The pandemic crisis has forced the development of teaching and evaluation activities exclusively online. In this context, the emergency remote teaching (ERT) process, which raised a multitude of problems for institutions, teachers, and students, led the authors to consider it important to design a model for evaluating teaching and evaluation processes. The study objective presented in this paper was to develop a model for the evaluation system called the learning analytics and evaluation model (LAEM). We also validated a software instrument we designed called the EvalMathI system, which is to be used in the evaluation system and was developed and tested during the pandemic. The optimization of the evaluation process was accomplished by including and integrating the dashboard model in a responsive panel. With the dashboard from EvalMathI, six online courses were monitored in the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic years, and for each of the six monitored courses, the evaluation of the curricula was performed through the analyzed parameters by highlighting the percentage achieved by each course on various components, such as content, adaptability, skills, and involvement. In addition, after collecting the data through interview guides, the authors were able to determine the extent to which online education during the COVID 19 pandemic has influenced the educational process. Through the developed model, the authors also found software tools to solve some of the problems raised by teaching and evaluation in the ERT environment.

It is important to assembling-possibility of products for the DFA (Design For Assembling). Asembling factors is analyzed, and a matter-element model is deduced, the evaluation model of products design for assembling is established according to the extensive theory and superiority evaluating method, and the process of this method is discussed in detail. The example confirmed that the evaluating method is advanced and practicality. The present analysis is qualitative combining.

Abstract Aiming at the problem of transformer condition evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation system for transformer noise is constructed according to the mechanism of transformer noise generation and propagation. Using matter-element theory and AHP, a state analysis method for transformer noise evaluation based on AHP matter-element model is proposed. The case analysis proves that the method is feasible for non-contact evaluation of transformer faults, and can accurately evaluate the state of the transformer, providing guidance for the operation and maintenance of the transformer.

The professional courses of digital media major face several problems: too many influencing factors, unclear implementation strategy, and difficulty in evaluating the implementation effect. To solve these problems, this paper explores strategies and implementation paths for the professional courses of digital media major in the digital age. Firstly, the essential elements in curriculum setting were discussed, and the symptoms of the relevant problems were summarized; On this basis, the authors derived detailed strategies for the curriculum setting of digital media major. To ensure the effectiveness and reasonability of the professional courses of digital media major, an evaluation system and an evaluation model were constructed for judging the implementation effect of these courses. The research provides a strong support for the smooth implementation of the designed professional courses of digital media major, and a good reference for theorists and engineers in the relevant fields.

It is of great significance to evaluate the implementation effect of major engineering innovation management and summarize the successful or failed experience of major engineering innovation management for the smooth development of major projects in the future. We select the representative Beijing Shanghai high speed railway project, Ultra-high voltage project, Three Gorges project and Ten major aircraft project as examples to summarize the methods and effects of innovation management of major projects, and build the evaluation system of innovation management of major projects from two main dimensions of innovation management mode and innovation management mechanism to visually evaluate the effect of innovation management of major projects. The research results show that the evaluation system proposed by us has good applicability to major project innovation management, and visual display can reveal the evaluation results more intuitively.

Background: The gear shifting comfort of tractors is affected by various factors, which make it extremely difficult to accurately and quantitatively describe the handling comfort through objective physical quantities. However, the calculation and evaluation process of the index of manipulation comfort mostly involves the operation of matrix form, and the numerical operation is one of the powerful core functions of MATLAB. Objective: This study aims to take the gear shifting process of tractors as the research object and uses MATLAB /GUI toolbox to develop the shifting comfort evaluation system, thereby improving the gear shifting comfort. Methods: The procedures of holistic assessment, element subdivision, and detailed tracking were adopted as the analysis method. Thus, the operation process was divided into four action units, including pedal free travel, separation travel, gear change, and joint travel, according to the concept of “differentiation” and manipulation behavior. Based on the matter-element model, the process of clutch operation was described by coupling of action elements. The closeness between the actual model and the target model was used to measure the degree of handling comfort. Then, the results were compared with those of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation. Results: It was shown that the separation travel has the greatest influence on the handling comfort. Taking vehicle 1 as an example, the matter-element analysis model provided the overall comfort value of the carrier (0.8359), which is close to the value of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation (0.8156). Moreover, the evaluation results presented the score of each action unit, which could directly reflect the action units with the lowest level of comfort. The evaluation results of matter-element model can not only reflect the handling comfort of different components, but also locate the negative aspects of the whole operation. Conclusion: This method is effective in overcoming the ambiguity of the concept of comfort and the generality of overall evaluation as well as avoiding the uncertainty of subjective evaluation.

Aiming at water security issues existed in water resources development and utilization, studied the water resources carrying capacities of fifteen farms in Jiansanjiang branch bureau in 2008. Used grey correlation analysis to establish evaluation indices system. Entropy theory was introduced into weight calculation. Synthesized evaluation results of traditional matter-element model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and fuzzy matter-element model to grade water resources carrying capacities. The results show that water resources carrying capacities of Farm Shengli, Qindeli, Qianshao and Qianfeng are gradeⅠ; carrying capacities of Farm 859, Daxing, Qinglongshan, Qianjin, Honghe, Yalvhe and Nongjiang are gradeⅡ; carrying capacities of Farm Qixing, Chuangye, Hongwei and Erdaohe are gradeⅢ. The study achievements provide scientific evidences for water resources protection and sustainable utilization in Jiansanjiang branch bureau.
