Based on the quality of line frequency response function and the principle of rigid body micro-vibration, a technique was proposed to verify the experimental accuracy for the heavy truck powertrain by using rigid body inertia tensor transformation and additive theory. The measurement of inertial parameters of a heavy truck powertrain was carried out by hammer method. The total least square processing theory was proposed to process the experimental data. The experimental results showed satisfactory accuracy and reliability.

This research the impact of competitive quasi market on service delivery in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria. Both primary and secondary source of data and information were used for the study and questionnaire was used to extract information from the purposively selected respondents. The population for this study is one hundred and seventy three (173) administrative staff of Benue State University selected at random. The statistical tools employed was the classical ordinary least square (OLS) and the probability value of the estimates was used to tests hypotheses of the study. The result of the study indicates that a positive relationship exist between Competitive quasi marketing in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (CQM) and Transparency in the service delivery (TRSP) and the relationship is statistically significant (p<0.05). Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) has a negative effect on Observe Competence in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (OBCP) and the relationship is not statistically significant (p>0.05). Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) has a positive effect on Innovation in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (INVO) and the relationship is statistically significant (p<0.05) and in line with a priori expectation. This means that a unit increases in Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) will result to a corresponding increase in innovation in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (INVO) by a margin of 22.5%. It was concluded that government monopoly in the provision of certain types of services has greatly affected the quality of service experience in the institution. It was recommended among others that the stakeholders in the market has to be transparent so that the system will be productive to serve the society effectively

Abstract Background Nurses have a vital role in the healthcare system. One of the basic steps to increase their happiness is to recognize factors such as job satisfaction and quality of working life. Therefore, the goal of the present study was to examine the relationship between happiness and quality of working life and job satisfaction among nursing personnel. Methods This descriptive study was carried out on 270 hospital nurses who worked in emergency departments in Iran. Nurses were recruited through the census method. Data collection instruments included the Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI), the Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (QWL), and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSQ). Data were explored using descriptive statistics, and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. Results The mean age of participants was 30.1 ± 6.26 years. The mean happiness score was 38.5 ± 16.22, the mean Quality of Working Life (QWL) score was 84.3 ± 17.62, and the mean job satisfaction score was found to be 45.5 ± 13.57); corresponding to moderate levels of attributes. The results obtained from the ordinary least-square (OLS) regression indicated that happiness significantly was associated with economic status and satisfaction with closure (R2: 0.38). Conclusion Overall the current study found that nurses who work in emergency departments did not feel happy. Additionally, the findings suggest that their happiness were associated with their economic status, and closure over their duties.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to examine the formation of wellness perceptions and satisfaction from antecedents that explain various attributes regarding service quality perceptions about doctors by patients. The topic is of contemporary relevance as health-care firms are reengineering their competencies to deliver personalized health services to for unmatched experience to develop long-term relationships with patients. Methods: Responses from 280 patients about service quality attributes of doctors, wellness perceptions, and their satisfaction are collected using a structured questionnaire. An exploratory factor analysis was performed using SPSS. 20 to identify significant dimensions of doctor’s service quality. The theoretical model developed with these dimensions, wellness perceptions, and patient satisfaction was estimated using partial least square-based structural equation modeling approach to test hypotheses about linkages among these constructs. Results: The dimension structure of doctor’s service quality contained constructs such as “price affordability of medicines,” “quality of diagnosis,” “interaction quality of doctor,” “appropriateness of tests prescribed,” and “quality of usage prescriptions.” These service quality dimensions of doctor significantly develop wellness perceptions and satisfaction among patients. Wellness perceptions act as a mediator in satisfaction development. Conclusions: Patient satisfaction and wellness perceptions are of primary importance in improving service quality in health care and to remain competitive. The health-care firms should train their professionals to interact with the patients more efficiently by adhering to the philosophy of patient centeredness in their service process.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

Loyalty has become a serious concern for the managers of tourist villages because the loyalty of tourists is a guarantee of tourism business to be sustainable. The purpose of this study is to examine how the loyalty of tourists can be created by the factors of the tourist attraction, safety, and amenities, with loyalty as an intervening, on the model of Community-Based Tourism development in Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran Tourism Village. The analytical method used is path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the tourist attraction is a dominant factor that gives a positive influence on the loyalty of tourists through intervention variable satisfaction. Other factors studied, namely safety and tourist facilities are not proven to affect the loyalty of tourists. This research recommends that loyalty of tourists can be achieved through efforts to improve the quality of tourist attraction.

This study analyzed the influence of macroeconomic and institutional variables on foreign portfolio investment inflows in two ASEAN countries, Namely Indonesia and Thailand, in 2005 – 2019. The analytical tools used in this research are Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM) and Panel Ordinary Least Square (POLS). The estimation results show that the macroeconomic variables that are proxied using inflation and openness economy and institutional variables that are proxied using the variable level of corruption and quality of regulation have a significant effect. In the long term, the inflation rate, the openness economy, and the quality of regulation variables significantly affect foreign portfolio investment. Meanwhile, in a short time, only the inflation rate variable and the openness ratio have a significant effect on foreign portfolio investment. The two analytical tools used found that macroeconomic and institutional variables consistently affect foreign portfolio investment.
