The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. Keywords : Long Suffer Stroke, Level of Independence

Minimum Standards Service is basic service quality regulation that is entitled to be obtained by every citizen. Elderly people must obtain 100% health services. Various factors can lead to low visits to the elderly posyandu in the Gading Puskesmas area in 2017. Objective: to find out the relationship between family support, knowledge, and elderly activities in the elderly posyandu in Gading Surabaya puskesmas. Method: The type of research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. Data processing and analysis is done by univariate and bivariate. Data collection techniques by conducting simple random sampling with a sample of 94 elderly people. Location and time of research from December 2018 at the posyandu in the Gading Surabaya health center area. Results: There is a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be concluded is have a relationship with family support, knowledge of elderly with activity following the elderly posyandu at Gading Surabaya health center

Frailty models are used in the survival analysis to account for the unobserved heterogeneityin individual risks to disease and death. To analyze the bivariate data on relatedsurvival times (e.g. matched pairs experiments, twin or family data), the shared frailtymodels were suggested. In this manuscript, we propose a new mixture shared inverse Gaussian frailty model based on modified Weibull as baseline distribution. The Bayesian approach of Markov Chain Monte Carlo technique is employed to estimate the parameters involved in the models. In addition, a simulation study is performed to compare the true values of the parameters with the estimated values. A comparison with the existing model was done by using Bayesian comparison techniques. A better model for infectious disease data related to kidney infection is suggested.

Labor is the final process of pregnancy that the mother and family have gone through during three trimester periods. When the labor process begins, the mother's role is to give birth to her baby, while the role of the health worker is to monitor childbirth to detect complications early and with the family to provide assistance and support for maternity mothers. The purpose of this study was to provide an effect on the role of the husband on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with the delivery process at the Harapan raya puskesmas. The research design used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method, at the Harapan Raya Puskesmas Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted to 40 pregnant women in Harapan Raya Puskesmas Pekanbaru with a sample size of 33 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis used were univariate and bivariate. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire, then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed a significant influence between the role of the husband with the anxiety level of pregnant women in dealing with the delivery process with a value of p = 0.001. The conclusion is the influence of the role of the husband on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with the percentage of labor in the Harapan Raya Health Center Pekanbaru there is an influence between the role of your husband and the level of anxiety of pregnant women.hopefully the third trimester pregnant women can pay moor attention to their condition both phisically phisiologically and ask the husband to always provide suppore and particapate in taking care of the pragnancy as walk as in preparing the pragnancy.

The need to obtain a detailed hydrogeological characterization of the subsurface and its interpretation for the groundwater resources management, often requires to apply several and complementary geophysical methods. The goal of the approach in this paper is to provide a unique model of the aquifer by synthesizing and optimizing the information provided by several geophysical methods. This approach greatly reduces the degree of uncertainty and subjectivity of the interpretation by exploiting the different physical and mechanic characteristics of the aquifer. The studied area, into the municipality of Laterina (Arezzo, Italy), is a shallow basin filled by lacustrine and alluvial deposits (Pleistocene and Olocene epochs, Quaternary period), with alternated silt, sand with variable content of gravel and clay where the bottom is represented by arenaceous-pelitic rocks (Mt. Cervarola Unit, Tuscan Domain, Miocene epoch). This shallow basin constitutes the unconfined superficial aquifer to be exploited in the nearly future. To improve the geological model obtained from a detailed geological survey we performed electrical resistivity and P wave refraction tomographies along the same line in order to obtain different, independent and integrable data sets. For the seismic data also the reflected events have been processed, a remarkable contribution to draw the geologic setting. Through the k-means algorithm, we perform a cluster analysis for the bivariate data set to individuate relationships between the two sets of variables. This algorithm allows to individuate clusters with the aim of minimizing the dissimilarity within each cluster and maximizing it among different clusters of the bivariate data set. The optimal number of clusters “K”, corresponding to the individuated geophysical facies, depends to the multivariate data set distribution and in this work is estimated with the Silhouettes. The result is an integrated tomography that shows a finite number of homogeneous geophysical facies, which therefore permits to distinguish and interpret the porous aquifer in a quantitative and objective way.
