Television as an information technology that has a positive and negative impact on children, one of which is bullying. Children who have copycat characteristics will easily imitate scenes on television without supervision. The shows that are often aired and in demand by children are the animated films Adit and Sopo Jarwo, Tom and Jerry, Sponge Bob and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of television films on bully behavior in TK Al-Mawaddah Aneuk Galong Baro, Suka Makmur District, Aceh Besar. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The population of this research was all students of TK Al-Mawaddah Gampong Aneuk Galong Baro totaling 96 children. The research sample was taken. The sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, with various considerations taken as many as 10 children who indicated bullying behavior. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis, namely describing and interpreting the data obtained in the field from the informants, with steps of presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the animated film Adit Spoe Jarwo on MCTV, Tom and Jerry on RCTI and Spangebob on Global TV had a negative impact on children's behavior, one of which was bullying. Children tend to imitate and practice the scenes in the animated film in real life. Among the behaviors that are often shown by children, namely hitting, lying, chasing after, laughing at and taunting friends. Abstrak Televisi sebagai salah satu teknologi informasi yang memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif bagi anak salah atunya adalah perilaku bully. Anak yang memiliki sifat peniru akan dengan mudah meniru adegan dalam tayangan televisi jika tanpa adanya pengawasan. Tontonan yang sering tayang dan diminati anak yaitu film animasi Adit dan Sopo Jarwo, Tom and Jerry, Sponge Bob dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak tayangan televisi film terhadap prilaku bully di TK Al-Mawaddah Aneuk Galong Baro Kecamatan Suka Makmur Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid TK Al-Mawaddah Gampong Aneuk Galong Baro berjumlah 96 anak. Sampel penelitian diambil Penarikan sampel dilakuan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan berbagai pertimbangan  sampel diambil sebanyak 10 anak yang terindikasi melakukan prilaku bully. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif yaitu menguraikan serta menginterpretasikan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dari para informan, dengan langkah penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film animasi Adit Spoe Jarwo di MCTV, Tom and Jerry  di RCTI dan Spangebob di Global TV memberikan dampak negatif terhadap perilaku anak salah satunya adalah prilaku bully. Anak cenderung meniru dan mempraktekkan adegan dalam film animasi tersebut dalam kehidupan nyata. Diantara perilaku yang sering ditunjukkan anak yaitu memukul, berbohong, kejar kejaran, menertawakan dan mengejek teman. Kata Kunci:  Film Animasi Anak, Perilaku Bullying

Based on the observation of the writer it can be indicated that low level of ability of football player base of SSB SKB MuaraBungo. There are some factors caused this, such as exercise methods, physical conditions, nutritional status and infrastructure facilities. This study  aims to explain the influence of the self-inspection style and the convergent style of the dribbling ability of football. The population in this study is SSB players SKB MuaraBungo (U.13-U.15) which amounted to 75 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples.Moreover, the data of dribbling soccer capability is taken by the coach and the research team. The test instrument is dribbling test. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of data analysis shows that: 1) there is impact of self-check force toward dribbling ability of player SSB SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,132>ttable 2,145; 2) the impact of convergent style on dribbling ability of SSB players SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,613>ttable 2,145,3 ) self-check style is more effective than convergent style to increase dribbling ability of SSB SKB player with tcount of 7,132>ttable 2,145 for self check style and ttest result 7,613>ttable 2,145 for convergent style, which means there is difference between the two styles.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This research made to understand and to analyis if profitability have a relevant effect on firm value and the impact of managerial ownership on firm value with profitability. This research  performed on mining companies that recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchanged in the year 2012-2016. Technique sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. And for the hyphotesis using t test with help from software SPSS statistics 23.0. The result of this research explains that profitability have a significant impact on firm value. It means if profitability increasing then the value firm will increase too and the otherwise if firm value is decreasing then profitability will decrease too. While managerial ownership have a significant and negatif effect to relationship on profitability with firm value. It means that if managerial ownership is increasing then it will decrease the firm value. This result support theory Demsetz (1983), Fama dan Jensen (1983) which shows that in some stages the firm value not always have positive linier related on managerial ownership level.

The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this </em><em>research</em><em> was to</em><em> determine</em><em> the effect of </em><em>celebgram</em><em> credibility and trust on </em><em>intention to buy.</em> <em>The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. </em><em>The sample used in this </em><em>research</em><em> were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM </em><em>.T</em><em>he results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 6</em><em>3</em><em>.5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 &lt;0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bleep test. Purpose: This research aims at finding out the effect of entrepreneurship education on people’s entrepreneurship intention. Methodology: The subject of the research includes 18 persons of Wedomartani village, Sleman regency, Yogyakarta with the characteristics of having no jobs, having been married, and male or female incapable of handling waste for entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses a Wilcoxon test. Results: The result of the analysis is Z = -2.102 and p = 0.018 (1-tailed), with p<0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the people's entrepreneurship intention before and after entrepreneurship education. So entrepreneurship education is effective in improving the people's entrepreneurship intention. Implications: People’s intention to convert waste into marketable goods is still low so that the waste spoils the environment. Therefore, entrepreneurship education is needed to rouse their intention in doing it.

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  test  and  analyze  1)  Influence  simultaneously  variable  of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis 1) Pengaruh secara simultan variabel kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 2) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 3) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil Uji F, variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Variabel kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah.

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari; 2) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari; 3) Is there an effect of satisfaction on the performance of the employees of PT. Natafari; 4) Is there any influence of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari 2) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the performance of PT Natafari employees; 3) To determine the effect of satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari 4) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. This type of research is associative research. The variables used are compensation, career development, satisfaction and employee performance. The sample used is 70 people with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results show that 1) there is a significant effect of compensation on satisfaction and there is no influence on career development on satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of compensation and career development on employee performance 3) there is a significant effect of satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a significant effect on compensation and career development about employee performance through satisfaction.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu gaya hidup, persepsi, kepercayaan, dan promosi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta angkatan 2016-2019 yang pernah dan sedang menggunakan OVO. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya hidup, persepsi, kepercayaan dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Keputusan penggunaan OVO pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta dipengaruhi oleh keempat variabel bebas tersebut sebesar 46,1% dan sisanya 53,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Abstract: The study aimed to determine the factors that influence the decision to use OVO in students of the Faculty of Economics at Yogyakarta State University both partially and simultaneously. The factors examined in this study are lifestyle, perception, trust, and promotion. This study was included in an associative survey with a quantitative approach. Population in this study were all undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics Yogyakarta State University class of 2016-2019 who have and are currently using OVO. The sampling technique using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 250 respondent. Data analysis technique was linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of lifestyle, perception, trust, and promotion as a partial and simultaneous decision to use OVO. The decision to use OVO on students of the Faculty Economics Yogyakarta State University was affected by the four independent variables by 46,1%. In contrast, the remaining 53,9% is affected by other variables, not under study.
