The designed and experimental process of the teaching and playback(T&P) control system for R-CUBE is narrated. The control system was connected by CAN bus and has a distributed structure. The design thought and basic work principles of the control system about R-CUBE that regards the C8051F040 as the core are introduced, the basic circuit diagram of the hardware system and the software design projects are also provided. The teaching and playback progress was executed as several modes, with the control of three operator model, the teaching and playback of motion for R-CUBE could be realized.

The hybrid vehicle is a new type of green and energy efficient vehicle. Hydraulic accumulator and variable pump/motor make up the break energy regeneration utilization system, which is the core of hydraulic auxiliary driving unit. The hybrid drive system is composed of hydraulic auxiliary driving unit and the original vehicle drive system. As it relates to the recovery of the braking energy and the situation of two kinds of power-driven vehicle, it brings complexity to the hybrid distribution strategy, and an efficient energy control system is necessary. Based on CAN bus technology, using the CAN2.0B communication protocol for the system design, the core hardware system is composed of PC/104 computer and CAN communication card, the key nodes of hydraulic auxiliary drive unit use DSP chip TMS320LF2407. Experiments show that the system has a high communication reliability and high accuracy of dynamic coupling, the safety of vehicles and the best energy matching.

CAN bus was used as the data transferring channels in the two–level controllers, and the real-time,dexterity,expansibility and security for the Gluing control system based on CAN bus can be improved obviously.The system structure, principle and software design were introduced.The experiment shows that it is a reliable control system and it can meet the requirements of automatic gluing tasks.

The cable monitoring system of agricultural greenhouse has the problems of high power consume, high cost and the difficulty of wiring. In this paper a way to construct wireless sensor network (WSN) of star is introduced, and presents a Greenhouse Temperature Control System with SimpliciTI. The hardware modules use the ultra-low power MCU MSP430 and RF chip CC2500 as the core except for the upper computer. We firstly explain concepts and the architecture of our system and then introduce some important hardware design and the key software design in detail. Tests showed that the system can effectively control temperature, and be flexible installed in agriculture greenhouses.

Many problems exist in traditional gap adjusting for offset printing machine, so an automatic regulating technology is proposed. In the course of this research, the hardware system of the gap adjusting is designed by the embedded ARM controller as the core of the automatic control system, the developing process of the ARM control program is illustrated. The method for automatically adjusting the gap can simplify the operation, improve performance of the offset press, improve the stability and reliability of the offset printing process, and has a certain practical value, and has obtained the ideal effect.

According to the material handling AGV in accurate,timely and flexible requirements, proposed based on Googol GE-400SV motion controller AGV control system. Constructed to CPAC core AGV control system hardware structure. Constructed as GE-400SV motion controller for the core of AGV control system hardware structure, and using VC ++6.0 completed system software realization. Experimental results show that: use GE-400SV motion controller and the development software as control core of AGV can meet the hardware and software design of Automated Guided Vehicle precise positionig , automatic walk.

The hardware system of a special machine tool was improved by the structure of "PC + motion controller" by DMC 1832 controller, meanwhile software design was implemented by VB6.0. The entire motion control system was responsible for the motion controller by using the PC as the core processing section. The whole process of lathe processing was controlled by servo motor, the overall framework of transformation was given. The system has been applied to process the superfine adjustable slender axis. In addition, the system can be secondly developed according to the actual processing needs, it has broad application prospects.

For the development trends and defects of the Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Generation Station (WEHGS), the design of CAN bus distributed network control system based on CANopen protocol is presented. CANopen master characteristics have been analyzed, then the communication implementation of CANopen monitor msater protocol stack, which includes the hardware interface and software design of CAN controller based on the LPC2292, is described. The tested results show that CANopen monitor master meets the requirements of WEHGS.

In view of the natural gas leakage monitoring status, a distributed monitoring system is designed based on CAN bus, which is composed of Master Controller, CAN bus, and data acquisition modules, etc. As well as the circuit diagram and the flow chart of software are introduced in detail. The results indicate that the distributed natural gas leakage monitoring system can fulfill the task of gas leakage state display and alarm successfully in laboratory test, by using distributed structure, the system can be easily expended, and it has the character of reliability and flexibility.
