The Principal's Performance Assessment is carried out at the target schools which are the responsibility of the school supervisor. After the Principal's Performance Assessment was carried out at the target schools for the 2019/2020 Academic Year, the results were different from one school to another, even though they were under the same supervision of a supervisor. This is because the management and abilities of each school principal are different. With this Principal Performance Assessment, each school should be able to find a solution or try to display the school's color as best as possible. Based on the results of the assessment every year there must be improvements or improvements in the results achieved. Principal performance appraisal activities are carried out by supervisors at each target school for which they are responsible. When carrying out the assessment, the school supervisor conducts interviews, checks documents in accordance with the statement of each item in the instrument. The school supervisor gives an assessment of each item in the instrument according to the facts found at that time and no longer provides an opportunity for the principal to provide and complete something desired in the statement. Such actions are taken by supervisors, because the physical evidence required by the instrument statement must be carried out by the principal before the assessment takes place, especially since this activity is routine work every year.

Article visualizations:

This paper examines the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology from a cognitive perspective. Specifically, it analyzes (a) the role of DEA scores as an overall efficiency measure and (b) to what extent the presence of DEA scores for a non-financial performance appraisal influences a posterior financial performance assessment. The study confirms that the efficiency score acts as a strong performance marker when deciding on which decision making units (DMUs) should be awarded for their non-financial performance. Furthermore, it shows that the results of the non-financial performance evaluation may act as an anchor which significantly influences a posterior financial assessment. These insights have practical consequences for planning, reporting, and controlling processes that incorporate DEA efficiency scores.

To produce employees who have the ASN profession, there is a need for ASN guidance. As a first step in conducting coaching, an assessment of the performance of the ASN is needed. This assessment will later be used as material for consideration for promotion, placement in position, transfer, education and training, and consideration in remuneration payments. The work performance assessment of Civil Servants is carried out systematically, with emphasis on the level of achievement of employee work targets or the level of achievement of work outcomes that have been prepared and agreed upon between Civil Servants and Appraisal Officials. The performance appraisal of civil servants themselves has two elements of assessment, namely the first from the Employee Work Target (SKP) and the second from Work Behavior. The problem that occurs is that the assessment of work performance is difficult because not all ASNs in the Universitas Negeri Padang environment keep a diary properly. In addition, the problems that often occur are diaries that are manually created require a lot of paper and ink, this is considered not economical and efficient and when archived there is a possibility of being scattered or lost. From the problems mentioned above, an employee performance target information system was developed at Universitas Negeri Padang. With this application, it can facilitate ASN in preparing and filing SKP, making daily notes, and simplifying employee performance appraisals. Keywords: Development, Information Systems, SKP, Universitas Negeri Padang.
