaction with Korean TV dramas. Based on research of factors affecting customer satisfaction by the authors Philip Kotler, Oliver, McColl and Truong, the authors have builded up a model to explore audience satisfaction with TV drama of 4 factors: actor (regarding popularity and appearance), script, music, and cultural images. To empirically test the hypotheses, 226 responses has been collected through an online questionnaire from November – December 2018 and tested by various statistical analyses, such as factor analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA. The findings have indicated that script, music, cultural images have a correlation with Vietnamese viewers' satisfaction with Korean dramas while actors do not affect the overall satisfaction. The findings of this research may provide implications and offer suggestions to Vietnamese filmmakers on improving customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the development of TV drama production in Vietnam.
