In this study, the factors to be researched are internal factors related to financial ratios such as market ratios namely Price Earnings Ratio, Leverage Ratio namely Debt to Equity Ratio, and Profitability Ratio namely Return on Assets (ROA) as variables that affect Stock Prices in real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data from time series that have been transformed from the Indonesia stock exchange. The method used is multiple regression with OLS, to find how much the influence of independent variables have as driving forces on stock prices. The results obtained from this study are price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio, ROA simultaneously affect the stock prices of Real Estate companies in the Indonesian stock exchange. Meanwhile, partially, the three variables deserve to be the driving factor for share prices in real estate companies at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to determinethe effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio, and Economic Value Added on Stock Returns on Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Samples were obtained from 11 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. Based on the results of data analysis shows that Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets have a positive and significant effect on Stock Return, Price Earning Ratio and Economic Value Added have a negative and no significant effect on Stock Return. Together Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio, and Economic Value Added have a positive and significant effect on Stock Return.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap harga saham pada sektor property dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dua tahap. Pertama menggunakan paired sample t-test dan kedua analisis regresi linier berganda. Bersadarkan hasil analisis paired sample t-test ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perubahan signifikan terhadap harga saham yang terjadi pada periode sebelum publikasi, tanggal publikasi dan periode sesudah publikasi. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa price earnings ratio, price book value, earnings per share berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Return on assets berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham. Debt to equity ratio, net profit margin dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.Kata kunci: kinerja keuangan, kebijakan dividen, harga saham, property, real estate. ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the influence of the financial performance and the dividend policy on stock prices in the property and real estate sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. The sample in this research is 43 companies. To analyze the research data used two steps, paired sample t-test and then multiple linear regression analysis. Based on results of the analysis of paired sample t-test found that there is no significant change in the stock price that occurred in the period before publication, publication date and the period after the publication. Based on the results of the regression analysis of Multiple linear found that price earnings ratio, price-book value, earnings per share positive effect on stock prices. Return on assets negatively affects stock prices. The research objectives to examine the magnitude of the significant influence between financial ratios and the market based ratio toward the stock price of manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In accordance IDX data by December 2013, the number of companies, included in the stock of the manufacturing industry sector, is 139 companies. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the variable return on assets (ROA) and price to book value (PBV) has positive influence on stock prices. It can be interpreted that the higher the return on assets ratio and price to book value, the more positive influence on the increase of the stock price. The variable debt to equity ratio (DER) and price earnings ratio (PER) has negatively influence the stock price on the stock of manufacturing industry sector. This can be interpreted the higher the value of the debt to equity ratio and price earnings ratio, the more negatively influence on the decrease stock price.

The aim of this research to examine are there impact of ROA, ROE, EPS, PER, and DER as an independent variable whit stock price as dependent variable on 10 real estate companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange and have financial statements in the period 2013–2016 so that the unit of analysis obtained is 40 financial statement list real estate company. The research variable consisted on independent variable in the form of return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2), earning per share (X3), price earning ratio (X4), debt to equity ratio (X5), and stock price (Y) as a dependent variable. Methods of data collection in of this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis technique were use multiple linier regression. Based on the results of regression analysis known that influence of return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio, and debt to equity ratio and simultaneously influence the stock price on the Indonesia stock exchange in period 2013–2016 at 92,8% while the rest influenced by other variables is not examined in this research. Partially, return on asset and earning per share significantly influence to stock prices, while return on equity, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio but not significant effect on stock prices.

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. The stock price is important for the company because it reflects the value of the company. Stock prices can change because of the influence of various factors, including: inflation, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, ROA, and DER on stock prices. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that inflation has no effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive effect on stock prices, and DER has a positive effect on stock prices. The property sector is one sector that is capable of absorbing large numbers of workers and has a multiplier effect and considerable backward linkage to other economic sectors. The property and real estate sub-sectors are quite interesting to be the object of research because investors in investing in stocks choose companies This study aims to determine the effect of PER (X1), ROE (X2), and DER (X3) variables on stock prices (Y) in property and real estate sub-sector companies. PER (X1), ROE (X2), and DER (X3) are used as independent variables while Stock Price (Y) is the dependent variable. The sampling technique was carried out by means of the purposive sampling method and obtained 16 companies as research samples. Data collection technique is the documentation method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 20 statistical software. The results of this study indicate that the PER, ROE, and DER variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially only PER and ROE variables have a significant effect, while the DER variable has no significant effect. ROE variable is the variable that most influences the stock price.

This study aims to examine the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share on stock prices at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Data in this study, obtained from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data by way of observation by visiting the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM) Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the partial return on assets and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of free cash flow, institutional ownership, profitability and Leverage on dividend policy by using an approach multiple regression model. The proxies used to measure the financial elements are free cash flow, institutional ownership, Return on Assets and debt to equity ratio. The population in this research is property and real estate  companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for six years (2014-2019). Election sample procedure uses purposive sampling and the result are existed 5 companies that fulfill criteria so that amount of data studied by 30 data. The results of this research show that free cash flow, institutional ownership and profitability have a significant effect on dividend policy proxied by Dividend payout ratio. Leverage which is measured by debt to equity ratio hasn’t a significant effect on dividend policy. Free cash flow has a positive effect on dividend policy. Institutional ownership has a positive effect on dividend policy. Profitability which is measured by Return on Assets has a negative effect on dividend policy. The predictive ability of these variabel on dividend policy is 49,6% as shown by the amount of R square, while 50,4% is affected by the other factor which is not included in the research model.
