[Purpose] This paper is to explore network information environment composition and characteristics of multimedia teaching and research, teaching model and their building. [Method] Literature, experimental research, questionnaires, interviews, training and other research methods are used. [Results] Multimedia teaching by teachers, sharing with learners, its content, its transmission environment, and other basic elements of composition, characteristics reflected on the teaching philosophy of updates, its extension of the concept and functions of the teacher-role changes, as the changing role of teachers and the capacity requirements, learner’s autonomy and self-control ability to enhance the teaching resources and their sharing of rich, personalized teaching process, diversity of teaching content, modernization of teaching methods and so on are achieved. [Conclusions] The teaching concept of network information environment is a multi-media teaching method and educational philosophy with a series of changes and transference. It is a neo-strategy to adapt the information society, knowledge economy, market competition, high-tech, digital environment with their application type, complex and creative training mode of education as well.

Modern information technology is more and more widely used in school physical education. At the same time, the application of multimedia technology is becoming more and more extensive in education. With the rapid development of Internet technology in China, mechanical drawing plays a more and more important role in social development and practice. The main purpose is to use the course of mechanical drawing to accurately represent the appearance, size, principle and technology of the machine. It is often called the language of communication in the industry. In order to make mechanical drawing better applied and practiced, and to make maximum use of Internet technical resources, the establishment of multimedia courseware teaching mechanism is the development trend of mechanical drawing.In order to adapt to the trend of network information, based on the multimedia environment, this paper studies the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching, and constructs a small multimedia teaching platform. Through the explanation of animation courseware, students can better understand the making and principle of mechanical drawing, and cultivate students' divergent thinking. The teaching platform combines teaching material knowledge with practice to deepen students' understanding of the basic content of mechanical drawing. Finally, the rationality and practicability of the system are analyzed by investigating the platform users. The results show that the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching is reasonable and practical.

From the perspective of multivariate intelligences theory innovation in college sports, the innovation of gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system is essential. Gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system should at least include teaching philosophy, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation of five parts. The alteration of the teaching concept should attach much importance on the teaching democracy, personalized, and diversified teaching so as to boost comprehensive development of students. Meantime, the teaching should pay attention to cultivate the basic knowledge and basic skills of students, and improve students' health, the pursuit of sustainability and practicality. All of these will meet the objective which based on the needs of expansion body and multivariate intelligences in both training objectives and the tennis teaching process, in order to prepare for the part, basic part and the end part of the contents. All in all, all these will advance the overall development of students and combining with the theory of multivariate intelligence, further concluding the intelligence into the tennis teaching method.

Based on the diversification theory, this paper designed a multimedia technology-based English teaching system framework which is used to assist English teaching in classroom. The whole system framework consists of two parts: the part of learning resource allocation and the part of English teaching activities. Learning resource allocation is mainly to expand English learning materials from the traditional printed resources to audios, videos, animations and other forms of resources; the use of multimedia resources for teaching activities is achieved mainly through the English speech teaching and lecturing device designed with the function of playing multimedia files. In order to test the application effect of multimedia technology in English teaching, this paper chose the public course of “Vocational English” as the experimental content, and compared the effect of respectively using multimedia technology to teach freshmen of Grade 2016 and adopting the traditional teaching method to teach students of Grade 2015. The outcome shows that the use of multimedia technology in English teaching can improve students’ interest in learning, reduce their pressure of learning English, and enhance their sense of accomplishment in learning, indicating that multimedia-assisted teaching can effectively improve English teaching results.

The disadvantages of traditional teaching methods, such as the Direct Method, the Grammar Translation Method, are becoming more and more obvious. The task-based teaching method, which pays more attention to students' subjective initiative, independent learning and cooperative inquiry, is becoming more and more popular. It shows the student-centered teaching concept and coincides with the guiding ideology of the new curriculum reform. [Purpose] The paper aims to explore instructional design of the structure under the web-based environment, as well as the similarities and differences with the traditional instructional design; with its teaching resources，methods and students' ability to develop design strategies. [Method]Through the introduction of systems analysis and experimental control and from the network hardware environment, resources, environment and cultural environment the network learning environment design is brought forth. [Results]The results show that the network environment, information technology, instructional design, which are based on the learner and the teaching process for the study, aims to achieve a good learning environment, to organize the various elements; to form an ordered system; particularly to emphasis on learning characteristics and learning needs analysis of the measurement, to focus on the design of learning environments and “communication-oriented” classroom activities. [Conclusions] This instructional design under network information technology environment is a very important significance for a variety effective learning activities, for students to stimulate motivation to learn.
