This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Dividend Policy on Company Value in financial companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.  This study used a sample of 11 companies.  The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.  The results showed that, partially, Return On Assets (ROA) had an effect on company value, and Dividend Policy had no effect on Company Value.  However, simultaneously, Return On Assets (ROA) and Dividend Policy have an effect on Company Value

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on company value (PBV) with profitability (ROE) and leverage (DER) as moderation variable at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling technique is purposive sampling so the number of sample obtained are 16 companies, with year observation period are 2013-2016. Analysis technique used in this research is inferential statistic (regression linear) using Gretl, with 5 percent of level significant. It also performed descriptive statistic that include mean, median, minimum, maximum, and std. deviation. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value. Profitability is not able to moderate the influence of dividend policy on firm value and leverage can strengthen the influence of dividend policy on the value of companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keywords: Dividend Policy; Company Value; Profitability and Leverage

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and profitability on company value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in Consumer Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The population in this study is a Consumer Industry Companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 17 companies with 4 years of observation to 68 observations. The data analysis tool uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on company value, profitability has no effect on company value, dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of debt to equity ratio and profitability on company value and dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on company value. Debt to equity ratio and profitability can explain the value of the company value by 62.7% while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other variables. Suggestions for company value to be able to pay attention and regulate as well as possible the level of utilization of the profits obtained and the determination of dividends to be distributed to investors in making decisions related to increasing company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and company growth on company value, with profitability as the intervening variable, in the finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study was all finance companies listed on IDX for the period of 2015 and 2016. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with the sample consisted of 12 finance companies. Data used were financial data sourced from the website of IDX. Data were analyzed using path analysis with two equations, i.e., the factors affecting company value and the factors affecting company profitability. Results of the study showed that debt policy, dividend policy, company growth, and profitability have no significant effect on company value. This study also found that debt policy and company growth  have no significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy significantly affects profitability. This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy and profitability on company's value. The sample in this study were taken by using purposive sampling technique so that the obtained sample of 22 companies 2012-2016. The results of this study indicated that the dividend policy  affect on company's value. Debt policy does not affect on company's value. Profitability affect (ROE) on company's value, while ROA does not affect on company's value.Keywords: Dividend Policy (DPR), Debt Policy (DER), Profitability (ROE), (ROA), Company Value (PER).  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakan dividen,kebijakan hutang dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan dari tahun 2012 -2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen (DPR) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan hutang (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Kebijakan Hutang (DER), Profitabilitas (ROE), (ROE), Nilai Perusahaan (PER).

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Corporate Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure and Return On Equity Against Dividend Policy. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013 until 2015 as many as 131 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique so that resulted 22 company. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that company growth does not influence Dividend Policy, while Company Size, Capital Structure and Return on Equity influence to dividend policy.</em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return On Equity</em> Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015 sebanyak 131 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> sehingga dihasilkan 22 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return on Equity </em>berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan dividen.</p>

Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

This study aims to determine Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy and Intellectual Capital Policy on Corporate Value with Profitability as an intervening variable in real estate and property companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2018. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data on research were 6 companies was obtained so that the research data were 42. The analysis technique used was multiple regression and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Dividend Policy affect Profitability, Managerial Ownership does not affects to Profitability and Intellectual Capital does not affect Profitability. Further, Managerial Ownership, Return on Assets, and Intellectual Capital does not affects the Value of the Company, Dividend Policy effect the Company Value. Profitability is an intervening variable between Dividend Policy on Firm Value, Profitability is not an intervening variable between Managerial Ownership of Company Value and Profitability is not an intervening variable between Intellectual Capital.

Salah satu tujuan perusahaan adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan atau memaksimalkan kekayaan pemegang saham (stockholders) melalui peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh bebrapa faktor, diantaranya ialah jumlah aset perusahaan dan seberapa lama perusahaan berdiri dan juga melalui tata kelola perusahaan yang baik atau good corporate governance (GCG). Nilai suatu perusahaan dapat dikatakan baik apabila tata kelola perusahan dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dengan menerapkan GCG yang baik akan meningkatkan keuntungan dan mengurangi risiko kerugian di masa yang akan datang sehinga dapat mengangkat nilai perusahaan.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) secara langsung dan tidak langsung dengan adanya profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2018. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 16 perusahaan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS).             Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan proksi Return On Asset. Profitabilitas dengan proksi Return On Asset berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan proksi Price Book Value. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price Book Value melalui profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Asset. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas   Abstrac   One of the company's goals is to increase welfare or maximize the wealth of shareholders (stockholders) by increasing the value of the company. Company value can be influenced by several factors, including the amount of company assets and how long the company stands and through Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The value of a good company as if the governance of the company is implemented well. By implementing good, GCG will increase profits and reduce the risk of loss in the future. So it can lift the value of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) both directly and indirectly with profitability on a company value. This research is conducted at state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. The sample selection of this study is based on the purposive sampling method and obtained 16 sample companies using Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques.             The results of this study indicated that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) impacted the significant effect on company value. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no impact on profitability with the Return On Assets proxy. While profitability with the Return On Asset proxy is not affected by the value of the company with a Value Book Value proxy. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has an indirect effect on the value of the company as measured by the Price of the Book Price through profitability using Return on Assets.
