Transmission system is an important part of combine harvester, and is the main indicator to measure the level of technology. This paper presents the design of a composite hydraulic mechanical transmission system for combine harvester. The system consists of engine, variable pump, quantitative hydraulic motor, planetary reducer, driving wheel, crawler etc. Author analyzes the continuous variable speed regulation characteristics of transmission; determines selection method of hydraulic components and mechanical parameters. Composite transmission system can make the engine is close to full load operation, improve combine harvester productivity and fuel economy. By optimizing the transmission system, combine harvester can reduce speed, increases the torque, realizes continuous variable speed. Practice has proved: this dynamic composite transmission system with fast response, high efficiency, and reliable, low failure rate. At the same time, combine harvester has the advantages of simple operation, forward, backward or turning without shifting, greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

The tracked combine agricultural machinery is a most complex in structure, high technology content, the manufacture technology of very strict requirements of product. Our crawlers combine 1/3 of the fault from the walking gear system in operation. This paper adopts the planetary wheel transmission, because it has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, large transmission ratio, torque / volume ratio, high efficiency, and high reliability, meet the structure and characteristics of the combine harvester. Due to advantages such as high speed, high accuracy, low maintenance and high reliability, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo systems have been employed in many fields. In some cases, for example, speed fluctuations caused by load mutation would restrict the control stability, thereby limiting the usefulness of PMSM in high-precision applications. The speed regulation problem of PMSM servo control systems is discussed in this paper. A sliding mode disturbance control is developed in the vector control system to improve tracking performance of the PMSM system in order to suppress the speed fluctuations. The integration of sliding mode control and the proportional plus integral (PI) control can improve the performance of the closed-loop system and attenuate disturbances to a great extent. The proposed method can effectively improve the robustness and response speed of the system. Simulation and experimental analyses are conducted to demonstrate the superior properties of the proposed control method.

Water quality monitoring plays an important role in contamination control and environment protection. This paper describes an on-line multiparametric water quality monitoring system based on visible spectrophotometry, which combines embedded technology with GPRS telecommunication technology. This system can realize online wireless monitoring to concentrations of chromium (Cr), plumbum (Pb), A surfactant (AS), chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen (AN), total phosphorus (TP) and total phenol (TPh) in real time. The mechanical structure, hardware circuit and software design of the system are completed. The absorption spectrums of pure water and MB-SDS complex have been measured. Preliminary experiments using a model machine show that each mechanism of the system runs well. Moreover, the monitor possesses many advantages, such as high degree of automation, high reliability, high efficiency, compact structure, small size, and so on.

Based on the analysis of the related theories of switched reluctance motor, this paper designs and implements the intelligent speed regulation system of switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle. The speed regulation system has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, wide speed regulation range and small starting current. The system also has the advantages of large starting torque, frequent start and stop, forward and reverse switching, high torque / inertia ratio and four quadrant operation. The system can provide a good solution for variable speed drive. The digital controller of the system is composed of TMS320F2812 DSP and EPM7128S CPLD, which can realize the starting, electric and braking functions of electric vehicles. Experiments show that the switched reluctance motor drive system for electric vehicle has good control performance and strong fault tolerance. The system can meet the requirements of various working conditions of electric vehicles and has broad development prospects.
