With Agriculture occupies a high proportion of the national economy. National economic growth is mainly based on agricultural economic development. Optimizing agricultural product marketing strategies can greatly increase agricultural product sales, increase farmers’ income, help farmers find employment, and promote rural economic development. Therefore, studying how to optimize the marketing strategy of agricultural products has great value and practical significance. This article analyzes the main problems in the current agricultural product marketing through the research of the current situation of agricultural product marketing and the existing model, and then proposes the strategy of optimizing agricultural product marketing, and strives to accelerate the development of the rural economy, construct modern agriculture, and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Finally, make a general recommendation on the effective measures to ensure the optimization strategy of the marketing model and how to implement it smoothly.

To boost rural economic development can hardly do without financial support; insufficient rural financial support will hinder rural economic development. Only increasing the financial support of rural economic development could promote rural production, rural development and income of the peasants.

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy can provide a better solution for problems such as the “three rural” development limitations and the imbalance of urban and rural economic development as it is the key to comprehensive building of a well-off society. Based on Linhai City’s finance status, this article analyzes the financial needs of the city for a better economic development under the rural revitalization strategy which prioritizes the policy of building a city financial system. The city’s financial system should be organized in a multi-level stucture for better economic development. This will improve the credit system of villages and towns, strengthen agricultural product innovation financially, and improve the finances of rural residents.

The central region is a large agricultural area in China, while the agricultural product logistics is on the stage of traditional logistics. Agricultural information system aims to build a marketing system based on JSON information system technology (Java Script Object Notation). Specifically the research aims: (1) build a database using JSON; (2) establish marketing information system of agricultural products; (3) provide information on the implementation of identification, inventory monitoring of agricultural product marketing issues. The research begins with literature review, planning and preparation of system model, model verification, field trial, evaluation and development and implementation result. Since the reform and opening-up, the disparity between Chinese rural economy and the overall national economic development has already become the key constraint for further development of the national economy. In order to increase the farmers’ income and to promote rural economic development, the efforts of China’s budgetary and financial policies to support agriculture have been strengthened year by year. However, it lacks an accurate and effective assessment to evaluate the effects of China’s fiscal and financial policies supports for agriculture. This paper proposes to estimate and measure the effects of China’s fiscal and financial supports for agriculture utilizing the Chinese provincial panel data on the basis of the latest spatial panel econometric method. The results show that since China intensified the fiscal and financial support in 2004, the direct effects of fiscal and financial supports for agriculture have improved, but the spatial spillover effects have turned from positive to negative.

Based on the microscopic survey data of 100 vegetable cooperatives in Sichuan Province, this paper empirically analyzes the influence of brand certification on cooperatives participating in the ecommerce by binary logistic regression model. The results show that the proportion of Sichuan vegetable cooperatives participating in the e-commerce is generally lower, which needs further improvement. Brand certification has a positive role in promoting cooperatives to participate in the e-commerce, with a marginal contribution of 19.7%. In addition, government sales support has a positive impact on the cooperative ecommerce, which is an important guarantee for promoting cooperatives to participate in the e-commerce. While the difficulty of agricultural product sales has a negative impact on the cooperative e-commerce, and the more difficult the agricultural products are sold, the higher the probability that the cooperative will participate in the e-commerce. Thus, this article puts forward policy suggestions such as actively promoting cooperatives to participate in brand certification, promoting cooperatives to participate in the e-commerce according to local conditions and strengthening government sales support.

The forestry complex plays an important role in the rural economy of the municipalities of the Komi Republic. However, due to the nature of the distribution of forest resources and types of forestry activities, its effectiveness and impact on the socio-economic development of territories is different. This provision actualizes the development of a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the forest complex in rural areas of the Komi Republic and proposals for directions and mechanisms for its improvement. The purpose of the research is to develop ways to improve the efficiency of the forest complex of rural areas of the Komi Republic. The object of the research is the methodology for assessing the efficiency of the forest complex in rural areas of the Komi Republic, as well as the directions for its improvement. The hypothesis of the research is to measure the effectiveness of the functioning of the forest complex of the region based on the structural-territorial differentiation of territories. The methods used of the research. The methodological features of the study are: structuring the efficiency of the forest complex on the production, socio-economic, spatial and bioeconomic; use of a set of indicators characterizing these aspects of efficiency; aggregation of indicators into group and final efficiency ratings by districts; analysis of the factors that determined the spatial differentiation of the efficiency of the forest complex. The statement of basic materials. As a result of a study on a structured set of indicators, a picture of the structural and territorial differentiation of the efficiency of timber industry activity was obtained, formed by the distribution of relevant indicators characterizing the influence of various factors using a rating score. The modern limitations of the development of the forest complex of municipalities of the republic with a rural economy are highlighted. The оriginality and practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of conducting a typology of rural areas according to the level of efficiency of the forest complex, as well as proposing directions and mechanisms for its improvement, applicable to each group of districts. Conclusions of the research. An integrated assessment of the efficiency of the forest complex of rural areas has allowed to identify areas with high, medium and low levels of efficiency, as well as a separate group of areas with “non-forest” specialization or with a weak forest industry. Prospects for the further use of the results obtained can be adjusted by the strategy of socio-economic development of territories, as well as new approaches to the location of productive forces in the North.
