The research study about first to find out the reasons for the judge declaring a lawsuit unclear or obscure (obscuur libel) and second is to find out the consequences of an unclear or obscure lawsuit (obscuur libel). In this study using qualitative data analysis. The approach method in this research is to use a normative juridical approach, namely an approach that is carried out by collecting secondary data. The results of this study were (1) The reason the judge stated that a lawsuit was unclear or obscure (obscuur libel) were nine factors that caused the claim submitted by the plaintiff to be unacceptable. The nine factors are: (a) The identity of the parties (Plaintiff and Defendant). (b) The object of the lawsuit being litigated is unclear. (c) Petitum lawsuit exceeds the claim posita. (d) Power of attorney does not meet the requirements. (e) The lawsuit is filed by an underage / incapable person. (f) Claims are not filed on time. (g) Incomplete parties. (h) The court is not competent to hear the claim that is submitted. (i) The grounds of the plaintiff's rights are not clear. (2) As a result of a lawsuit is unclear or obscure (obscuur libel), then the person concerned does not accept such a decision, because the decision does not give satisfaction to what he wants from the claim as stated in the lawsuit. Because the verdict cannot be accepted in practice in the District Court based on the consideration that the plaintiff's claim is unacceptable, in fact it is a consideration regarding the subject matter of the case, namely whether the plaintiff is the owner or entitled to the suspect land, it is more appropriate to declare the claim rejected. Therefore, the plaintiff's unclear rights to the object of the lawsuit in dispute are not appropriate to be used as legal considerations to declare the claim unacceptable.

This paper describes, knows, understands, and analyzes self-evaluation from the perspective of surah Al-Isrā verse 14. Self-evaluation in psychology is called self-introspection, which means self-correction, while in Islam, it is called muḥāsabah or muḥāsabah al-nafṣ. Muḥāsabah, in the person of a Muslim in particular, is an attempt to count and evaluate himself, how many sins he has committed and what good he has not done. This study is qualitative research under the literature study method, which focuses on the question of self-evolution from the perspective of surah Al-Isra verse 14. The data source comes from the ministry of religious affairs' translation of the Qur'an, and books related to self-evaluation contain self-evaluation from surah Al-Isra' verse 14. Data were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis method. Self-evaluation in QS Al-Isra': 14refers to the word al-ḥisāb, if an evaluation may be done by oneself on all the deeds that have been done. Explaining this, in surah Al-Isrā'a verse 14, Allah evaluates His creatures on the day of reckoning (the trial of the Hereafter). Therefore it is a man who is commanded to judge his own deeds. Suppose it is associated with the point of evaluation of education. In that case, the meaning of al-ḥisāb indicates that the assessment results depend on the intensity of the subject in completing the exam question. Therefore, the task of educators is to motivate the subject of the learner to learn and maximum when completing the exam question seriously.

This chapter provides an overview of selected qualitative data analysis strategies with a particular focus on codes and coding. Preparatory strategies for a qualitative research study and data management are first outlined. Six coding methods are then profiled using comparable interview data: process coding, in vivo coding, descriptive coding, values coding, dramaturgical coding, and versus coding. Strategies for constructing themes and assertions from the data follow. Analytic memo writing is woven throughout as a method for generating additional analytic insight. Next, display and arts-based strategies are provided, followed by recommended qualitative data analytic software programs and a discussion on verifying the researcher’s analytic findings.

- Self-efficacy beliefs are an important basis for action: to analyze physicians' and patients' communicative self-efficacy perception is the first step to understand how they relate. However, in the literature, there aren't specific studies on the subject. In light of this background a survey was conducted, which aims to explore specific issues within doctor-patient relationship, in the eyes of hospital doctors, with the aim of investigating their communicative self-efficacy beliefs and the role they attribute to communication. Twenty hospital doctors working in five public Campanian hospitals were interviewed. Through a computerassisted qualitative data analysis the contents of the transcripts of the interviews were analysed. The results of this study contribute to bring new conceptual topics to the research on the subject and to outline the methodological framework against which to build an instrument for assessing doctor's communicative self-efficacy; finally, in a operational dimension, they will encourage the creation of targeted trainingKey words: doctor-patient communication, communication self-efficacy, hospital, interview, computer assisted qualitative data analysisParole chiave: comunicazione m-p, percezioni di autoefficacia comunicativa, ospedale, intervista, analisi del testo software-assistita

The primary purpose of this article is to provide family physician researchers interested in conducting a qualitative research study a concise guide to the analysis. Drawing from approaches outlined in popular research methodology textbooks and employing an exemplar from a minority health disparities research study, this article outlines specific steps useful for researchers and practitioners in the field of family medicine. This process of qualitative data analysis is situated within the larger framework of qualitative research to better position those new to qualitative designs to more effectively conduct their studies. A 10-step process useful for guiding qualitative data analysis is provided. The 10 steps include (1) assembling data for analysis, (2) refamiliarising oneself with the data, (3) open or initial coding procedures, (4) generating categories and assigning codes to them, (5) generating themes from categories, (6) strategies of validation, (7) interpreting and reporting findings from the participants, (8) interpreting and reporting findings from the literature, (9) visual representations of data and findings, and (10) strengths, limitations, delimitations and suggestions for future research. This work provides clear and accessible guidelines for conducting qualitative data analysis for emerging researchers that is applicable across a wide array of topics, disciplines and settings.
