The purpose of the article was to carry out an analysis of the experience of implementing Internet projects in the formation of the professional competence of students. The study involved 154 students aged 20 to 23 years. The article reveals the scale of general self-efficacy of R. Schwarzer and M. Erusalem and the Karpov reflexivity questionnaire as methods that allow determining the student's ability to independently navigate in conditions of uncertainty and solve professional problems, correct their actions to achieve the best result. The effectiveness of the Internet design of students of higher educational institutions was calculated as a percentage of the maximum possible result.

Purpose of the article: analysis of the process of Internet design in the modern educational environment. Methodology: The article presents the results of a survey of students of higher educational institutions “Assessment of the impact of Internet projects on professional self-development", about the dynamics of the participation of students from professional educational institutions in the design of the Internet for three years. Conclusions. According to the research, the number of participants in Internet projects is growing, and the popularity of such contests is increasing. Participation in the Internet project provides the student an opportunity for promising employments.

The article reveals the significance of the valeological component of the process of forming professional competence among students of higher educational institutions. The highlighted problem is relevant in connection with the epidemic situation that has arisen in many countries of the world. Is emphasized the need to improve the forms and methods of work in educational institutions, which should be implemented on the basis of health-preserving training of future specialists. The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of "professional competence" and "valeology". It was found that most researchers consider the concept of "professional competence" as an integrative unit, which is a readiness for professional activity and includes a set of knowledge, skills and personal qualities due to socio-economic conditions. Attention is paid to scientific works, where professional competence is considered as a continuous aspiration of a person to self-realization and self-improvement. It is noted that the manifestation of professional competence is possible as a result of a harmonious combination of psychological, physical, emotional and intellectual components of the personality, which is real only in the presence of a good state of human health. It was confirmed that in the process of forming professional competence among future specialists of higher educational institutions, valeology appears as a necessary discipline and philosophy of life. The main provisions of valeology, based on health-preserving principles and technologies, have been determined. They must be realized in harmonious unity with the environment, which is an indispensable basis for a human's personal and professional life in a civilized society. It has been proved that valeology is an important component of the process of forming professional competence in future specialists of higher educational institutions as a discipline and value reference.

The process of building students' competence must meet modern requirements and include the use of innovative technologies. The development trends of modern society have led to the emergence of a competency-based approach in vocational education. In the process of building professional competence, it is necessary to use technologies that meet the requirements of the Federal state educational standards which contribute to the development of practical focus of training. Among such technologies we single out technologies for holding a round table. The technologies of the round table are not new, but due to combination with various innovative technologies, they become more relevant. The implementation of the round table in the training of vocational education teachers is a discussion process that speculates about a relevant topic requiring a comprehensive analysis. Modern conditions provide arrangements of round tables with their own specifics. The purpose of the article is to identify the effectiveness of holding round tables in students’ preparation in higher educational institutions. The article presents basic principles on which the technology of the round table is based, its ideas and essence, as well as the features of its holding. A study conducted at a pedagogical university during the training of vocational education teachers is presented. It showed the need for implementing round-table technologies in preparing students for future professional activities, as the ones allowing students to build effective discussions, negotiate based on arguments and facts. We have identified the effectiveness of the "round tables" in the training of students in higher educational institutions. The study made it possible to establish the level of students’ preparedness for conducting effective discussions for the implementation of future professional activities in secondary vocational educational institutions. The technology of the round table allows to increase the knowledge level of students. The results can be used in students’ training in various faculties.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

In the publication the scientific-theoretical and methodological monographic study of V. S. Kruglyk "The system of training of future software engineers for the professional activity at higher educational institutions" has been analyzed, the study reflects the author conceptual approach to the scientific understanding of the problem of training software engineers for professional activities. The structure and content of the monograph have been analyzed; the scientific novelty of the research which consists in the development and substantiation of the author pedagogical system of training future software engineers for their professional activity and the structure of professional competence of a software engineer has been highlighted.

