The development of geographic information technology promotes the progress of tourism information. The application of information technology to the management of tourism information can improve the service standard and management quality of tourism industry, which consequently accelerates the development of tourism industry. The paper introduces the design of Tourism Management Information System (TMIS), and applies Baidu Map API and HTML5 based on B/S structure for web development to realize the basic operation of electronic maps, attractions query, bus query, surrounding query, travel by car, address matching, and so on. TMIS based on B/S structure shares resources through the network with low cost, high efficiency of management and development, fast speed of updating information, which can provide timely and accurate information for the tourists.

The article use advanced GIS and spatial database technology to implement the management of delimiting the boundary of forests data, whose functions include the data inquiry and brows, importing and exporting data, reports statistics and making maps. It provides a management system for forest protection and delimiting the boundary of forests administration. Combining the Shaanxi Forest zoning Management Information System, the article introduces the application of geographic information technology in the forest protection and plan.

Abstract. This article aims at the difficulties of the undergraduate management. The Company’s information systems are expected to support the company’s business processes that provide competitive advantage in a competitive business. Before investing information system it is necessary to conduct a feasibility study on running information systems in order to obtain an overview of the support that can be provided by the old system. The method of this study was performed by conducting surveys and interviews for data collection and analysis methods with fit gap analysis, cost benefit analysis and information technology balanced scorecard. The results of this study by using a fit gap analysis showed that only 10% of the system running with fit criteria, so it is necessary to change the system. Proposed new system will provide a 3.9 year payback period of 5 years management estimates. Average achievement by using information technology balanced scorecard is 93.5%. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the firm should invest in hospitality management information system by looking at the aspects of operational and financial aspects.

Information technology has become a major part of an organization. To realize good governance, one of which can be done by continuing to make improvements in the area of ??financial management and implement applications Fiscal Management Information System (SIPKD). The success of this application is not separated from the quality of human resources, information technology and management support. This research was conducted using a survey method with questionnaire technique. The population in this research were 166 respondents, consisting of employees of the finance department and agency heads in Denpasar government as much as 70 respondents with a purposive sampling techniques and models of multiple regression analysis and regression analysis moderation. The result is the capacity of human resources and information technology has positive effect on the implementation of financial management information system. Top management support strengthening the influence of human resource capacity and the implementation of information technology in government SIPKD Denpasar.

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.
