The role of assessment systems in organizational excellence today is well-known in the business world. Performance assessment in organizations to identify strengths and weaknesses to make optimal use of resources has special significance. The changing needs of customers and stakeholders, competition, constant changes in laws and regulations, and reliance on traditional methods will not result in enhanced performance within global hypercompetition. Therefore, it has become necessary to employ models which possess the ability to evaluate organizations' present situation for strategic planning. In this regard, the EFQM Model is known as one of the most comprehensive performance evaluation tools. This study uses a descriptive-analytical survey method to evaluate Mehr Iran Bank's performance based on the EFQM Model. Research instruments in this survey include a personal details questionnaire and a special questionnaire. The SPSS software and the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test have been used to analyze data and check the normality of the variables, respectively.

This research investigated the role of personal coping (PC) strategies and the social support (SS) an individual receives in decreasing the level of work family conflict (WFC). Survey method was used to collect the data from Pakistan. The results of this study revealed that PC and SS are negatively associated with WFC and SS was found as moderator in the relationship between PC and WFC. The negative relationship between the PC and WFC was stronger when SS was low as compared to when it was high, whereas the excessive use of resources (i.e., coping and social support) together increased the WFC. This research has contributed by determining the role of SS as moderator in relationship between PC and WFC. Implications of the study are discussed.

The paper deals with examining the opinions of the seventh and eighth-grade students on school, learning and of their rapport towards doing homework. The research included 286 students of seventh and eighth grade in four elementary schools in Serbia. The data were collected via survey method and processed using the SPSS software package. The questionnaire was the instrument used in the research, and descriptive-analytical method was used for data interpretation. The research results demonstrate that students with excellent academic performance show a high level of responsibility concerning regular studying, whilst students with good and satisfactory academic performance do not. Likewise, the students with excellent academic performance to a greater extent perceive studying as a positive activity, in comparison to the students with poorer academic performance. A positive correlation of medium intensity was recorded between the variables of regular studying and doing homework regularly. However, the percentage of students who stated they did not do their homework regularly due to the lack of motivation, homework overload or insufficiently clear expectations is not negligible. They describe school as a well-equipped, safe and stimulating environment with strict teachers. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of school from the perspective of the students atswhom the goals of school studying are directed.

The reporting of comprehensive income is becoming increasingly important. After the introduction of Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) reporting, as required by the 2007 IAS 1-revised, the IASB is currently seeking inputs from investors on the usefulness of unrealized gains and losses and on the role of comprehensive income. This circumstance is of particular relevance in code law countries, as local pre-IFRS accounting models influence financial statement preparers and users. This study aims at investigating the role played by unrealized gains and losses reporting on users' decision process, by examining the impact of OCI on the Italian listed companies RoE ratio and by surveying a sample of financial analysts, also content analysing their formal reports. The results show that the reporting of comprehensive income does not affect the financial statement users' decision process, although it statistically affects Italian listed entities' performance.

This study aims to investigate the impact of parental career behaviors on undergraduate student’s career exploration and the mediating role of career self-efficacy. In the literature it is suggested that some social and individual factors facilitate students’ career exploration. Therefore, parental career behaviors and career self-efficacy is considered as predictors of student’s career exploration attitudes within the scope of the study. In this respect, data which are collected from 405 undergraduate students having an education on tourism and hotel management field by the survey method are analyzed by using the structural equation modeling. The results of the study indicate that parental career behaviors which are addressed support; interference and lack of engagement have a significant effect on student’s career exploration behaviors such as intended-systematic exploration, environment exploration and self-exploration. In addition, it has been found that one of the dimensions of parental career behaviors addressed as a lack of engagement has a significant effect on career self-efficacy levels of students. However, research results indicate that student’s career self-efficacy has a significant effect on only the self-exploration dimension. On the other hand, career self-efficacy has a partial mediating role between lack of engagement attitudes of parents and career exploration behaviors of students.

Present study aims to assess the knowledge and attitude of adults regarding organ donation and to find out role of video assisted teaching in behaviour modulation. Data from 80 participants were collected using a structured knowledge questionnaire. Pre-assessment was done before intervention of video-assisted teaching and post-assessment was done following that. Data were analyzed through SPSS software using Spearman’s Rank Co-relation. We found a negative co-relation (rK= -0.1122) between knowledge & attitude of adults regarding organ donation before video-assisted teaching regarding organ donation. A direct and positive co-relation (rK=+0.294) was observed between knowledge and attitude of adults regarding organ donation after video assisted teaching. We found that video assisted counselling provided by the medical team has great potential in promoting actions regarding organ donation. It is recommended that video assisted counselling should be applied to enhance knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation among general population.

The aim of this article was to identify the role of good mutual relationships with offerors for final purchasers, as well as define the meaning of the perception of offerors in the scope of listening to purchasers’ opinions and profiting from purchasers’ readiness to cooperate for the specificities of the prosumeric activity. A deep analysis of the world literature was used to prepare the theoretical part of this paper. The results of this analysis confirm the existing cognitive gap and research gap regarding mentioned aspects, including energy market. Empirical studies were conducted to reduce identified gaps. The survey method was used to collect primary data. The collected data were subjected to quantitative analysis, during which statistical analysis methods and tests were applied (Pearson chi-square independence test, V-Cramer factor analysis, Kruskal–Wallis test (KW), and exploratory factor analysis). The results of the statistical analysis and testing allowed the three research hypotheses formulated to be checked. Between the significance of good relationships with offerors and their perception, a statistically significant dependence was identified for all groups of offerors. The perception of offerors was a feature differentiating respondents’ opinions about the significance of good relationships with offerors for the two following groups: producers and traders. Additionally, the perception of offerors was a feature differentiating forms of prosumeric activity of respondents only for three interpurchase behaviors. The results obtained have a visible cognitive and applicability value. They contribute to the theory of marketing, as well as possibly facilitating the formation of good mutual relationships between offerors (including offerors of energy) and final purchasers as key partners cooperating with offerors in the marketing process. The approach presented in this paper has not been studied and analyzed so far, either in theoretical or in practical terms. This fact confirms its originality and value.
