Telemetry data frame structure is complicated and changeable, so telemetry pre-processing software cannot be universal. To solve this problem, a component method was proposed in this paper, which can effectively compensate for the deficiencies of the traditional method. XML files were employed to configure telemetry parameters, including the information of appropriate processing method for data processing. Based-on memory-mapped telemetry source data extraction can greatly improve source extraction speed, and data integrity is guaranteed by sub-frame data fusion. Subsequent telemetry software developing shows that the method can improve the reusability of pre-processing module and shorten the system development time.

This paper briefly analyses the principle of MELP vocoder algorithm, and TI's TMS320C5509(C5509) DSP is selected as an implementation platform of 2.4kbps MELP speech-coding algorithm. To ensure the rational and efficient utilization of the limited memory resources, this paper introduces the processing method of MELP algorithm based on frame structure and gives a profound analysis on how to configure its memory space of the selected DSP by analyzing its memory structure and considering the specific circumstances of the MELP vocoder algorithm. Finally, this paper gives the memory configuration during the implementation of MELP vocoder on TI's TMS320C5509 DSP.

This article summarizes cubesat technology, provides examples of their scientific impact, and describes the design and the manufacturing of a Cubesat platform. As for the design of the overall frame structure of the CubeSat, we have searched a lot of literature and consulted many predecessors' designs, and collected many satellite structure images. After analyzing the data, we aimed at all kinds of different structures’ advantages and disadvantages, finally we got a best design. It is a satellite of cubic shape (10 cm per side), weighing approximately 1kg, based on the creation of a central body made of different material using the 3D-Printing techniques. The 3D-Printing technique has several advantages including fast implementation, accuracy in manufacturing small parts and low cost. Moreover, concerning the construction of a small satellite, this technique is very useful thanks to the accuracy achievable in details, which are sometimes difficult and expensive to realize with the use of tools machine. The structure must be able to withstand the launch loads. For this reason, several simulations using an FEM simulation and an intensive vibration test campaign will be performed in the system development and test phase.

With the development of technology, the agricultural industry has become far more efficient and mechanization. In this paper, image processing method was adopted to detect the changes in seeds temperature, aiming at discovering the laws in seed germination. Oak seeds were selected as samples. The method can be divided into two steps----image segmentation, data extraction and analysis. 32400 images for 90 seeds were captured, and the changing curve of seeds temperature was described based on the images we collected. The result showed that the method was available to capture the changes of seeds temperature during its germination. Even, further research aiming at distinguishing seeds vigor by temperature information, is of great value.

According to the quasi static test of reinforced concrete frame with construction joints in, the fracture crack sequence, fracture morphology and plastic hinge are studied in detail. Research shows that two kinds processing method of construction joint will not affect the destruction form of a frame structure, but destruction order .

Using NRF905 wireless data transmission and STM32 microprocessor chips, a dormitory disciplinary monitoring and management system is designed. It can be real-time monitoring of each bedroom sound information and smoke information. Through the rational design of data frame structure, the system power consumption is minimal, with lowest system cost and ease of expansion.

In this paper, we propose a novel MAC protocol, called DG-LoRa, for improving scalability in low power wide area networks. DG-LoRa is backward compatible with legacy LoRaWAN and adds new features, such as group acknowledgment transmissions in the time-synchronized frame structure that supports determinism on channel access. In DG-LoRa, the number of responses to data frames that are transmitted from end devices is maximized by allocating the spreading factor and timeslot in the frame structure. We evaluate the performance of DG-LoRa using the Monte-Carlo simulation and then compare it with the performance of legacy LoRaWAN in terms of data drop rate and the number of retransmissions. Our numerical results show that DG-LoRa supports approximately five times more connections to the LoRa network satisfying a 5% data drop rate. Also, it is observed that DG-LoRa enables low overhead by reducing the number of data frame retransmissions.

We present a new post-processing method for Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) that raises cubically the secret key rate in the number of double matching detection events. In Shannon’s communication model, information is prepared at Alice’s side, and it is then intended to pass it over a noisy channel. In our approach, secret bits do not rely in Alice’s transmitted quantum bits but in Bob’s basis measurement choices. Therefore, measured bits are publicly revealed, while bases selections remain secret. Our method implements sifting, reconciliation, and amplification in a unique process, and it just requires a round iteration; no redundancy bits are sent, and there is no limit in the correctable error percentage. Moreover, this method can be implemented as a post-processing software into QKD technologies already in use.
