Facilitation of Development Planning is very urgent and vital as an instrument to increase effectiveness in building synergy in terms of regional development in accordance with the mandate of the law on national development planning, namely in accordance with Permendagri Number 86 of 2017. Regarding the issuance of the Minutes is not quite right than the issuance of the Governor's Decree, the Javanese provincial government should be publishing the provisions of the results of facilitation that have been carried out.The Kendal Regency Government also seeks to ask the provincial government to establish a governor's decree so that it can form the basis of the legal umbrella of regional development planning, which is in accordance with the substance of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017, relating to the Regional Development planning process in Kendal District, which was previously in 2016 has been amended by the new regulation by referring to Permendagri regulation No. 86 of 2017, Kendal District Government seeks to ask the Governor of Central Java as the provincial government to provide facilitation that is in accordance with Kendal Regency characteristics, with reference to the effectiveness of the time given so that the bureaucracy that is built can be effective and efficient.Keywords: Facilitation, Juridical, Regional Development Planning

The purpose of this article is to describe the construction of the bridge spanning the Chomutovka river valley as a part of the road I/27 bypassing the village of Velemyšleves. The investor of this project is Ředitelství silnic a dálnic ČR, správa Chomutov (Directorate for Roads and Motorways of the Czech Republic, division Chomutov). The general constructor of the entire project is the association of companies Silnice Group a.s. and AZ sanace a.s., the constructor of the foundations and the pile foundation is AZ Sanace a.s. and the constructor of the bridge is SMP CZ, a.s. The project execution documentation was carried out by the planning agency NOVÁK & PARTNER s.r.o. The designer and lead construction engineer of the project is Doc. Ing. Lukáš Vráblík, Ph.D.The structure is a seven-span bridge with a total length of 537 m. The load bearing structure, constructed using cantilever casting and supporting construction, consists of a seven-span continuous box girder with two frame connections. The whole structure is to be opened for public use by the end of this year.

The Sacramento, California, region has been engaged in an innovative long-range visioning process in 2004 and 2005; the regional transportation planning agency is defining and modeling several 50-year growth scenarios. The authors worked with environmental and social equity citizens’ groups to define policies that would reduce emissions, serve lower-income travelers better, and preserve habitats and agricultural lands in the region. The citizens’ groups rejected the new freeways planned for the region as well as the substantial freeway widenings for high-occupancy vehicle lanes. In addition, they defined a more ambitious transit system, involving new bus rapid transit lines and shorter headways for all rail and bus service. This transit-only plan was modeled by itself and along with a land use policy for an urban growth boundary and a pricing policy for higher fuel taxes and parking charges for work trips. A new version of the MEPLAN model was used to simulate these scenarios over 50 years, and findings about total travel, mode shares, congestion, emissions, land use changes, and economic welfare of travelers are described.

This paper aims to analyze whether Coordination and synchronization of programs or activities and budgeting in regional development planning agency is possible. Lack of synchronization and coordination between SKPD externally so as to affect the quality of development planning. The Relationship Between Strategic Planning and Budgeting Is expected to play a role other than as a control tool, but it can also be used as a performance quality appraisal tool, as well as a tool for the realization of a clean and authoritative government (good governance). There are relationship between strategic planning in Regional Development Planning Agency of sukabumi city  (Renstra) and its budgeting. The relationship particularly can be seen in the flow of Renstra (from vision to activities) and the achievement from targets.

An important and clearly marked recent trend in American government is that in the direction of systematic planning—local, state, and national. City planning has developed for the last twenty years, and there are now some 700 city planning agencies. The activities of these boards have been halted somewhat during the depression, although some 9,000 workers under the C.W.A. aided in the development of city plans in 1934.
