The closed hydraulic transmission system is composed of a variable hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, quantitative integrated valve and fuel tank and other components. Transmission system is an important part of combine harvester, and is the main indicator to measure the level of technology. This paper presents the design of a composite hydraulic mechanical transmission system for combine harvester. The system consists of engine, variable pump, quantitative hydraulic motor, planetary reducer, driving wheel, crawler etc. Author analyzes the continuous variable speed regulation characteristics of transmission; determines selection method of hydraulic components and mechanical parameters. Composite transmission system can make the engine is close to full load operation, improve combine harvester productivity and fuel economy. By optimizing the transmission system, combine harvester can reduce speed, increases the torque, realizes continuous variable speed. Practice has proved: this dynamic composite transmission system with fast response, high efficiency, and reliable, low failure rate. At the same time, combine harvester has the advantages of simple operation, forward, backward or turning without shifting, greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

<p>One of very important and vital tool in road marking is road mark erasing machines. In general, the machine used to repair road markings is a road marking erasing machine that is pushed manually. However, this machine has a disadvantage that requires a long time in the process of erasing the road marking, so making it less efficient. Therefore, the truck road mark erasing machine is one of the options to replace the erasing machine that is pushed manually. The machine uses a grinding system with a vertical blade eraser position and hydraulic power to drive the blades as it is able to withstand shock loads and thrust upwards due to the removal process, having overload protection, and the size of components are not large. The study started with doing observation to the existing manual erasing machine, then determining the required blades and calculating as well as selecting the required components of the hydraulic system.  Based on the calculation, the blade specification was obtained and selected, i.e <em>surface milling cutter</em> of type WFX12200R from Sumitomo Electric Hardmetal Corporation having rotation speed 750 rpm, hydraulic motor from Danfoss of type OMR-80 having torque 136 Nm dan displacement 80.3 cc/rev., and using hydraulic pump from Parker of type 0210 having displacement 21 cc/rev. From the test result in the field, this machine is three times faster than the manually pushed machine, less number of the blade used, and the engine as a resource on the machine is more durable. <strong></strong></p>

Cycloidal gear requires rigidly a certain working environment, so its installation and part designing also calls for the greatest care. This paper intends to analyse and design the structure of system components and to conduct a feasibility study based on actual requirements. Three-dimensional drawing software is applied to aid to minimize any error in part designing and upgrade the designing efficiency. Cycloidal pin wheel is featured by compact structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency, smooth operation, good load capacity and performance against impact and vibration. However, at the same time, owing to its complex structure, difficult manufacture, high demand of precision for processing and assembly, it is very important to design the cycloidal gear system

Background: Nutation drive is being extensively investigated due to its ability to achieve a high reduction ratio with a compact structure and the potential for low vibration, high efficiency and design flexibility. However, many problems including the difficulty to process the inner bevel gear, less number of teeth in engagement and not being suitable for high-power transmission have restricted its development. Objective: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the contact strength of a patent about a new nutation drive developed based on meshing between two face gears, which has the advantages of both face gear and nutation drive, including large transmission ratio, large coincidence, small size, compact structure and strong bearing capacity. Methods: Based on the meshing principle and basic structure of the nutation face gear drive, the contact strength of nutation face gear transmission is analyzed by the Hertz contact analysis method and FEM method. Results: The maximum stress values of nutation face gear teeth are compared by two methods, which verify the accuracy of Hertz contact analytical method in calculating the contact strength of nutation face gear teeth. Furthermore, nine groups of three-dimensional models for the nutation face gear drive with a transmission ratio of 52 and different cutter parameters are established. Conclusion: The study analyzes the contact stress of fixed and rotary face gears in meshing with planetary face gears, and obtains the distribution law of contact stress and the influence of the number of teeth and parameters of the cutter on the load-carrying capacity.

Abstract. To improve the automation degree in special working environment which contains explosive gas. We develop a new type of temperature control hydraulic sensor basically on theory and lots of experiments. As the temperature reaches about 85°C,the motion part of the inductor will stretch to a certain length, and then it will push the adjusting rod. Simultaneously,the adjusting rod will overcome the elastic force of the spring and compel the spool valve to deform, and finally the control valve port will be open, it allows the control oil of the hydraulic system to pass. At last it reaches our destination that we can make the control of hydraulic circuit be realized.

Rake-car’s driving system of ore reclaimer originally used crank and connecting rod mechanism as driving mechanism. The driving mechanism got some trouble that parts got severe wear and failure rate of mechanism was high. The hydraulic system is used to drive rake car in view of hydraulic driving system’s advantage. By analysis on existing problem of crank and connecting rod mechanism, the actual working load of equipment is tested and the working situation is analysed. The working situation of the hydraulic system is also analysed by computer simulation. By optimization of the hydraulic system design, the final design is determined. The whole system is actually used. It works well.

On the basis of the research on the domestic and foreign binding machine, this article describes a new model of binding machine. Its compact structure is easy to operate and maintain. solidworks software is applied for modeling. Based on the plc-300 cpu module control system, not only ensures the speed and reliability bunch, but also gives good man-machine interactions. Hydraulic system saves energy effectively. Hydraulic components are distributed in the surface of its structure and easy to check repair.
