The 90% acetone as extraction agent used in order to obtain the ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions of chlorophyll a. The ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, centrifugation time and rotational speed as the four study factors and the chlorophyll a concentration as the target, here, the L9(34) orthogonal table of orthogonal experiment design are used in order to determine the optimum extraction contractions, basing on the single factor experiment. The experimental results shows the algae containing water can get better extraction effect, after ultrasonic 30 minutes in 225W and 6000r/min speed centrifugal 9 minutes and then mixing, repeat ultrasound centrifugation steps.

Firstly, optimal parameters of crude polysaccharide from Buddleja officinalis were obtained as follows: ratio of water to raw material of 26 : 1, ultrasonic power of 240 W, ultrasonic time of 45 min, and ultrasonic temperature of 62°C. Secondly, acidic polysaccharide (APBOM) from Buddleja officinalis was successfully acquired with the yield of 9.57% by using DEAE-52 cellulose and Sephadex G-100 gel column chromatography. Then, we found that total polysaccharide content of APBOM was 94.37% with a sulfuric acid group of 1.68%, uronic acid content of 17.41%, and average molecular weight of 165.4 kDa. Finally, APBOM was confirmed to have significant antiangiogenic effects.

A novel microspheres adsorbent was prepared by the emulsion-congealed crosslinking method. The gelatin was as raw material and glutaraldehyde was as the crosslinking agent. The SEM images showed that the product was spherical, the distribution was uniform and not sticky. The TG result showed that the thermal decomposition form of gelatin microspheres was single and the thermostability was good. The XRD results indicated that the crystalline state of gelatin had not been affected by crosslinking of glutaraldehyde. The adsorption performance of gelatin microspheres to Cr(Ⅵ) was studied by the static adsorption experiments. The application conditions were optimized by single-factor experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions were that pH was 3.0, temperature was 35°C and time was 1.5h.

The purpose of this study to establish the optimum ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) parameters of Polysaccharides from Agaricus bisporus mycelia (PABM). Single factor experiment was employed to determine the preliminary range of the extraction parameters including liquid-solid ratio, ultrasonic time, extraction temperature, and ultrasonic power. Then, an orthogonal experiment design was employed to determine the best extraction parameters of PABM. the results showed that the optimal UAE parameters of PABM was liquid-solid ratio of 40 ml/g, ultrasonic time of 70 min, extraction temperature of 55°C, and ultrasonic power of 660 W.

Normal corn starch was used as raw material in this research and was treated by autoclaving method to produce corn resistant starch (CRS). This research was focused on techniques of preparing CRS through autoclaving method and effects of autoclaving method parameters on yields of CRS from corn starch. The optimum conditions were investigated with carrying out an L9(34) orthogonal experiment. The yield of CRS was 8.05 % under combination of optimum parameters obtained from L9(34) orthogonal experiment. The optimum parameters were concentration of NCS solution 25 %, pH6.5, autoclaving temperature 125 °C, autoclaving time 35 min.

The extraction of collagen from fish scales with papain under ultrasonic pretreatment was conducted in this paper. The effects of the ultrasonic pretreatment time, the ratio of papain to fish scales, the extraction temperature and the extraction time on the extraction rate of collagen were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, respectively. The results showed that the optimum conditions for collagen extraction from fish scales were: ultrasonic pretreatment time 4min, ratio of papain to fish scales 4%, temperature 60°C and extraction time 5h. Under the optimum conditions the extraction rate of collagen reached 90.7%.

With silica-cerous of high activity as catalyst, ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate was synthesized from ethylene glycol ethyl ether and acetic acid. The proper conditions for the synthesis were obtained by a single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Based on 0.3 mol acetic acid, the optimum conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of silica-cerous (15% loaded sulfate cerous) / acetic acid being 0.056 : 1, the mol ratio of acetic acid / ethylene glycol ethyl ether being1 : 1.2, the amount of cyclohexane being 30 mL, reaction temperature being 90 °C, and reaction time being 2 h. Such optimal conditions give the highest yield of 99.53 % and selectivity of 100 % of ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate. Its structure was confirmed by IR, and the catalyst still has high activity after being reused for five times.

Effects of ultrasonic on properties of modified soybean protein adhesives for duplex paper were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the treatment temperature had the greatest impact on adhesion strength among all factors. Optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: modified temperature 60°C, concentration of urea 5 mol/L , content of protein 14% , reaction time 3 h and ultrasonic time 20min. At the optimized conditions, the adhesion strength of soybean proteins was 0.79MPa.
