Hijamah is a treatment technique, based on the tradition that has been practiced by humans since time immemorial, now the treatment has been modernized and adjusted and follows scientific principles by using practical, sterile and effective tools, hijamah is done to remove blood dangerous from inside the body through puncture on the surface of the skin, the aim of the study was to determine the effect of hijamah on erythrocyte levels and hematocrit of venous blood of healthy people. South while blood collection was carried out at the South Sumatra Provincial Center for Health Laboratory (BBLK), the study sample was 30 people with healthy conditions, aged 18 to 22 years, this study was conducted 8 hours after hijamah treatment, the results of the study were significant differences after doing hijamah on venous blood erythrocyte levels of healthy people with a p value of 0.012, while at hematocrit levels there was a statistically significant difference in hematocrit levels of healthy venous blood with p value 0.001. Hijamah affects levels of erythrocytes and hematocrit, hijamah can be used in alternative and complementary medicine. Keywords: Hijamah. Erythrocytes, Hematocrit

Health is the most important thing in people life, physically and mentally. Besides body�s health in general teeth and mouth health also must get special attention, because teeth and mouth health affects body�s health. Dental caries is a pathological process that occurs because of the interaction of factors inside and outside factors such as behavioral factors, knowledge and attitudes toward maintenance of teeth and mouth. The research aimed to understand the relationship between knowledge and attitude of grade V students of 131 elementary school Palembang toward the teeth caries. The method used in this research is analitical method by using cross sectional design, taking samples technique by using total population way and the samples are 167 student of grade V. From The result of this study it was know that, 33.5% of children who have a low knowledge, 43.1% of children have negative attitudes and 59.3% of children experienced dental caries. From Chi square test results showed no relationship between knowledge of children with dental caries with p value of 0.036; there is a correlation between the attitudes of children with dental ceries with p value, 0.000. In order to decrease the number of teeth caries among students, it is hoped that school make a school teeth health unit (UKGS) and some mediators and teachers need to make a teeth health socialization so that the students can get more knowledge about teeth and mout health. The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. When a person has been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, he will experience changes in his life such as changes in behavior, social change, and psychological changes. These changes can be a mental pressure or psychological stressors for people with HIV/AIDS. Conditions like this, people with HIV / AIDS need a lot of support, one of which is the support of spirituality. Spirituality and praying aspects may not be separated from human life, either in health or unhealthy/ill condition. Closely, it is correlated with treatment process for patient with HIV/AIDS. The aim of research is to discovering spirituality and praying experience to patient with HIV/AIDS with the approach of the Calista Roy Nursing Theory. This research design is qualitative with phenomenology approach. Four participants had participated in this research by telling his/her related with spirituality and praying experience. Data collection conducted using of indeepth interview and using aid tool of interview guide, field research/notes, and document study. The data analyze using both Collaizi (1978) and software of QSR Nvivo. This research result reveals seven (7) themes those are: (1) sorrow process of HIV/AIDS patient; (2) family support to HIV/AIDS patient; (3) HIV/AIDS value against sufferer; (4) method of approaching God (5) essence of praying for HIV/AIDS sufferer; (6) life wishing/acceptance, and (7) nursery service wish. This research recommend for further research related with gender variance, increasing of service quality of nursery holistically and spiritual aspect more specifically as well as to grow caring attitude to implement nursery to patient. Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood, because the body is unable to release or use insulin adequately. There are several risk factors for diabetes, namely: diet, knowledge, offspring, obesity, infection, age, other diseases, drug consumption, and genetic syndromes. (Sutedjo, 2010). From the Medical Record of Pusri Hospital in Palembang City, the case of Diabetes Mellitus in 2013 was 728 cases. In 2014 the number of patients was 742 cases, in 2015 there were 774 cases. (Pusri Hospital Medical Record). The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between knowledge and dietary patterns of clients simultaneously with Diabetes Mellitus in the Outpatient Installation of Pusri Palembang Hospital in 2017. This type of research uses a cross sectional approach. Test the statistics used using the Chi-Square test. And the sample in this study was taken with a total population technique of 30 people. Bivariate analysis states that there is a significant relationship between diet and diabetes mellitus where p value = 0.002 is smaller than a = 0.05 and there is no significant relationship between knowledge simultaneously with the incidence of diabetes mellitus. Where p. value = 0.069 is greater with a = 0.05. Conclusions from this study that there is a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of diabetes mellitus and there is no significant relationship between knowledge with the incidence of diabetes mellitus. Suggestions from this study to the hospital. Pusri Palembang is in providing quality health services that should be improved in providing information and is expected to improve access to health services, especially regarding diabetes mellitus. Aim : The purpose of this research was the evaluate the efficacy of anti-cancer of active fraction of temu putih (Curcuma zedoaria) and their effects on expressetion caspase 3 in Hela cells in vitro Method: Do experimental study in Vitro the research population was whie the Hell cell meanwhile the research sample was HeLa cell that grow normally in cell number of 1 x 104 cell/well. The treatment group was ethanolextract, n-hexane fraction, ethyl acetatefraction and ethanol-water fraction of temu putih (Curcuma zedoaria ) were divided into 6 concentrations, that is 1000, 500, 250, 125, 62,5 dan 31,25 ug/ml; I negative control group ; and the positive control group of cispilatin with a concentration of 200, 100, 50, 25, 12,5 dan 6,25 ug/ml. the data were analyze SPSS Version 20. Result: The research findings showed that the n-hexane fraction of temu putih (Curcuma zedoaria) with the concentration of 154,261 ug/ml has the ability to induce apoptosis of 42.34% and increased the expression of caspase 3of 29,44% in Hell cells. Where as the IC50 Valuve of 20,823 ug/ml. Conclusion : I can be said that the n-hexane fraction has the equivalent ability tp cisplatin 200 mg/ml in inhibiting growth and its effect on the expression of caspase 3 in HeLa cells In Vitro Keywords : N-hexane fraction, Temu putih (Curcuma zedoaria), anti-cancer, HeLa cells, Caspase 3

