Si/Al/C composites were synthesized by the method of doping aluminum and glucose-modified. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, and the capacity and cycling stability of the composites were tested by electrochemical charge/discharge test system. After glucose was pyrolyzed, the first discharge and charge capacity of Si/Al/C composites were 1312 and 956.7mAh/g, and the first coulombic efficiency was 72.9%. After 50 cycles, the capacity of Si/Al/C composites was 440mAh /g and the coulombic efficiency remained over 98.1%

Si/C composites were synthesized by using graphite and glucose as carbon source. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM). The electrochemical charge/discharge test was used to evaluate capacity and cycling stability of the composites. The first discharge and charge capacity of SGC composite using graphite and glucose as carbon source were 1661mAh/g and 1259.1 mAh/g, and the first coulombic efficiency was 75.8%. After 20 cycles, the capacity of SGC composite was 380 mAh/g and the coulombic efficiency remained over 98%.

Porous silica-based materials are a promising alternative to graphite anodes for Li-ion batteries due to their high theoretical capacity, low discharge potential similar to pure silicon, superior cycling stability compared to silicon, abundance, and environmental friendliness. However, several challenges prevent the practical application of silica anodes, such as low coulombic efficiency and irreversible capacity losses during cycling. The main strategy to tackle the challenges of silica as an anode material has been developed to prepare carbon-coated SiO2 composites by carbonization in argon atmosphere. A facile and eco-friendly method of preparing carbon-coated SiO2 composites using sucrose is reported herein. The carbon-coated SiO2 composites were characterized using X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, transmission and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and charge–discharge cycling. A C/SiO2-0.085 M calendered electrode displays the best cycling stability, capacity of 714.3 mAh·g−1, and coulombic efficiency as well as the lowest charge transfer resistance over 200 cycles without electrode degradation. The electrochemical performance improvement could be attributed to the positive effect of the carbon thin layer that can effectively diminish interfacial impedance.

La 0.75 Mg 0.25 Ni 3.5 Si 0.10 hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by vacuum induction melting furnace and subsequently heated treatment at 940°C for 8 h and cooled to room temperature in the oven. The electrochemical properties of La 0.75 Mg 0.25 Ni 3.5 Si 0.10 compound were measured by LAND CT2001A battery test system. The morphologies of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface state of samples was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was found that the charge–discharge rate plays the key impact on the cycling stability of the alloy. During the cycle test, the prepared La 0.75 Mg 0.25 Ni 3.5 Si 0.10 compound presented an excellent capacity retention at the charge–discharge of 1 C while the capacity of sample declined rapidly at 0.2 C. The excellent cycling stability performance of La 0.75 Mg 0.25 Ni 3.5 Si 0.10 electrode at 1 C could be attributed to the less powder and less oxidation of surface effective active elements. The pulverization inevitably leads to the separation of the part of the cracking alloy and the electrode, resulting in reduction of the effective active substance and increasing attenuation of the capacity per cycle. In addition, on the analysis of the different cut-off potential effects on the electrode, it was found that the La 0.75 Mg 0.25 Ni 3.5 Si 0.10 electrode shows good comprehensive electrochemical properties at 1 C cut-off 0.6–0.7 V. During charging, heavy overcharge will not be conducive to cycling stability performance during the charging test.

Abstract Recently, some studies have utilized silicon (Si) as an anode material of lithium ion battery by recycling Si from the slurry of wafer slicing dust. The filtration of Si particles condensed from Si vapors that were exhausted from the ingot growing furnace could propose another method of Si recycling. In this study, we investigated the possibility of using such collected silicon oxides (SiOx) particles as an anode material. After collecting SiOx particles, FE-SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD, XPS analysis, and charge/discharge test were carried out to investigate characteristics and usability of these particles. FE-SEM and FE-TEM images showed that these particles mainly consisted of spherical primary particles with a diameter of 10 nm or less. Agglomerates of these primary particles were larger than 300 nm in diameter. In TEM image and EDS analysis, crystalline particles were observed along with amorphous particles. As a result of XRD analysis, amorphous silica (SiO2) and crystalline Si were observed. Charge/discharge tests were carried out to determine the feasibility of using these particles as an anode material for lithium ion batteries. A cycle efficiency of 40.6% was obtained in the test in which the total number of charge/discharge cycle was 100 under the condition of C-rate 0.2 for the first three times and C-rate 1.0 for the remaining 97 times. Results showed that these collected particles could be used as an anode material for lithium ion batteries.

At present, the college English testing system has become an indispensable system in many universities. However, the English test system is not highly humanized due to problems such as unreasonable framework structure. This paper combines data mining technology to build a college English test framework. The college English test system software based on data mining mainly realizes the computer program to automatically generate test papers, set the test time to automatically judge the test takers’ test results, and give out results on the spot. The test takers log in to complete the test through the test system software. The examination system software solves the functions of printing test papers, arranging invigilation classrooms, invigilating teachers, invigilating process, collecting test papers, scoring and analyzing test papers in traditional examinations. Finally, this paper analyzes the performance of this paper through experimental research. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.
