Loyalty has become a serious concern for the managers of tourist villages because the loyalty of tourists is a guarantee of tourism business to be sustainable. The purpose of this study is to examine how the loyalty of tourists can be created by the factors of the tourist attraction, safety, and amenities, with loyalty as an intervening, on the model of Community-Based Tourism development in Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran Tourism Village. The analytical method used is path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the tourist attraction is a dominant factor that gives a positive influence on the loyalty of tourists through intervention variable satisfaction. Other factors studied, namely safety and tourist facilities are not proven to affect the loyalty of tourists. This research recommends that loyalty of tourists can be achieved through efforts to improve the quality of tourist attraction.

This study aims to determine the effect of community empowerment on community based tourism (CBT) and community welfare at the Ceking Rice Terrace tourist attraction, Tegallalang, Gianyar. The sample of this study were 88 people through simple random sampling. The data collection method used was questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that community empowerment had a positive effect on CBT and community welfare, community empowerment and CBT had a positive effect on community welfare, and CBT was able to positively mediate the effect of empowerment on community welfare. Community empowerment should be further improved because there are still many people who do not participate in the development of tourist objects, especially Ceking Rice Terrace, which causes economic disparities in Tegallalang Village and there are still people who do not have a job, or in other words, the welfare of the community has not yet been realized.

The research conducted at a flour producer attempts to find out the Influence of Job Design on the Quality of Work Life and Job satisfaction. Primary data was taken through questionnaires method of ninety respondents of the company. The sampling technique is Non-Probability Sampling with purposive random sampling method. While the processing of data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The data processing and the analysis reveal that the result of the three hypotheses can be accepted. The design work gives a positive influence on the quality of work life, while the job design also shows a positive influence on the job satisfaction. The quality of working life also performs a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

One of the effective methods and has great potential in increasing taxpayer compliance is tax reform. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of e-filing, the quality of tax services, and tax sanctions on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer registered at the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Denpasar Timur, amounting to 108,902 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling which takes 100 samples. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modeling with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the higher the level of use in the application of e-filing, the higher the level of quality of tax services, and the more firm and fair in the application of tax sanctions, the higher the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The main goal of development reduces the gap in society, the main challenge of development in our time is the challenge of inclusion. The concept of development for Bali should be adapted to the potential and conditions of Bali itself, always looking closely at the changing gaps that occur all the time. The tourism sector is a potential development to develop. The tourism sector in Bali province is the income-generating sector. The development of tourism sector in Bali spread throughout the district / city, one of which is Gianyar regency. Development of development in tourism sector should be done continuously (sustainable) by utilizing local community as a manager, so as not to shift the tourism paradigm in areas rich in customs, natural potential (rice fields, mountains and sea).                Analytical technique used is the analysis of structural equations with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of research shows that the R Square coefficient value of 0.685 means that 68.5 percent of the variation in the quality of Community Based Tourism can be explained by the variation of the quality of social capital, tourism potential, and community empowerment, while the rest of 31.5 percent is explained by other variables not included in the model. Social capital, empowerment and tourism potential has a positive and significant impact on the quality of Community Based Tourism (CBT). The empowerment variable moderate the influence of social capital and tourism potential to community based tourism (CBT) in Gianyar, Sukawati and Blahbatuh Subdistricts.

This research contributes to the developing literature on CSR, second-order social capital, and sustainable innovation ambidexterity by (1) offering a complete theoretical framework grounded on related theories by clarifying the associations between the four components of CSR proposed by Carroll, because this model suggests a company to be a responsible member of the society by following the required laws while generating profits and conducting philanthropic initiatives, SSC, and sustainable innovation ambidexterity, and (2) testing this framework in a new setting and with a new target population. This study focuses on the top-level management of different manufacturing companies located in Pakistan. A total of 34 manufacturing industries were selected using a cluster sampling technique based on their proximity in the selected cluster. Geographical location and industry type were selected as the criteria to group the industries in clusters. The data collected from 220 top and middle-level managers were analyzed using a partial least square method while the moderation analysis was conducted by using variance analysis. According to the findings of this study, economic, ethical, legal, and philanthropical responsibilities of CSR were all found to have a positive influence on second-order social capital. The economic, ethical, and legal responsibility of CSR did not influence sustainable innovation ambidexterity, whereas the philanthropical responsibility of CSR was found to have a positive influence on sustainable innovation ambidexterity. The findings of this research study will allow the managers to identify the right mix of CSR initiatives required to manage SSC and sustainable innovation exploitation and exploration techniques.
