Background: Pre-eclampsia is a special condition during pregnancy where hypertension and proteinuria occur after 20 weeks of gestation in mothers who have had normal blood pressure. The number of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia in the Oesapa Health Center since 2014-2015 has increased. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of pre-eclampsia in the Oesapa Health Center. Methods: This study was an analytic observational study with a case control research design through a retrospective approach. Bivariate data analysis with Chi Square Test and multivariate analysis with Logistic Regression. Results: Bivariate test results obtained data that there are 3 variables that have a relationship with the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women, namely age (p value 0.000, p <α), gravida status (p value 0.001) and Record of hypertension in the family (p value 0.000). Two variables did not have a relationship between the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women, namely education (p value 0.488, p> α) and respondent's work (p value 0.899). In the multivariate analysis, the factor that most influence the incidence of pre-eclampsia is age (p value 0.000).Conclusions: Health workers need to improve antenatal care, so that they can take maximum preventive action against all risky pregnant women.

Anemia in Pregnant Women is a health problem during pregnancy. Where the state of decreased hemoglobin levels and the number of red blood cells below normal values. Increased need for iron nearly tripled for the needs of mothers and fetuses during pregnancy, anemia in pregnant women has an impact on morbidity and maternal death, the risk of low birth weight, premature birth. Anemia can also be avoided by consuming foods that often contain animal protein and vegetable protein. Iron (Fe) intake, knowledge, and family support have an important role in the incidence of anemia in pregnancy. This type of research is a cross sectional survey. The study was conducted in Johan Pahlawan Sub-district, West Aceh District. The population is all pregnant women trimester II and III of 54 pregnant women. Taking in total sampling, data analysis used Univariate analysis and Bivariate (Chi-Square test). The results of the study obtained a relationship between the knowledge factor with the P-value = 0.001 and the Family Support factor with a P-value = 0.004 with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Expected mothers are expected to know the importance of consuming iron (Fe) intake, extensive knowledge about the dangers of anemia during pregnancy and the importance of family support for pregnant women to avoid anemia.

Background: K4 is the fourth prenatal check-up visit for health workers to obtain antenatal care according to standards and to detect complications as early as possible during pregnancy. The K4 coverage in Batang-Batang Daya village, the working area of the Batang-Batang Puskesmas is still below the target in 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband's support and the decision of pregnant women in carrying out K4 examinations. Methods: The design of this study is analytic correlational with a cross-sectional study approach, the population of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy in Batang-Batang Daya Village in 2019 was 27 respondents, using total sampling techniques, husband's support data was collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire. K4 examination data used a checklist in the KIA book, and the statistical test used was Chi-Square with an expected value of less than 5. Result: The results showed that most of the pregnant women received support from their husbands as many as 20 people (74.1). Most of the pregnant women underwent a K4 examination (4th pregnancy visit), as many as 20 people (74.1%). The analysis result from the Chi-Square test shows the value (ρ) = 0.000. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the husband's support is related to the decision by pregnant women to carry out K4 examinations. Husbands should always provide support to their wives to carry out routine checks so that pregnant women are motivated to carry out K4 examinations, and are more confident about carrying out their pregnancy.

Based on data from the Kenten Laut Banyuasin Health Center in 2020, the number of pregnant women who made ANC visits was 87 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women and antenatal care examination visits. Methods This research method used a quantitative descriptive surver with a cross sectional approach and univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The population of this study were some pregnant women who visited were taken randomly at the Kenten Laut Banyuasin Health Center in 2020, with a total population of 32 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about ANC with ANC visits at the Kenten Laut Banyuasin Health Center in 2020 with a value of 0.008 <0.005. Therefore it is important for pregnant women to carry out prenatal examinations from the beginning so that it will be easier to know the baby's development and can detect signs of danger early to prevent complications early.                    Conclusion There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about ANC with ANC visits at the Kenten Laut Banyuasin Health Center in 2020 with a value of 0.008 < 0.005.                    Suggestions are expected for future researchers to conduct research on antenatal care with more interesting variables so that they can be studied more about antenatal care examinations and can be reviewed about the problems that exist in pregnant women so that pregnant women are healthier and of higher quality.  Keywords : antenatal care visits, knowledge of pregnant women, maternal mortality ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Asuhan antenatal care penting untuk menjamin agar proses alamiah tetap berjalan normal selama kehamilan. Anemia is an indicator of poor nutrition and health. The most common cause of anemia worldwide is iron deficiency, due to a prolonged iron imbalance caused by iron intake or food intake that is not strong. Iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women can affect the growth and development of the fetus or baby during pregnancy and afterwards. Factors that influence anemia in pregnant women include knowledge and direct factors that influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, namely the risk of chronic energy shortage (CES). The research objective to be achieved based on the above problem formulation is to know the relationship between nutritional knowledge and chronic energy shortages with anemia in pregnant women at Alalak Selatan Health Center. The study uses a quantitative descriptive design using accidental sampling technique approach by taking respondents who come to Alalak Selatan Health Center 2. Samples used in this study as many as 57 respondents, with data analysis using the Chi Square test. The results showed a significance of 0,000
