The research is dedicated to the collector of the “new times” Evgeny Nutovich. He restored the main process of private collecting in the Soviet Thaw (Ottepel) Period — 1950–1960 years, which was interrupted for a long time, and the interest in the new phenomena in Russian arts. The analysis of the process of collecting shows us special origins and methods used by E. Nutovich, and the circle of painters represented in his collection. The very important is the understanding of the unique place of his creation among collections of his time and special value of it for modern cultural community.

Bronze sickles are among the most numerous types of artefacts discovered in Late Bronze Age assemblages in Europe, and they have been found in particularly large numbers in the Carpathian Basin. Since their form has barely changed during the last few thousand years and they are generally regarded as having a very ordinary function, for a long time they had failed to spark research interest. Nevertheless, detailed analysis of their find contexts and condition, as well as their comparison with historical, anthropological, and ethnographic observations reveal that they may have had diverse meanings, a greater significance than previously thought, and a special value for the people of the Bronze Age.

Mountain Kopaonik in the central part of Serbia (Yugoslavia), with a number of specificities has drawn the attention of research workers of various protesstons for a long time. Kopaonik has become a centre of new phenomena, processes, elements and factors. Many of them may should become the subject of modern scientific research, because it seems that field practice is far ahead from the adequate scientifically justified and confirmed solutions. Special problems are preserva.tion, protection and development of nature on mountain Kopaonik. This is of an importance for a number of activities on the mountain, for the present and future. It seems that the protection of Kopaonik will give best results if it is based on the principles of conception of active protection of nature, which has more followers, because it is theoretically and practically porposeful, scientIfically reasonable, in many cases literally confirmed and universal.

Presenting fashion in a museum involves not only technical but also methodological questions. For a long time, the presentation of clothing was dominated by a chronological approach which underlined stylistic changes. The 1980s and 1990s brought some change to the catwalks; designers from Japan suggested clothes which did not match the European canons. Many representatives of the Old Continent then followed in their footsteps. In order to describe those new phenomena, in the mid-1990s a new term appeared – deconstruction of fashion. This referred not only to aesthetics but also to the whole system. The way people wrote and spoke about fashion could not remain unaffected by such material changes, and the number of research perspectives increased quite rapidly. Recently, a trend which may be referred to as the turn towards materiality – focusing on the object and making it a starting point for discussion can be seen to gain strength. It has recently been summarised by Mida and Alexandra Kim in their book The Dress Detective. A Practical Guide to Object- Based Research in Fashion, which also discussed the practical side of research into clothing. The authors’ suggestions are also an incentive to look for new contexts for objects which have already been collected.

Summary Subject and purpose of work: The work presents the emergence and shaping of basic economic issues since the dawn of human economic activity. Contemporary views on important economic issues have their roots in antiquity. The shaping of concepts such as money, interest, contract, credit as a part of the law, began a long time ago and exerted an influence on the way they are understood today. Materials and methods: The basis for the considerations is the study of literature on the history of the development of economics and the science of management in economic, philosophical and ethical aspects. The work has shown the non-linear nature of the development of new phenomena emerging in volatile political, technical, religious and moral conditions, which are largely spontaneous, and a reciprocal overlap of various fields of knowledge in a general and individual sense. Particular discoverers were found to present a wide spectrum of interests. Results: Historically, the development of economic knowledge began with the issues from the border of economics and management, from microeconomics (household) to macroeconomics (money); little information concerns large undertakings such as irrigation systems, pyramids or waging wars. Conclusions: Generally speaking - monarchs’ edicts came before the deliberations of thinkers, concrete reasoning came before abstract considerations.

The aim of the article is to study the peculiarities of the domestic system of state financial support of agricultural producers and highlight on this basis the conceptual approaches to the formation of the mechanism of state financial support of agricultural producers with the definition of its key elements. Based on the analysis of normative legal acts, the peculiarities of providing state financial support to agricultural producers throughout the period of Ukraine’s independence were clarified and the evolutionary transformation of forms of such support was established. It was found that for a long time financial support to agricultural producers was provided mainly in the form of indirect support, based on the use of a system of tax benefits (there was a special tax regime in the form of a fixed agricultural tax and a special value added tax regime). Only in recent years, after the abolition of the special regime of value added tax, direct support for agricultural producers became a priority. Analysis of the effectiveness of state support for agriculture, based on data from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, shows that compared to EU countries, the level of state financial support for agricultural producers in Ukraine remains quite low, and the assessment of support indicates its inefficiency. In order to solve the problems of ensuring the effectiveness of state financial support for agricultural producers, the feasibility of forming a mechanism of state financial support for agricultural producers is substantiated, conceptual approaches to its construction and content are identified and key elements are identified. Based on the author's approach to understanding the concept of "mechanism" and highlighted domestic features of providing state financial support to agricultural producers, the author's interpretation of the concept of "mechanism of state financial support of agricultural producers" is proposed. This a mechanism is a system of financial relations that arise between the state and agricultural producers in the relevant institutional environment, based on certain principles and conditions, provide for the use of forms and tools that can stimulate agricultural production and provide favorable conditions for agricultural development.

