The Application Research on the Elastic-Flexible Anchor in the Retaining Wall

The anchor which added a elastic-flexible deformable body on the common anchor will be form a new type anchor, it is called the elastic-flexible anchor. With the help of FLAC3D 3.0, we compared the numerical simulation analysis results between the common anchor and the elastic-flexible anchor. we obtained that, the elastic-flexible anchor has the higher bearing capacity and more excellent anti-deformation performance, this mainly due to the elastic-flexible deformable body which has the buffering effect of the stress and deformation. The results confirmed the elastic-flexible anchor especially applied to the support structure with the requirements of large deformation and dynamic load, and worth popularizing in the anchor retaining wall engineering.

In this paper, the finite method is applied and ABAQUS software is used, the vortex flow field is loaded as boundary condition of wraps. The stress and deformation in scroll under the action of gas pressure, temperature load and both of them is analyzed, the stress distribution and deformation of wraps in different shaft rotation angles is discussed, the stress distribution and deformation discipline of wraps are also respectively obtained. The results show that the overall stress and deformation in scroll are the largest when compression chamber is moving near the vent position and the thermal deformation is the main factor of affecting the overall deformation of scroll.

In order to enhance the efficiency of the Savonius rotor, this paper designs a new type of Savonius rotor with a rectifier. By using Computational Fluid Dynamics software to simulate and optimize the various parameters which affect the efficiency of the rotor. The sliding mesh method is applied here. The Cp-λ curves of wind turbine with different structural parameters are obtained after numerical simulation of flow field. On this basis, this paper gets the optimal structural parameters. And the results indicated that this new type of Savonius rotor has great improvement of efficiency compared with the traditional Savonius-type rotor.

A new type of gravity retaining wall combining with anchor is developed to support higher embankment. The retaining wall has the advantage of high safety, lateral deformation small, wide applicable range and low requirements for the foundation bearing capacity. The pressure distributions of gravity retaining wall with anchor have changed a lot. The change will have a significant impact on structures. In order to reveal the gravity retaining wall combining anchor pressure distributions, numerical simulation was done. The result shows that it has no obvious differences to its force state when retaining wall is reinforced with horizontal and oblique anchors, The former is applicable to the new embankment retaining wall support and the latter is applicable to the original retaining wall reinforcement.

A new heat exchange pipe—heat exchanger inserted by disturbance device has been introduced. By applying commercial software—Fluent, the heat transfer and the flow performance of the heat exchanger which is a three-dimension numerical simulation in which the medium is air have been simulated, With simulation analysis of flow field in the heat exchanger,the enhanced transfer mechanism has been got; Using the heat transfer efficiency j/f, nine different models with different bending curvature and column spacing have been analyzed. Through analyzing the impact of the heat transfer and the flow performance on different bending curvature and column spacing, the best combination is achieved. Providing a certain theoretical basis, for research and design new type of heat exchanger pipes.

In previous earthquakes, masonry structures, especially those masonry structures with prefabricated slab was damaged severely, and caused heavy casualty and property losses. In order to improve the seismic behavior of prefabricated slab, a new type of prefabricated slab with longitudinal and transverse joint steel bar was designed. By employing a numerical simulation procedure, LS-DYNY3D, models were established, and their seismic behaviors were analyzed .The results show that, the masonry structure of new type prefabricated slab with longitudinal and transverse joint steel bar is better than the structure with traditional prefabricated slab in structural integrity and stability. That is to say, its seismic behavior is better than the masonry structure with traditional prefabricated slab.

In this paper, strain and displacement for FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis of the whole weathering granite improved soil subgrade in train dynamic load of the stress is conducted, subgrade under repeated load test data and software simulation data is contrasted, the center of subgrade vertical settlement and the center of the subgrade stress change situation is researched.Through the research proves the whole weathering improved soil subgrade can ensure the high-speed safety, comfort and use requirement.

The gasification process of coal oil water (COW) slurry in new-type coal water slurry(CWS) gasification furnace was studied with numerical simulation method. The temperature and concentration fields were obtained for the gasification furnace. The simulated results showed that the gasification effect of the new-type coal water slurry gasification is better than the common coal water slurry gasification. In the new-type gasification furnace, the average temperature is slightly increased and the carbon translative ratio is increased by 1.81%. The effective component (CO+H2) in coal gas at the outlet of the furnace is increased by 10.58%, and the concentration of CO2and H2O is greatly decreased. The H2O dissolution ratio is greatly increased and the gasification effect is obviously better that that of the common coal water slurry.
