the student achievement management system is a typical application of managing information system (MIS), its development mainly includes the backstage database the establishment and maintenance of and front-end application development two aspects. For the former requirement to establish data consistency and integrality and security of data. For the latter requires the application program function complete, easy to use, etc. Use MICROSOFT ASP development tools, background database ACCESS, build system application prototype in a short time, then, to the initial prototype system needs iteration, constantly revised and improved, until forms the user satisfied feasible system.

This study aims to design a system of teaching materials to improve teacher competence, especially pedagogical competence and professional competence through knowledge management system (KMS). The method used is research and development. System development method using rapid application development (RAD). The study was conducted on MTS teachers in South Tangerang city. KMS can be used as a means of sharing teaching materials between teachers. Where each teacher has a personal account and the teacher can upload and upload learning materials to the website, upload test questions, exam questions, vary the exam questions that will be issued during the exam, and discuss in forums with other teachers. The result of this research is to design and build web teaching material system as learning resource to improve pedagogic competence and professional competence of Mts. SeTangerang Selatan teachers. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem bahan ajar dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru, khususnya kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional melalui sistem manajemen pengetahuan (KMS). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan rapid application development (RAD). Penelitian dilakukan pada guru MTS di Kota Tangerang Selatan. KMS bisa dijadikan sarana berbagi bahan ajar antarguru. Setiap guru memiliki akun pribadi dan guru dapat mengunggah materi pembelajaran ke situs web, mengunggah pertanyaan tes, soal ujian, memvariasikan soal ujian yang akan dikeluarkan selama ujian, dan berdiskusi di forum dengan guru lainnya. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem pengajaran web sebagai sumber belajar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional Mts. Guru se-Tangerang Selatan.

Pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan perlu dilaporkan pelaksanaannya guna kebutuhan seperti monitoring dan evaluasi (Monev). Pada pembelajaran daring yang memanfaatkan Learning Management System (LMS) sebagai tool, maka telah terdapat fasilitas dokumentasi yang baik untuk setiap kegiatan pembelajaran daring tersebut. Namun, dari sisi pengelola atau administrator untuk menghasilkan laporan pembelajaran secara keseluruhan dengan klasifikasi tertentu, ditemukan beberapa kendala pelaporan.  Hal tersebut dikarenakan tingkat keterpakaian yang beragam. Pelaporan pembelajaran daring bagi institusi menjadi penting guna mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat keterpakaian dan kualitas pembelajaran itu sendiri. Di Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan), pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan dengan LMS berbasis Moodle. LMS Untan dapat digunakan mulai dari dosen dan mahasiswa dan telah tersinkronisasi ke sistem informasi akademik (Siakad) Untan. Sistem pelaporan, pada penelitian ini akan memfasilitasi proses perekapan dan membantu mengetahui sejauh mana pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasikan atas tiga kategori (aktif, digunakan, dan untuk Latihan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangankan sistem pelaporan pembelajaran daring agar dapat membantu pengambil keputusan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring diterapkan, dimana pelaporannya dapat dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan cepat. Pengembangan sistem dibuat dengan metode system development life cycle, dengan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) yaitu prototype. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan beberapa pendekatan yaitu studi literatur, observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Luaran penelitian ini berkontribusi, baik bagi pengguna (dosen dan mahasiswa) dalam meningkatkan kualiatas pembelajaran daringnya, juga memudahkan pengambil keputusan dalam mengelola pembelajaran daring.

Through to the small and medium-sized books management system management system requirements analysis, functional module division, database model analysis, designed the database structure and application. Due to the use of computer management, improved the traditional manual management way, improve the management level.

This paper study on aquaculture management system of main achievement of the poultry animal breeding site data collection and background data management. The actual development environment consists of software and hardware resources to build the configuration of the two part of the work. PC hardware machine, ARM-based embedded development board set and RFID reader chip and its peripheral circuit module, PC machine with Windows XP operating system. Development board running Linux system, including transplant Boot Loader, Linux kernel cutting, making the root file system migration and application development. System realizes the intelligent management of the poultry house.

Lecture courses in the English Language Education Study Program of STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung are still conducted in face-to-face class, so the students who do not attend lectures cannot know the pronunciation material at that time, because the Pronunciation course is a practical course in the English pronunciation system. The E-Learning Pronunciation is built so that lectures can be carried out anywhere and anytime without reducing the quality of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the students who are left behind can continue to follow the Pronunciation course material, as well as habituating students in utilizing communication and information technology. E-Learning Pronunciation is important to be built to improve the ability of students’ pronunciation when doing distance learning, so that students are clearer and more firm in understanding Pronunciation so that there are no errors in English pronunciation. Participants in this study were first semester students of English education study programs. This study uses an experimental research design with the Prototype System development method and system of testing uses Black box testing.