Hypertermi is a condition when an individual experiences or risks experiencing a continuous increase in body temperature of more than 37.8 � C (100 � F) orally or 38.9 � C (101 � F) per rectal due to external factors. Hypertermi is the onset of symptoms in a disease, which begins with an increase in body temperature in the patient, and the usual initial action is to do a warm compress because warm compresses can lower the body temperature of patients with hyperthermia. Knowledge is the result of knowing that happens after someone observes a particular object, while attitude is a feeling of support or partiality or a feeling of not supporting or not favoring the object. Nurses who provide nursing care should have knowledge, and a good attitude in lowering body temperature. The impact of a lack of knowledge, and the attitude of nurses will result in an optimal decrease in heat in patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nurses' knowledge and attitudes towards the action of warm compresses in hypetermic patients in the Aster Childhood Disease Room at TK.II Hospital Dr.AK. Gani Palembang. The design of this study is quantitative descriptively, while the number of samples is 19 people. Samples taken using nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling method, the data used is primary data using a questionnaire, the respondents studied were nurses in the Aster Room, the time of the study during August 2017. The results obtained that the level of good knowledge is 73 , 7% (14 people), and nurses who have positive attitudes as many as 16 people (84.2%). The advice that can be given is to further improve the knowledge and attitudes of nurses about the action of warm compresses. Keyword : Knowledge, Attitude, Hypertermi, Warm Compress

Gastritis occurs in people who have an irregular diet and eat foods that stimulate stomach acid production. Prevalence The WHO gastritis incidence rate (2009) in several regions in Indonesia is quite high with a prevalence of 274,396 cases of 238,452,952 inhabitants. Based on the identification of the problem above many factors that can affect the incidence of gastritis, but researchers limit the problems to be examined namely the frequency, type and portion of the meal. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents in Sungai Menang Community Health Center 2017 Type of quantitative research with Cross Sectional study design. the number of 60 respondents taken by the Stratified random sampling method. The data obtained were then performed chi-square statistical test. Univariate analysis results showed 55% of the majority of respondents had gastritis, which had a frequency of poor eating as much as 65%, and there were 76.7% of respondents who consumed irritated food, and 50% of the respondents eat poorly. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test, the results of the analysis there is a relationship between the type of meal and gastritis (P value = 0.023), there is a relationship between diet and gastritis (P value = 0.000), there is no correlation between eating frequency and gastritis (P value = 0.165), and there is no relationship between eating portions and gastritis (P value = 0.436). It is expected that Puskesmas can provide counseling / health promotion by distributing structured and phased educational brochures, which can increase knowledge about controlling and preventing gastritis. Background of the Research:The intelectual disability of children is a condition of an abnormal intelligence function that is below average with their own inability appearing before the age of 18 years. Children with mental retardation have low development and intelligence and have difficulties in learning and adapting in the surrounding environment. Parenting patterns of children with intelectual disability is important for their development. Objective: To find out parenting patterns of children with mental retardation (intelectual disability) at SLB BaktiSiwiSleman. Method: This is a non-experimental quantitative research with descriptive approach. The sample of the research was 26 parents selected through total sampling techniques. The instrument was questionnaires. Technique of data analysis using data analysis diskritif with the method of percentage. Finding: The research found the parenting patterns of children with intelectual disability. The data analysis result of 26 respondents revealed that 16 parents (61, 5%) mostly implement authoritative/democratic parenting pattern as the parenting patterns of children with intelectual disability. Meanwhile, there are 2 parents (7, 7%) with permissive parenting patternsand there are 2 other parents implementing authoritarian parenting patterns. Conclusion: The parenting patterns of children with intelectual disability at SLB BaktiSiwiSleman show that there are 16 parents (61, 5%) of 26 parents implement authoritative parenting pattern. Abortion acts carried out by teenagers illegally have an impact, both physically and psychologically. Every year in Indonesia there is an increase in cases of abortion around 15% and of these 800,000 of them are carried out by young women who are still students. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on criminalis provocatus abortion on the level of knowledge of teenage girl.The research design used was pre-experimental one-group pre-post-test design to compare knowledge before and after being given health education about criminalis provocatus abortion. The study population was all teenage girl in the SMK Cokroaminoto Manado City, amounting to 49 people. The sample technique used is totall sampling, which is as many as 49 people. Analysis by Wilcoxon signed rank test. The test results have a significant influence on health education about criminalis provocatus abortion on the level of knowledge of teenage girl (a 5 0.05, p-value = 0,000). The conclusion is that health education about criminalis abortion has increased the knowledge of young women. Keywords: Abortus Provocatus Criminalis, Teenage Girl
