Vegetable quality safety is the current hot issue that arose government, social concern and global attention; it is also the key problem that must be solved for the present stage of implementation of agriculture and rural economy structure strategically adjust, enhancing produce competition ability. Based on the analysis of the key points of quality and safety of agricultural products on the basis of monitoring, this paper introduces vegetable quality safety supervision information facility equipped for engineering application, and takes the prospect of agricultural product quality safety supervision information tech90nology equipment.

Agricultural product quality safety problems have already arose our government and public attention. This article analyzed vegetable quality safety supervision critical control points on aspects of origin environment and variety testing, production process management, processing, storage and circulation distribution industry chain .Discussed new generation of information technology application such as the Internet of things in China s supervision of agricultural products quality safety, put forward the future trend of agricultural products quality safety supervision is to realize informationization, network, remote, real-time and precision.


Big Data Analytics is one of the most cutting edge technology in the world. Big Data Analytics will provide data management to store, process and analyze the huge amount of data. Agricultural is one of the domains that assuring big data analytics used to make a change in the field. With the consistent enhancements of the peoples living lifestyle, step by step peoples concentrate on the demand of perishable agricultural products. However, the periodic eruption of food quality and safety issues affected the concern of the end-users. To enrich the distribution performance of agricultural product logistics and to provide the freshness, quality, and safety of the agricultural products has become a thread of the current agricultural domain. Big Data Analytics in Agricultural Products Logistics has an essential prospect of optimizing the distribution path of products, prediction of product demands in the market, traceability of the products, analyzing customer feedbacks and increasing overall performance of logistics in agriculture. This paper investigates the key challenges, methods used, technologies used, algorithms for distribution of products and future of Big Data Analytics in agro-logistics.

As China’s agricultural output has improved, the national and local monitoring system of agricultural product safety has become much better, and monitoring standards have become increasingly strict. Despite this, there are agricultural product safety incidents which have caused consumer panic. One way to address this is by properly establishing tracking systems so that agricultural product logistics in China can be tracked and monitored. We explored this research objective with agricultural traceability and security in mind. One option that could be considered is the blockchain technology. Blockchain could also be used to ascertain the provenance of agricultural products to increase the quality and safety of the Chinese agricultural supply chain. In this context, this research converged on big data and technology, platforms and other means for product quality and safety of agricultural products traceability. In order to verify the accuracy of these three convergence, regression analysis were used to construct five models for verification of three hypothesis. The results show that based on “Internet+”, using big data, big technology and big platform can significantly increase the accuracy of agricultural products traceability system hence improve consumer acceptance of the safety of agricultural products.

Optimizing agricultural product marketing strategies can greatly increase agricultural product sales, increase farmers’ income, help farmers find employment, and promote rural economic development. Therefore, studying how to optimize the marketing strategy of agricultural products has great value and practical significance. This article analyzes the main problems in the current agricultural product marketing through the research of the current situation of agricultural product marketing and the existing model, and then proposes the strategy of optimizing agricultural product marketing, and strives to accelerate the development of the rural economy, construct modern agriculture, and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Finally, make a general recommendation on the effective measures to ensure the optimization strategy of the marketing model and how to implement it smoothly.

The rapid development and dissemination of new media have increased online rumor transmission. Fermentation of some rumors regarding quality and safety of agricultural products has created serious problems that have negatively impacted agriculture in China and the consumption of goods such as poultry. Thus, it is imperative to explore the network dissemination mechanisms regarding how rumors about agricultural product quality and safety spread in the new media era. This study used “fast-growing chicken hormone-boosting” as the base rumor, and it developed an improved SEIRS model to identify the spread of rumors regarding agricultural product quality and safety. This study innovatively introduced a conversion rate and analyzed its impact on the secondary transmission of rumors. Using MATLAB software simulation, the research produced the following findings: an increase in netizens does not affect the threshold of rumor outbreaks; improving the immunity rate of contact netizens and the cure rate of spread netizens is the key to both controlling Internet ru`mors and reducing the contact rate of ordinary netizens. At the same time, an increase in the conversion rate could lead to a secondary outbreak of rumors.


Refusal of vaccination by the population and a high percentage of medical contraindications for immunoprophylaxis remain an urgent problem of practical health care. The goal of the study is to study the awareness of Tyumen parents about the need for children’s immunoprophylaxis. The survey of 323 parents who came to pediatric departments of city polyclinics in Tyumen, selected by random sampling in 2018-2019, was conducted and its data were analyzed. The survey included questions describing the respondents` attitude to immunoprophylaxis of children. We analyzed the reasons of parents` refusal to administer individual vaccines and the distribution of medical diversions from routine vaccination according to the profile of a specialist doctor in a children's polyclinic. 87,0 % of respondents consider it necessary to vaccinate their children, 66,9 % of respondents carry out the entire volume of mandatory routine vaccination for their children. According to the results of the survey, there is a low awareness of parents regarding additional children’s vaccination. The key points of work with the population at the present stage is to reduce the refusal of vaccination by informing parents about the possibilities of preventive immunization.

As is known that, one of the challenges in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products in China is how to organize plenty of scattered small farmers and integrate them into the modern agricultural products supply chain system. In this paper, in order to promote the tight integration of agricultural products supply chain, based on multi-agent system, a computer simulation model of agricultural products supply chain is proposed. Through a series of simulation experiments, the evolution of the organizational structure of the agricultural products supply chain, its impact on the quality and safety of agricultural products under different government regulations are explored and discussed in detail. It follows from these simulation results that the more long-term-contract farmers and sellers, the more conducive to the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also provided.