Placement of funds at this time in the hope of future gain is essentially the investment, on the other hand that the output is used by private companies to produce output in the future is called investment. Value of investment based on business valuation means the value of an asset or to specify or memprospektifkan ownership. Type this value into account ownership of the knowledge, skills, expectations of risk and earnings potential, as well as other factors. The benefits of the investment will be felt in the period tertentu.Namun how investment can be measured and the known benefitsare appropriate in pengimplemtasiannya. The concept of Val IT Framework 2.0, which was initiated by the Information Technology Governance Institute (ITGI) (2008), through the experience of a set team of practitioners, academics, and practices, some of the methodologies, and research to develop the Val IT framework. Development of the Val IT framework with several research activities, publications and support services. Val IT consists of a set of basic principles and the three main processes for measuring the value of IT Value Gavenance, Portfolio Managament, Investment Management.Masing these 3 main process then broken down into several sub-items. Through the business case method can provide a complete picture and transparent to the management on the benefits of an investment and helps the management to make decisions on investment, so it can be used as controls achieving the expected value of an investment in Information Technology. Keywords: IT investments, Val IT, Business Case.

If young seedlings of pisum sativum or Vicia faba are decapitated in the epicotyl, the axillary buds of the cotyledons grow out, so that plants are formed with two shoots springing from the same level. If one grows a dated of such plants—" two-shoot plants," as they will be called—one finds that in some of them the shoots are very unequal from the start. In these plants the reader shoot very soon stops growing, often when it is only a few millimetres long, and after some weeds it dies. This is clearly because it is inhibited by the stronger shoot, for If the stronger shoot is removed before the weaker shoot has stopped growing, then the latter goes on growing indefinitely. In other plants in which the shoots are less unequal, the weaker one grows for rather longer before it is stopped by inhibition, and in others again, in which they are very nearly or quite equal, they both grow on indefinitely, or at least for a long time— six weeds or more. (It is stated, indeed, by Mogk (1913) that two such equal shoots sometimes check and finally kill one another. This has not happened in any of the writer's plants, perhaps because they have not been left for a long enough time. At all events, when the shoots. are about equal, it is very much longer before the growth of either is inhibited, If it ever is.) These facts are well known, but none the less they suggest the interesting question bow it is that two equal shoots do not inhibit one another, or at least not completely. It occurred to the writer that if one were to remove from one of them the rapidly developing leaves near the apex, which have been shown to be the inhibiting members (Know, 1929), the balance between them would be upset, and that the results might throw light on the question, Accordingly the following experiment was arranged.

In recent years, the electron microscope has been significantly improved in resolution and we can obtain routinely atomic-level high resolution images without any special skill. With this improvement, the structure analysis of organic materials has become one of the interesting targets in the biological and polymer crystal fields.Up to now, X-ray structure analysis has been mainly used for such materials. With this method, however, great effort and a long time are required for specimen preparation because of the need for larger crystals. This method can analyze average crystal structure but is insufficient for interpreting it on the atomic or molecular level. The electron microscopic method for organic materials has not only the advantage of specimen preparation but also the capability of providing various information from extremely small specimen regions, using strong interactions between electrons and the substance. On the other hand, however, this strong interaction has a big disadvantage in high radiation damage.

For a long time, the development of dynamical theory for HEER has been stagnated for several reasons. Although the Bloch wave method is powerful for the understanding of physical insights of electron diffraction, particularly electron transmission diffraction, it is not readily available for the simulation of various surface imperfection in electron reflection diffraction since it is basically a method for bulk materials and perfect surface. When the multislice method due to Cowley & Moodie is used for electron reflection, the “edge effects” stand firmly in the way of reaching a stationary solution for HEER. The multislice method due to Maksym & Beeby is valid only for an 2-D periodic surface. Now, a method for solving stationary solution of HEER for an arbitrary surface is available, which is called the Edge Patching method in Multislice-Only mode (the EPMO method). The analytical basis for this method can be attributed to two important characters of HEER: 1) 2-D dependence of the wave fields and 2) the Picard iteractionlike character of multislice calculation due to Cowley and Moodie in the Bragg case.