The article presents the problem of forming professional competence of the students of higher educational institutions while teaching science of law. By means of studying and analyzing science and methodical literature the concepts “competence” and “professional competence” are defined. To form professional competence the author offers the tasks to solve which it is necessary to use information and communication technologies. It is noted that the offered means give additional opportunities to form professional competence, contribute to improving information literacy of the students of higher educational institutions and realizing their legal possibilities. The relevance of the article is determined by the necessity of forming professional competence of the students of higher educational institutions by means of using information and communication technologies while teaching the course of science of law. An experiment was conducted on the basis of the Donbas National Academy of Building and Architecture.

Distance learning around the world has set new requirements for educational institutions and particularly for the students. Self-efficacy is one of the essential factors for success. Self-efficacy in an online learning environment is related to the confidence in one's ability to succeed, knowledge and ability to use the technology, and the casualness of success in the new education model, which is evolving rapidly from Education 2.0. to Education 4.0. A survey was conducted among 134 students from higher educational institutions (HEIs). The results of the study demonstrate that self-assessment,  emotional responses, motivation for academic success, and self-referential information of students in HEIs regarding the learning content are unstable.  A rise in the knowledge and usage of various electronic devices and electronic resources has been reported along with a rise in cognitive load. There is an effect of cognitive distortion on mastering the learning content and setting more challenging goals in terms of the transition from the traditional model of learning to distance learning and on their learning competencies .

The expediency of research on the problem of optimizing the educational environment management in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions that train officers for professional activities considering the gender aspect is due to a number of factors, the main one of which is Ukraine’s desire to integrate into the European and world space, where for the most part is the management of various spheres, including educational one, takes into account the gender principle of equality. The purpose of the article The purpose of the article is to outline the ways to optimize the educational environment management of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions, taking into account the gender component in the educational process. Results. The article notes that in order to form a future officer as a person and as a representative of the intellectual resource of society, educational management of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions should take into account the latest approaches, including the gender-oriented one, in order to implement the philosophy of the XXI-st century education. It is concluded that the optimization of educational environment of higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions taking into account the gender marker leads to positive results, namely: overcoming certain socio-pedagogical contradictions, significant contribution to improving the methodological principles of future officers’ training; accelerating the development of a culture of relations between male and female officers on the basis of mutual respect, tolerance, etc. Value. The introduction of a gender component in the educational institutions management with specific learning conditions will ensure the officers’ formation of the new formation, who by their professional and personal qualities will be ready to perform various difficult tasks and decisions making in difficult life situations, and their professional competence will meet the requirements of international educational standards. The objective of the article is constructing of the two-factor model on the basis of the statistical material of the Webometric Rating of Universities, which analytically describes the status of Ukrainian higher educational institutions in terms of Webometrics indicators, provides an opportunity for its quantitative and qualitative analysis and forecasting of development trends of market educational services and marketing research in this area. The statistical analysis of the data of the Webometric Rating of Universities was conducted using the professional statistical information processing program STATGRAPHICS Centurion XV.I. Analytical relations are obtained using the Pade approximation technique. Mathematical editor Maple has been used to visualize the results of research and illustrate a qualitative picture of the rating of Ukrainian universities in the Internet space using the Webometric Indicators system. A two-factor model of the state and forecast of academic representation of Ukrainian universities according to Webometric rating is constructed. Using the proposed model, an analytical expression is obtained that allows for quantitative and qualitative assessments of the world ranking of higher educational institutions of Ukraine in the Web-indicators system Webometrix in order to increase their academic presence on the Internet, to strengthen the international authority and raise the national science school as a whole for a qualitatively new degree of development. The scientific novelty of the work is in the inclusion in the model of the time factor, the availability of which makes it possible, firstly, to extend the statistical material used in time and, secondly, to predict the trends and prospects of presentation in the Internet space of Ukrainian universities as advanced research centers. The main results of the work can be useful as a methodological material during the educational process in higher educational institutions, in the training and improvement of the skills of management personnel, in developing programs for reforming the educational process in higher education in order to bring it closer to European requirements and achieve the level of the best world universities. The presented methodology and data analysis algorithm can be generalized to evaluate rating systems of other nature: when evaluating students' educational and community work, financial analysis, in particular, to assess the probability of default of non-lending organizations, to determine the reliability of commercial banks, to conduct sociological tests, and surveys, medical and biological research and other areas of public administration.
