This paper established a comprehensive appraisement index system of resource and environment and urban economy development and analyzed the coupling coordination of resource, environment and economy development of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province in China in 2010 by using the principal component weight method and coupling coordination degree model. The results show that there is a big difference between resource and environment of the 11 cities; economy development is unbalanced; the coupling coordination degrees are overall low between resource, environment and economy development. At last, the authors propose some political advices for the coupling coordinated development of resource, environment and economy.

This paper discusses the principle of coordinated development between traffic and economy, build evaluation index system of transport and economy development, use entropy weight method to calculate the composite score, draw traffic - economy coordination degree model. Then set Huanggang City of Hubei province example to illustrate the usefulness of the model.

This paper studies the coordinated development of Beijing's population, resources, environment, economic and society. With the rapid development of the city, Beijing’s population, society and economic is getting more and more contradictive against its resources and environment, under which circumstance a scientific study on the coordinated development is urgently required. This essay is based on the data of last 10 years of Beijing, and formulates a PREES model of the PREES model in Beijing. This study uses the method of principal component analysis via SPSS, establishes the coordination degree evaluation system of Beijing’s population, resources, environment, economic and society, and runs an empirical analysis afterward. This essay calculates the coordination degree of Beijing’s population, resources, environment, economic and society, analyzes and studies the main issues in Beijing’s coordinated development, and gives relative suggestions.

It was necessary to study the coordinated development of affordable housing and commercial housing. In this article, it used the Principal Component Analysis to calculate the development indexes of affordable housing and commercial housing. Then it established a model, adopting the Euclidean distance index method for their coordinated development, to identify their coordinated development degree. After analyzing their development coordination degrees, it draws the conclusion that the affordable housing development lagged behind commercial housing, and the coordination degree was on the decline, we should adopt appropriate policy measures for their coordinated development.

Objectives: We calculate the coupling coordination degree between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan Province from 2008 to 2019. Methods: In this study, the coupling coordination degree model is constructed and the calculation is carried out based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Results: (1) The degree of coupling coordination between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan province is generally on the rise from 2008 to 2019. (2) From 2013 to 2019, the development of modern logistics industry and regional economy in Hunan Province has been in a state of "high-level coordination". The 19th National Congress clearly put forward high-quality development. From 2018 to 2019, the degree of coupled and coordinated development between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan Province showed a state of "high-level coordination". According to this conclusion, Combined with the "three highs and four new" strategy and the urban requirements of the new development concept in Hunan Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the modern logistics industry in Hunan Province and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy with high quality.

Abstract. On the background of related statistical data of Liaoning Province from 2004 to 2011,this dissertation offered a comprehensive analysis relating construction industry development to resource-environment through a coordination model,which supplied empirical studies for construction industry and resource-environment of Liaoning province.The research result shows that the coordination degree and coordination development degree between construction industry and resource-environment in Liaoning province increased gradually from 2004 to2010,but began to decline after 2010,the coordinated development situation is not optimistic.In the end,it mentioned several solutions and suggestions which can promote to this coordinated development in the field of construction industry.

The issue of how to realize the coordinated development of various elements in human–land systems, or, in other words, how to achieve the coordinated development of population-economy-society-resource-environment (PESRE) systems, has become an important topic, which has received global attention. This study takes 31 provinces in China as the research objects, and carries out the research on the spatial–temporal synthetic measurement of the coordinated development of PESRE systems. The conclusions are as follows. From 1995 to 2015, the process of change of coupling coordination degree of China’s PESRE systems can be divided into two types: Rising first and then declining, and fluctuant continuously. The number of provinces of the first type was higher, and most provinces were on the verge of uncoordinated development status or in a weakly coordinated development status. The coupling degree of PESRE systems at the provincial level in China generally shows some positive spatial correlations, and the level of coordinated development displays some obvious spatial aggregation patterns. Moreover, the degree of such aggregation first increases and then weakens. The eastern parts of China represent the main “high-high” type aggregation regions. The central and western parts of China represent the main “low-low” types, account for the largest proportion, and display obvious aggregation characteristics.

By selecting the typical indicators of ecological supporting capability and economic social development to construct the index system, the levels of ecological supporting capability and economic social development in Anhui province from 2000 to 2015 were calculated based on the method of principal component analysis. Then, the scissors difference method was employed to study their dynamic relationship. The results showed that the ecological support ability in Anhui province increased rapidly first and then slowly; and economic social development increased exponentially. Its coupling and coordination degree changed from a serious recession to a well-coordinated development. Through the analysis of the fitting equation and scissors difference, it revealed their interaction law, and provided decision support for the scientific, sustainable development of Anhui province.
